Abstract
The working steel wire rope of the hanging basket runs in the hanging basket hoister and is subjected to the action of friction force, wherein the friction force is divided into two types, namely power and resistance. The steel belt is replaced by a rope pressing wheel, so that the sliding friction force between the steel wire rope and the steel belt is changed into rolling friction force, and the friction resistance born by the steel wire rope is reduced; the rope separator is taken off by shortening the lengths of the rope inlet pipe and the rope outlet pipe so as to reduce the friction resistance of the working steel wire rope when entering and exiting the hanging basket hoister. The friction resistance to which the steel wire rope is subjected is reduced, the rope clamping probability of the hanging basket hoist can be greatly reduced, the working efficiency is improved, the economic loss is reduced, and the safety of the construction of the hanging basket outer wall is improved.

The high-altitude operation hanging basket is a novel high-altitude operation machine which can replace the traditional scaffold, lighten labor intensity, improve working efficiency and be repeatedly used. The hanging basket hanging platform mainly realizes ascending and descending operations by rolling the steel wire rope by the hanging basket lifting machine, so the hanging basket lifting machine is one of key equipment of the hanging basket for high-altitude operation, and the safety performance and the working efficiency of the hanging basket for high-altitude operation are directly affected by the performance of the hanging basket.
The existing basket elevator mainly comprises three types of 'alpha' -shaped elevators, an 'S' -shaped elevator and a snail-shaped elevator, and currently, the most common type of elevator is the 'alpha' -shaped elevator, as shown in fig. 3. Currently, the most major problems with "α" elevators are: and the rope clamping problem of the elevator. In order to allow the wire rope to naturally sag after exiting the rope tube without friction with the elevator casing 1, a pulley 10 is mounted via a bearing 9 in the position shown in fig. 1, the pulley 10 being provided with grooves of about 8mm deep and 8mm wide, and the wire rope 13 naturally sag after exiting the rope tube 12 and after passing through the pulley 10.
