Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of intelligent management, and in particular, to a method and apparatus for monitoring personnel information, and a computer storage medium.
Background
Currently, in the management of a campus, it is becoming more and more common to manage staff working in the campus through a work card.
For example, all systems providing intelligent public service for the park such as an access control system, an attendance system, a ladder control system, a catering system, a charging system and a parking system in the park can identify personnel identity information through the work cards of the park personnel, and provide service for the personnel in the park.
The existing campus tablet is based on the physical entity card to identify the personnel identity. For example, the most common is a physical tablet based on an IC card by dividing a storage sector in the IC card and storing personal identity information in the IC card; still another category is to use a two-dimensional code tablet, print a two-dimensional code with user information stored on the tablet, and let the user identify the user identity etc. in the campus by scanning the two-dimensional code on the tablet.
In the existing campus management, the staff management method based on the campus tablet is as follows: the user enters the park, and firstly, the user needs to be registered to an organization responsible for management of staff in the park, and after the management organization of staff in the park registers the user, the user information is written into the work card through the special card writing equipment so as to manufacture the work card for identifying the identity of the user. When the user takes the job ticket, various public services on the campus can be used, such as: through entrance guard, use of elevators and dining halls etc. When the user leaves the garden permanently, the management mechanism of the personnel in the garden recovers the work card, clears the personnel information on the work card and logs out the personnel information in the system, so that the user can not use all public services in the garden any more. After a park user who owns the work card loses the work card, the work card loss application is proposed to a park personnel management mechanism, the personnel management mechanism reports the loss of the work card, and a new work card for identifying the identity of the user is manufactured again.
However, in the prior art, when a user loses a work card, the user needs to report the loss and make up for the work card, and the lost work card of the user also has the risk of being stolen and brushed; when a user leaves the park permanently, the worker cards need to be returned, and the loss of materials and the like are easily caused by the fact that the user does not return the worker cards in time, so that the problems cause various difficulties for management of the park, and management efficiency is reduced.
In view of this, how to effectively improve the efficiency of park management is a technical problem to be solved.

Therefore, the electronic work card can be conveniently and rapidly generated, and a manager can conveniently and efficiently manage the personnel information through maintaining the personnel information database, so that the efficiency of managing the personnel information is improved.
In order to better understand the above technical solutions, the following detailed description of the technical solutions of the present invention is made by using the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, and it should be understood that the specific features of the embodiments and the embodiments of the present invention are detailed descriptions of the technical solutions of the present invention, and not limiting the technical solutions of the present invention, and the technical features of the embodiments and the embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for monitoring personnel information, which is applied to a user terminal, and the processing procedure of the method is as follows.
Step 101: sending an electronic tablet application message to a server; the server is used for authenticating the user identity carried in the electronic work card application, generating a dynamic two-dimensional code displayed on the electronic work card after the authentication is passed, and sending the dynamic two-dimensional code to the user terminal, wherein the dynamic two-dimensional code is produced according to a unique mapping code associated with user information, and the unique mapping code is dynamically replaced according to a designated time length, so that the dynamic two-dimensional code is updated.
Specifically, the electronic tablet application message carries first information, where the first information is specific unique identity authentication identification information filled in by the user, such as mobile phone number, identity card number, unique account name and password of the campus user, unique ID of the campus user, and other information capable of uniquely identifying the user identity.
In the embodiment provided by the invention, when a new user works in an industrial park for a long time, the new user needs to go to a management center to put forward a registration application, authenticated user information is uploaded to a personnel information database in a server after approval is passed, and then the user can enter a login interface of a park electronic work card application provided by the server to authenticate by using the user terminal such as a mobile phone, so as to obtain the electronic work card of the user. The login interface of the electronic tablet application in the park can be a login interface of the electronic tablet application provided by an app, a web page, an applet or the like. The user can freely use various service systems provided in the park through the electronic work card applied by the login interface, such as all systems for providing intelligent public service for the park, including an access control system, an attendance system, a ladder control system, a catering system, a charging system, a parking system and the like.
