In the first embodiment, the outer lid unit 4, the inner cup unit 3, and the connection unit 5 are formed of polylactic acid (PLA) by a hot-press vacuum integral molding method. It is understood that in other variations of the first embodiment, the connecting unit 5 can be omitted, the outer lid unit 4 and the inner cup unit 3 can be formed as two separate components, and the outer lid unit 4 can be snap-fitted to the inner cup unit 3, so that the outer lid unit 4 can be removably fitted to the inner cup unit 3.
The detailed configuration of the first embodiment is further explained below.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, the inner cup unit 3 includes a bottom wall 31 located in the accommodating space 90, a circumferential wall 32 extending outward from the bottom wall 31 and inclined and surrounding the entire circumference, and a rim 33 extending outward from the circumferential wall 32 and surrounding the entire circumference, and a containing space 30 for containing the food 92 is defined by the bottom wall 31 and the circumferential wall 32. The bottom wall 31 has a cup hole piece 311 which can be pushed open, and in the first embodiment, the cup hole piece 311 is a C-shaped hole cover which is cut through the bottom wall 31 at intervals along a C shape in the bottom wall 31 in advance, but a cross-shaped or a m-shaped cut-through can also be adopted. The rim 33 is adapted to snap-fit over the top edge of the container 9. Preferably, the rim 33 has an outwardly extending snap tab 331, the snap tab 331 being substantially semi-circular, thereby facilitating grasping and application of force by a user's fingers to lift the inner cup unit 3 from the container 9.
Referring to fig. 5, a horizontal plane P passing through the rim 33 of the inner cup unit 3 and a normal N perpendicular to the horizontal plane P and passing through the cup hole piece 311 (see fig. 6) are defined, the annular wall 32 and the normal N substantially form an angle θ, preferably, the angle is 15 degrees to 80 degrees, and the bottom wall 31 is located at the center and parallel to the horizontal plane P. In the present first embodiment, the angle θ is 35 degrees.
Referring to fig. 4, 5, 7 and 8, the outer lid unit 4 is substantially in the shape of a truncated cone and is used for closing the containing space 30 of the inner cup unit 3. The outer lid unit 4 includes a base wall 41, a surrounding wall 42 extending from the base wall 41 toward the inner cup unit 3 and surrounding the inner cup unit, and a flange 43 extending from the surrounding wall 42 and surrounding the inner cup unit 3, the base wall 41 and the surrounding wall 42 surround and define a lid space 40 communicating with the containing space 30, and the amount of the food 92 contained in the containing space 30 can be increased by the arrangement of the lid space 40. The base wall 41 has a cover hole piece 411 that can be pushed open, and preferably, the cover hole piece 411 and the cup hole piece 311 (see fig. 6) are arranged at a distance from the normal N. The cover hole piece 411 is a C-shaped cover that is cut through the base wall 41 at intervals in a C-shape in the base wall 41, but may be cut through at intervals in a cross-shape or a m-shape. The flange 43 is adapted to be fastened to the rim 33 of the inner cup unit 3, and the flange 43 has an outwardly extending fastening tab 431, and the fastening tab 431 is substantially semicircular, thereby facilitating opening of the outer lid unit 4 to load the food 92 into the containing space 30 of the inner cup unit 3. Preferably, the locking tabs 431 and 331 are offset from each other to facilitate opening of the outer lid unit 4 or the inner cup unit 3, respectively.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 7, the connection unit 5 includes a first connection portion 51 formed on the flange 43 of the outer cover unit 4, and a second connection portion 52 formed on the rim 33 of the inner cup unit 3 and connected to the first connection portion 51, and the flange 43 of the outer cover unit 4 and the rim 33 of the inner cup unit 3 can be connected to each other by the connection unit 5. In the first embodiment, a V-shaped groove 53 is formed at the connection portion of the first connection portion 51 and the second connection portion 52, so that a turning margin can be provided when the outer lid unit 4 pivots relative to the inner cup unit 3 to pivot smoothly. However, in other variations, a semicircular groove may be formed at the connection portion of the first connection portion 51 and the second connection portion 52, or other equivalent structures with turning margins may be formed.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in order to eat, a suction pipe 93 is inserted into the outer lid unit 4 and pushes the lid hole piece 411 away, at this time, one side of the lid hole piece 411 is still connected to the base wall 41 and a lid hole 410 is formed in the base wall 41, and the lid space 40 is communicated with the outside through the lid hole 410. Then, the suction pipe 93 is pushed downward to push the cup hole piece 311 of the inner cup unit 3, at this time, one side of the cup hole piece 311 is still connected to the bottom wall 31 and a cup hole 310 is formed in the bottom wall 31. Finally, the suction tube 93 is slightly lifted and separated from the cup hole 310 of the bottom wall 31, and due to the inclined design of the angle θ (see fig. 5) of the annular wall 32 of the inner cup unit 3, the food 92 (i.e., rice flour balls) in the containing space 30 can automatically and gradually slide down to the containing space 90 of the container 9 through the cup hole 310 by gravity, and is mixed with the liquid 91 (i.e., milk tea) in the container 9 to form the pearl milk tea. The straw 93 is then inserted into the receiving space 90 through the cup hole 310 again, so that the food can be sucked. In order to make the food 92 slide off smoothly, it is preferable that the size of the cup hole piece 311 is larger than that of the cover hole piece 411. Since the cover hole piece 411 and the cup hole piece 311 of the first embodiment are arranged on the normal line N (see fig. 5), the user can insert the straw 93 at a vertical angle and push the cover hole piece 411 and the cup hole piece 311 away at the same time, thereby facilitating the use.
As can be seen from the above description, in the first embodiment, by setting the angle θ of the annular wall 32 of the inner cup unit 3 to be between 15 degrees and 80 degrees, the food 92 in the inner cup unit 3 can automatically slide into the container 9 by gravity, and the food 92 and the liquid 91 can be mixed and eaten without opening the outer cover unit 4 and the inner cup unit 3, which is very convenient, and the food 92 or the liquid 91 cannot be accidentally spilled. It should be noted that, under the condition that the food 92 can slide off completely, the holding space 30 of the first embodiment is the largest at the angle θ of 35 degrees, so that a larger amount of the food 92 can be held.
Referring to fig. 11, a second embodiment of a conical beverage cup holder bowl 200 of the present invention is adapted to be mounted on a container 9 that surrounds and defines the receiving space 90, and is similar to the first embodiment with the main differences that:
the outer lid unit 4' is a thermoplastic film and is thermally fused to the rim 33 of the inner cup unit 3 by thermal compression to close the containing space 30 of the inner cup unit 3, and therefore, the connecting unit 5 is omitted in the second embodiment (see fig. 10). For consumption, the drinking straw 93 (see fig. 10) is inserted into and pierces the outer cover unit 4' (i.e., the thermoplastic film), and then the cup hole piece 311 (see fig. 10) is pushed downward, so that the food 92 is mixed with the liquid 91. The second embodiment has the same effects as the first embodiment.
In summary, the present invention provides a conical beverage cup holder 200 that can mix and eat the food 92 and the liquid 91 without opening the outer lid unit 4, 4' and the inner cup unit 3, and the food 92 or the liquid 91 is not accidentally spilled, so the present invention can be achieved.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and all the simple equivalent changes and modifications made by the claims and the contents of the specification should be included in the scope of the present invention.
