s3, starting the rust removing motor (5), and enabling the six rust removing heads (6) to do arc motion on the surface of the pipeline so as to clean the rust on the annular surface where the rust removing heads (6) are located;
s4, starting a reciprocating motor, enabling the mounting plate (10) to reciprocate back and forth and driving the six rust removing heads (6) to reciprocate along the axis of the pipeline, and enabling the reciprocating motor to be matched with the rust removing motor (5) to clean the rust of the section of the pipeline;
s5, replacing the cleaning head, spraying cleaning liquid to the surface of the pipeline through the cleaning nozzle (8) under the action of the reciprocating motor and the derusting motor (5), and further removing rust on the surface of the pipeline;
s6, replacing the antirust liquid spray head, and spraying antirust liquid to the surface of the pipeline through the antirust liquid spray head under the action of the reciprocating motor and the rust removing motor (5) to prevent the surface of the pipeline from further rusting;
s7, after the construction of the pipeline is finished, the device is moved by the moving wheels to carry out the rust removal work of the next pipeline;
and S8, after cleaning all pipeline sections, disassembling and cleaning the derusting mechanism.