When a user applies for an electronic work card by using a user terminal, the user needs to input application information in a login interface of the application of the electronic work card, wherein the application information at least comprises unique identity authentication identification information provided by the user when the user submits a registration application, such as a mobile phone number, an identity card number, a unique account name and a password of a campus user, a unique ID of the campus user and the like. After the personal information is submitted, the user terminal can send an electronic tablet application message to the server according to the personal information (namely the first information) submitted by the user, after the server receives the electronic tablet application message, the electronic tablet application message is compared with records in a personnel information database one by one according to the first information submitted by the user, after the corresponding record is found in the personnel information database, authentication of the user identity is started, and after the authentication is passed, a dynamic two-dimensional code displayed on the electronic tablet is generated and used as one of contents of a message response message returned to the user terminal.
It should be noted that, the dynamic two-dimensional code generated at the server end is generated according to the unique mapping code associated with the user information, and the unique mapping code has timeliness, that is, the same unique mapping code will fail after the designated time after being generated, the server will regenerate the new unique mapping code corresponding to the user information, and then generate the corresponding dynamic two-dimensional code, so as to update the original dynamic two-dimensional code. The specific implementation process of the service refers to a personnel information monitoring method implemented in the server, and will not be described herein.
After the server returns a response message corresponding to the electronic tablet application message to the user terminal, steps 102-103 may be performed.
Step 102: receiving a response message returned based on the electronic tablet application message; the response message at least carries user information and a dynamic two-dimensional code corresponding to the user identity.
Step 103: and generating the electronic work card at the user terminal based on the user basic information and the dynamic two-dimensional code.
After the user terminal receives the corresponding message carrying at least the dynamic two-dimensional code, an electronic tablet for the user to use can be generated at the user terminal based on the user basic information and the dynamic two-dimensional code.
In the embodiment provided by the invention, the carrier of the electronic tablet is a user terminal, and the user terminal can be a mobile device such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and the like which can be carried along and connected with a network. The network used by the user terminal may be wifi provided by a campus, or may be a mobile communication network, which is not specifically limited.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic structural diagram of an electronic tablet used by a user is shown. On the user terminal, the electronic work card consists of an electronic work card carrier 1 and an electronic work card display area 2. The display area of the electronic tablet at least comprises a dynamic two-dimension code display area 21 and a user basic information area 22, wherein the dynamic two-dimension code display area 21 displays dynamic two-dimension codes carried in response messages, and the user basic information area 22 can display basic information such as names, work numbers, job positions and the like of users. Optionally, a photograph of the user may also be displayed in the electronic work board display area 2.
After the user terminal generates the electronic work card, when the user wants to use various services in the park, the user only needs to aim the dynamic two-dimensional code on the electronic work card at the scanning area of the service equipment, so that the service equipment can lift the service for verification according to the unique mapping code obtained from the dynamic two-dimensional code, and after the verification is passed, the service equipment provides corresponding services for the user.
Because the user applies for the electronic card only needs to input simple information at the user terminal, after the server authenticates the information input by the user and passes through the information, the electronic card which can be used by the user can be quickly generated, so that the manufacturing time of the electronic card can be effectively reduced, and a long waiting period is not needed from the application of the electronic card to the final acquisition of the electronic card like the traditional entity card. In addition, the electronic tablet provided by the embodiment of the invention does not need additional entities and only needs to be displayed by the user terminal, so that the cost can be effectively saved.
Further, in the embodiment provided by the invention, because the electronic tablet exists in the user terminal, the electronic tablet provided by the embodiment of the invention does not have the problems of being easy to bend, wear, lose and the like a tablet such as a MIFARE card.
