(3) The dust removal cloth bags arranged in the explosion-proof and flame-retardant devices of the fine powder recovery container and the transport vehicle tank body adopt high-pressure nitrogen airflow reverse blowing for the purpose of secondary pollution of fine powder and preventing the dust removal cloth bags from being blocked, and special equipment for the high-pressure nitrogen tank is arranged in the recovery container and the transport vehicle tank body, so that the safety problems of fine powder explosion and spontaneous combustion caused by air reverse blowing are effectively solved. 7. After the unloading is finished, the oil is injected into the oil cylinder (17) through the hydraulic motor (24), the rear tail door (28) is closed, the inner small door (25) is closed, the oil returns from the hydraulic device oil cylinder (26) of the carriage, the automatic hook (20) of the rear door of the tank body of the recovery container or the transport vehicle is descended, and the rear tail door (28) is automatically locked.
