Each profile 33 has opposite distal and proximal ends 391, 392, the distal end 391 being the end of the profile 33 distal from the operator and the proximal end 392 being the end of the profile 33 proximal to the operator.
A longitudinal line between two first end points of the distal end portion 391 and two second end points of the proximal end portion 392 is defined as a first longitudinal side wall 35 and a second longitudinal side wall 36 of the molding portion 33, wherein the first longitudinal side wall 35 is parallel to and opposite the second longitudinal side wall 36. The first extension 37 extends from the first longitudinal side wall 35 towards the forming space 34, the second extension 38 extends from the second longitudinal side wall 36 towards the forming space 34, and the second extension 38 is opposite to the first extension 37; in other words, the first extension portion 37 and the second extension portion 38 are disposed in the forming space 34, the spacer portion 40 is disposed in the middle region of the forming space 34, and both lateral ends of the spacer portion 40 are respectively connected to the first extension portion 37 and the second extension portion 38. The longitudinal direction is the lengthwise direction. Transverse refers to a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and parallel to the forming surface 32.
The first and second extensions 37 and 38 are provided such that the region of the molding space 34 near the distal end portion 391 and the proximal end portion 392 has a larger opening portion, and the region of the molding space 34 near the spacer 40 has a smaller opening portion, that is, the opening width of the region of the opening portion of the molding space 34 near both ends is larger than the opening width of the region of the opening portion of the molding space 34 near the spacer 40. The width and spacing in the present invention are both dimensions in the transverse direction.
Specifically, the first extension portion 37 has a first protrusion 371, a second protrusion 372 and a third protrusion 373 which are integrally formed, the first protrusion 371 is adjacent to the distal end portion 391, the second protrusion 372 is adjacent to the proximal end portion 392, and the third protrusion 373 is located between the first protrusion 371 and the second protrusion 372, wherein in the longitudinal direction of the staple forming member 30, the width of the first protrusion 371 gradually increases from the distal end portion 391 toward the third protrusion 373, and the width of the second protrusion 372 gradually increases from the proximal end portion 392 toward the third protrusion 373. The second extension 38 has a fourth protrusion 381, a fifth protrusion 382 and a sixth protrusion 383 which are integrally formed, the fourth protrusion 381 is adjacent to the distal end portion 391, the fifth protrusion 382 is adjacent to the proximal end portion 392, and the sixth protrusion 383 is located between the fourth protrusion 381 and the fifth protrusion 382, wherein in the longitudinal direction of the staple forming member 30, the width of the fourth protrusion 381 gradually increases from the distal end portion 391 to the sixth protrusion 383, and the width of the fifth protrusion 382 gradually increases from the proximal end portion 392 to the sixth protrusion 383. Further, the widths of the first protrusion 371, the second protrusion 372 and the third protrusion 373 are the pitches from the edges of the first protrusion 371, the second protrusion 372 and the third protrusion 373 to the first longitudinal sidewall 35, respectively; the widths of the fourth protrusion 381, the fifth protrusion 382 and the sixth protrusion 383 are the distances from the edges of the fourth protrusion 381, the fifth protrusion 382 and the sixth protrusion 383 to the second longitudinal side wall 36, respectively. The width of the first protrusion 371 gradually increases from the distal end portion 391 toward the third protrusion 373 until the width of the third protrusion 373 is equal at the boundary with the third protrusion 373, and the width of the second protrusion 372 gradually increases from the proximal end portion 392 toward the third protrusion 373 until the width of the third protrusion 373 is equal at the boundary with the third protrusion 373; the width of the fourth protrusion 381 gradually increases from the distal end portion 391 toward the sixth protrusion 383 until it is equal to the width of the sixth protrusion 383 at the interface with the sixth protrusion 383, and the width of the fifth protrusion 382 gradually increases from the proximal end portion 392 toward the sixth protrusion 383 until it is equal to the width of the sixth protrusion 383 at the interface with the sixth protrusion 383.
The first extension portion 37 formed by the first protrusion 371, the second protrusion 372 and the third protrusion 373, and the second extension portion 38 formed by the fourth protrusion 381, the fifth protrusion 382 and the sixth protrusion 383 are respectively trapezoidal bumps.
In this embodiment, the width of the third protrusion 373 is the same as that of the sixth protrusion 383, but the invention is not limited thereto. The spacing between the third protrusion 373 and the sixth protrusion 383 is greater than or equal to 0.2 millimeters; the spacing between the first protrusion 371 and the fourth protrusion 381 is less than or equal to 0.9 mm, and the spacing between the first protrusion 371 and the fourth protrusion 381 is greater than or equal to 0.2 mm; the spacing between the second tab 372 and the fifth tab 382 is less than or equal to 0.9 millimeters, and the spacing between the second tab 372 and the fifth tab 382 is greater than or equal to 0.2 millimeters. Since the leg diameter of the staple is 0.2 mm, the distance of less than or equal to 0.9 mm can lead the leg of the staple to be easily led into the space between the first protrusion 371 and the fourth protrusion 381 and the space between the second protrusion 372 and the fifth protrusion 382, and the leg of the staple is further led into the space between the third protrusion 373 and the sixth protrusion 383 with the distance of greater than or equal to 0.2 mm by the cooperation of the first protrusion 371 and the fourth protrusion 381, and the leg of the staple is further led into the space between the third protrusion 373 and the sixth protrusion 383 with the distance of greater than or equal to 0.2 mm by the cooperation of the second protrusion 372 and the fifth protrusion 382, and the distance of greater than or equal to 0.2 mm can prevent the leg from shaking and can not clamp the leg. 0.2 mm is the diameter of the legs of the staples, i.e. the minimum of the spacing between the third 373 and sixth 383 projections is the diameter of the legs of the staples.