Furthermore, because the information provided for the service equipment for verification in the electronic work card provided by the embodiment of the invention is obtained from the dynamic two-dimensional code, the dynamic two-dimensional code does not directly provide the user information and indicates to provide the unique verification code associated with the user identity information, the use safety of the electronic work card can be effectively improved, and the electronic work card of the user is not easy to steal.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment provided by the present invention, the application scenario of the method is not limited to park management.
After the method for monitoring personnel information by using the electronic tablet on the user terminal side is introduced, the relevant description will be made from the server side.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for monitoring personnel information, which is applied to a server, and the processing procedure of the method is as follows.
Step 301: receiving an electronic tablet application message sent by a user terminal; the electronic tablet application message carries first information for authenticating the user identity, and the first message at least comprises unique identification information of the user identity.
After the user sends and receives the electronic tablet application message to the server through the user terminal (i.e. after executing step 101), the server receives the electronic tablet application message, where the electronic tablet application message carries a first message for authenticating the user identity, where the first message is specifically unique identity authentication identification information of the user, such as information uniquely identifying the user identity, including a mobile phone number, an identity card number, a unique account name and a password of the campus user, a unique ID of the campus user, and the like.
After the server receives the electronic job ticket request message sent by the user terminal, step 302 may be performed.
Step 302: authenticating the first information based on the personnel information database; the personnel information database is used for recording all user information which passes the administrator auditing.
Specifically, the authentication of the first information may be to compare whether the user information consistent with the first information exists in the personnel information database; if yes, further judging whether the current state of the user information is a valid state; if the user information is in a valid state, the first information authentication is passed.
For example, after the user a completes the registration application in the management center, a manager of the management center inputs user information of the user a into a personnel information database in the server, the user uses his own mobile phone to log in a login interface of APP, web page or applet provided by the server to apply for an electronic tablet, fills in the application information and submits the application information, and after the server performs a one-by-one comparison between an identification card number (i.e. a unique identifier of the user) of the user a carried in an electronic tablet request message sent by the mobile phone of the user a and user information in the personnel information database, after finding a record consistent with the identification card number of the user a in the personnel information database, further determining that the record consistent with the identification card number of the user a is in an effective state in the current state in the personnel information database, the first information authentication of the user a is passed.
If the first information is inconsistent with the user information in the personnel information database, or if the first information is inconsistent with the user information in the personnel information database, the first information authentication is not determined as being passed if the current state is invalid.
After the first information is authenticated, step 303 may be performed.
Step 303: if the authentication is passed, generating a dynamic two-dimensional code corresponding to a unique mapping code associated with the user information according to the user information which is recorded in the personnel information database and is consistent with the first information; the user information and the dynamic two-dimensional code are sent to the user terminal to generate a corresponding electronic tablet; the unique mapping code is dynamically replaced according to the appointed duration, so that the dynamic two-dimensional code is updated.
Specifically, the dynamic two-dimensional code corresponding to the unique mapping code associated with the user information may be generated by first acquiring the user information consistent with the first information from the personnel information database; generating a unique mapping code by adopting a specified algorithm based on the user information; setting effective time for the unique mapping code, so that the unique mapping code is invalid after the appointed time length and is replaced by a new unique mapping code; and then generating a dynamic two-dimensional code based on the unique mapping code.
For example, after the first information of the user a passes verification, the server generates a unique identifier according to the user information of the user a recorded in the personnel information database, for example, the obtained hash value can be used as the unique identifier of the user a by performing hash calculation on the user information and the random number generated randomly, the generation time for generating the unique identifier is stored and recorded, when the specified duration after the generation time is reached, the original unique identifier is deleted, if the unique identifier is not required to be verified, the random number is regenerated and the user information of the user a is subjected to hash calculation to obtain a new unique identifier, and a new dynamic two-dimensional code is generated according to the new unique identifier so as to update the dynamic two-dimensional code in the original electronic work card for the user terminal of the user a.
