Claims (10)
1. The food safety supervision method based on the blockchain is characterized by being applied to a blockchain food traceability daily inspection system, wherein the blockchain food traceability daily inspection system comprises a blockchain food transaction system and an inspection terminal in communication connection with the blockchain food transaction system, and the food safety supervision method based on the blockchain comprises the following steps:
displaying the current unit to be inspected on the inspection terminal according to the instruction sent by the inspection terminal;
acquiring qualification information of the current inspected unit from the block chain food transaction system, and displaying the qualification information on a qualification information page of the current inspected unit, wherein the qualification information of the current inspected unit comprises information of a commercial dealer, information of a supplier, historical transaction electronic ledger information and historical inspection record information;
acquiring an inspection record template displayed in the qualification information page, and storing the inspection record information acquired through the inspection terminal into the inspection record template to form an inspection record;
and storing the inspection record to the blockchain food transaction system.
2. The block chain-based food safety supervision method according to claim 1, wherein the step of storing the patrol inspection record information acquired through the patrol inspection terminal to the inspection record template to form a patrol inspection record comprises:
acquiring inspection task properties and requirement information through the inspection terminal;
according to the inspection task property and the requirement information, displaying various inspection key points, and law enforcement basis, punishment basis and operation guide corresponding to the inspection key points on the inspection terminal;
acquiring at least one of voice, photo and video recording information in the inspection process through the inspection terminal;
storing the inspection record title, the inspection key content, the inspection record information and the inspection result information acquired by the inspection terminal into the inspection record template;
acquiring confirmation information of inspection workers and confirmation information of inspected units;
and generating a routing inspection record according to the information stored in the inspection record template and the confirmation information.
3. The blockchain-based food safety supervision method according to claim 1, wherein the blockchain-based food safety supervision method further comprises:
and storing the qualification information updated through the qualification information page to the block chain food transaction system in communication connection with the inspection terminal.
4. The blockchain-based food safety supervision method according to claim 3, wherein the step of storing the qualification information updated through the qualification information page to the blockchain food transaction system communicatively connected to the inspection terminal includes:
acquiring touch operation of a user on a code scanning updating function key of the qualification information page, and storing qualification information updated by the inspection terminal scanning image codes of the qualification certification document to the block chain food transaction system in communication connection with the inspection terminal;
or
And acquiring touch operation of a user on a manual updating function key of the qualification information page, and storing the qualification information manually input on the inspection terminal into the block chain food transaction system in communication connection with the inspection terminal.
5. The blockchain-based food safety supervision method according to claim 1, wherein the blockchain-based food safety supervision method further comprises:
acquiring polling task information on the polling terminal;
and displaying the supervised unit corresponding to each inspection task, the residual processing time of each inspection task and the task processing state of each inspection task through the inspection task information.

The block chain-based food safety supervision method according to claim 1, wherein the block chain food traceability daily inspection system is in communication connection with a third-party small program system, and before the step of displaying the current inspected unit on the inspection terminal according to the instruction sent by the inspection terminal, the block chain-based food safety supervision method further comprises:
acquiring login request information sent by a registered user in an applet system of the inspection terminal;
and displaying the inspection task information at the inspection terminal according to the request information.

The blockchain-based food safety supervision method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the blockchain food traceability daily inspection system comprises a background management terminal in communication connection with the blockchain food transaction system and the inspection terminal respectively; the block chain-based food safety supervision method further comprises the following steps:
and displaying the polling record at the background management terminal, and displaying polling data at the background management terminal.
8. The blockchain-based food safety supervision method according to claim 7, wherein the blockchain-based food safety supervision method further comprises:
and according to the management instruction, carrying out electronic standing book management, catering business management, supplier management, library file management and user authority management on the background management terminal.
9. A terminal, comprising: a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; the computer program when executed by the processor implements the steps of the blockchain based food safety supervision method according to any of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the blockchain-based food safety supervision method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
