The invention relates to the technical field of alloy drill bits, in particular to a drill bit with an automatic chip removal function.
Background
The deep hole drill is used as an effective deep hole machining tool and widely applied to the fields of automobiles, aerospace and the like, due to the ultra-large length-diameter ratio and the closed and semi-closed machining states, sequencing and heat dissipation are difficult in the machining process, and cutting chips are mainly discharged under the action of high-pressure cooling liquid. Researches show that the heat dissipation can be accelerated by means of reducing the roughness of the surface of the cutter, the friction coefficient of contact between chips and the surface of the cutter and the like, so that the chips can be removed more smoothly, and the cutting performance of the cutter is further improved.
The existing two-edge drill bit is poor in balance and does not have the automatic chip removal performance, and the quality of drilling a workpiece by using the drill bit is reduced.
Therefore, a drill with an automatic chip removal function is provided to solve the above problems.
