The invention discloses a straw harvesting and recycling device which is characterized by comprising a rack, a harvesting device, a fan device, a material storage device, a discharging device and a power output device, wherein the harvesting device, the fan device, the material storage device, the discharging device and the power output device are arranged on the rack; the operation power of the harvesting device and the fan device is provided by the power output device. The invention realizes the automation of harvesting and recovering the straws, improves the working efficiency and reduces the labor intensity.

Background
The grass cutter is a mechanical device for cutting pasture and a green environmental protection device. Two groups of crawler belts 7 are arranged below the frame 1, and the whole straw harvesting and recovering device is driven by the crawler belts 7 to move.
The front end of the harvesting device 2 is provided with a harvesting head 21, the front end of the harvesting device 2 is provided with a protection plate 22 at the upper end of the harvesting head 21, a transmission shaft 23 is further arranged in the harvesting device, a scraping rod 24 is arranged at the end close to the outlet of the harvesting device, and the outlet of the harvesting device is connected with the inlet of the fan device 3.
The fan device 3 is fixed on the frame 1 through the base, the fan device 3 comprises a fan driving wheel 31, a blade is arranged on the fan driving wheel 31, when the fan driving wheel 31 drives and rotates, the blade further cuts up the straws conveyed by the harvesting device 2, and then the cut straws are blown into the storage device 4 by wind power in the fan device.
The power output device 5 comprises a driving wheel 51 and belts 52 and 53, wherein the driving wheel 51 is respectively connected with the transmission shaft 21 and the fan transmission wheel 31 in the harvesting device 2 through the belts 52 and 53, and drives the transmission shaft 21 and the fan transmission wheel 31 to rotate so as to provide power for the harvesting device 2 and the fan device 3.
The storage device 4 is provided with a discharge port 41 on one side. The discharge port 41 is connected with the discharging device 6, the discharging device comprises a baffle 61 and a discharge barrel 62, the baffle 61 is positioned in the discharge barrel 62, the baffle 61 is axially arranged at one side of the discharge port 41 through an inserting shaft 63 at one end, an L-shaped handle 64 is arranged on the inserting shaft 63, and the closing of the baffle is controlled through the L-shaped handle 64. The discharging barrel 62 is made of flexible material, and the tail end of the discharging barrel can be sleeved with a straw receiving bag or other containers. When a certain amount of straws are stored in the material storage device 4, the baffle plate is opened through the L-shaped handle 64 on the baffle plate 61, the discharging barrel 62 is connected with the straw receiving bag to bag the straws, after the straws in the material storage device 4 are unloaded, the L-shaped handle 64 is rotated to close the baffle plate 61, and the discharging barrel 62 is received on the rack 1.