Further, each forming space 34 has two forming grooves, each forming groove having one forming surface 341, the forming surface 341 being the bottom surface of the forming groove. The forming surface 341 allows the legs of the staple to be bent.

At this time, the first extending portion 37 formed by the first protrusion 371 and the second protrusion 372 and the second extending portion 38 formed by the fourth protrusion 381 and the fifth protrusion 382 are, for example, triangular bumps or arc bumps (the arc bumps protrude into the molding space). The spacing between the first protrusion 371 and the fourth protrusion 381 is less than or equal to 0.9 mm, and the spacing between the first protrusion 371 and the fourth protrusion 381 is greater than or equal to 0.2 mm; the spacing between the second tab 372 and the fifth tab 382 is less than or equal to 0.9 millimeters, and the spacing between the second tab 372 and the fifth tab 382 is greater than or equal to 0.2 millimeters. Since the leg diameter of the staple is 0.2 mm, the distance less than or equal to 0.9 mm can lead the leg of the staple to be easily led into between the first projection 371 and the fourth projection 381 and between the second projection 372 and the fifth projection 382, the leg of the staple is led into between the first projection 371 and the fourth projection 381 to be gradually reduced to be greater than or equal to 0.2 mm by the cooperation of the first projection 371 and the fourth projection 381, and the leg of the staple is led into between the second projection 372 and the fifth projection 382 to be gradually reduced to be greater than or equal to 0.2 mm by the cooperation of the second projection 372 and the fifth projection 382, and the distance greater than or equal to 0.2 mm can prevent the leg from shaking and not be clamped. In this embodiment, each forming space 34 has two forming grooves, each forming groove having one forming surface 341, the forming surface 341 being the bottom surface of the forming groove. The forming surface 341 allows the legs of the staple to be bent. 0.2 mm is the diameter of the legs of the staple, i.e., the minimum of the spacing greater than or equal to 0.2 mm is the diameter of the legs of the staple.
It should be noted that, for convenience of describing the structural features of the forming space 34, the first longitudinal sidewall 35 and the second longitudinal sidewall 36 are drawn by dashed lines in fig. 3 to 6, and since the first extending portion 37 is integrally formed with the first longitudinal sidewall 35, the second extending portion 38 is integrally formed with the second longitudinal sidewall 36, that is, the dashed lines do not appear on the forming surface 32 of the actual product.
The first protrusion 371 is opposite to the fourth protrusion 381, and the first protrusion 371 and the fourth protrusion 381 have a first length H1 respectively in the longitudinal extension direction of the body 31; the second protrusion 372 and the fifth protrusion 382 are opposite to each other, and in the longitudinal extension direction of the body 31, the second protrusion 372 and the fifth protrusion 382 respectively have a second length H2; the third protrusion 373 is opposite to the sixth protrusion 383, and the third protrusion 373 and the sixth protrusion 383 respectively have a third length H3 in the longitudinal extending direction of the body 31; wherein the sum of the first length H1 and the second length H2 is less than or equal to the third length H3.
As can be seen from the above description, the forming space 34 of the forming part 33 of the staple forming member 30 is provided with the first extending part 37 and the second extending part 38 which are opposite to each other, and the plurality of protrusions of the first extending part 37 and the second extending part 38, which are located at the distal end part 391 and the proximal end part 392, have widths which gradually increase from the distal end part 391 or the proximal end part 392 toward the spacing part 40, so that the distal end part 391 and the proximal end part 392 of the forming space 34 have larger opening widths, so that the staples can be respectively inserted into the forming space 34 from the distal end part 391 and the proximal end part 392, and the area of the forming space 34 close to the spacing part 40 has smaller opening portions, so that when the staples are bent and formed in the forming space 34, the staples can be limited by the smaller opening portions, thereby preventing the staples from shaking in the forming space.
The invention also provides a surgical anastomat which comprises a handle assembly, a rod body assembly and an end effector, wherein the handle assembly is connected to one end of the rod body assembly, the end effector is connected to the other end of the rod body assembly, the end effector comprises a stitching mechanism, the stitching mechanism comprises a nail bin and a stitching nail forming piece, the nail bin is used for accommodating stitching nails, the stitching nail forming piece enables the stitching nails pushed out from the nail bin to be bent and formed, the stitching nail forming piece is matched with the nail bin to stitch tissues, the stitching mechanism is the stitching mechanism, and the stitching nail forming piece is the stitching nail forming piece.