If the number of times of updating the dynamic two-dimensional code reaches the set number of times, such as 3 or 5 times, a request for verifying the unique identification code corresponding to any one of the two-dimensional codes is not received, it is determined that the user may not need to use the electronic tablet temporarily, and the unique identification code generated last time is deleted. Or after the user closes the interface of the electronic tablet, deleting the unique identification code generated last time.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment provided by the present invention, the method of generating the unique identification code may be obtained by performing hash calculation with the user identity information by using a random number, and the user identity information participating in the hash calculation may not necessarily use all the user identity information, but only need to have at least one information capable of uniquely identifying the user identity, which is not limited herein.
The dynamic two-dimension code on the electronic tablet is replaced, the electronic tablet on the user terminal can be periodically requested to update the dynamic two-dimension code according to the appointed time length except for the periodical replacement according to the appointed time length, and therefore the server can generate the dynamic two-dimension code according to the dynamic two-dimension code updating request of the user terminal.
After the server generates the dynamic two-dimension code, the dynamic two-dimension code and user basic information are sent to the user terminal, so that the user terminal generates the electronic work card according to the dynamic two-dimension code and the user basic information.
The user basic information may include a name, a job title, a job number, an affiliated institution, etc. of the user. The user basic information may be sent and stored in the user terminal when the user applies for the electronic tool card, and is not sent again when the user uses the electronic tool card later, or sent again after the basic information of the user changes, or sent together with the dynamic two-dimensional code when the user uses the electronic tool card each time, and the user basic information is not limited herein.
After a server sends a dynamic two-dimension code to a user terminal to generate a corresponding electronic work card, and the electronic work card is used for displaying the dynamic two-dimension code on the electronic work card to service equipment: the server receives an authentication request of the service equipment; the authentication request is used for requesting authentication of the obtained mapping code to be authenticated, wherein the mapping code to be authenticated is obtained by the service equipment through scanning a dynamic two-dimensional code on the electronic tablet of the user; then, the server judges whether the mapping code to be authenticated is a unique mapping code recorded in the server by the user terminal providing the mapping code to be authenticated and does not exceed the corresponding effective time; if yes, determining that the mapping code to be authenticated passes, and returning authentication passing information to the service equipment, so that the service equipment provides service for the user providing the mapping code to be authenticated.
For example, after the user terminal generates the electronic tablet, when the user wants to use the electronic tablet to obtain the elevator service in the park, the user only needs to open the electronic tablet in the user terminal when taking the elevator, the newly generated dynamic two-dimensional code on the electronic tablet is displayed to the scanning area of the elevator, at this time, the elevator serving as the service equipment obtains the mapping code to be authenticated from the dynamic two-dimensional code after scanning the dynamic two-dimensional code, and sends the mapping code to be authenticated and the unique identification of the electronic tablet two-dimensional code scanner installed on the elevator to the server after asymmetric encryption, so as to verify the user identity corresponding to the electronic tablet of the user (namely, find whether the mapping code to be authenticated and the unique mapping code of the electronic tablet two-dimensional code scanner are stored in the server, if so, the authentication is passed), and after the authentication is passed, the elevator returns the authentication passed information to the service equipment, so that the elevator provides the riding service for the user. The unique identifier of the two-dimension code scanner of the electronic tablet is agreed with the server in advance, can be a digital signature token, can be an account and a password, and is not particularly limited.
Optionally, when the user needs to log off the electronic tablet applied by the user permanently leaving the campus, the server is enough to receive a log-off request, delete the corresponding user information in the personnel information database based on the log-off request, or set the state of the corresponding user information as an invalid state. Thus, the electronic tablet applied by the user before can not be used in the park. The whole logout process is very simple and convenient, so that the management efficiency of the campus on personnel information can be effectively improved.
In order to enable those skilled in the art to fully understand the technical solutions of the present invention, several usage scenarios for obtaining services in a campus using electronic tiles provided in embodiments of the present invention are now provided.
