Through setting up along backup pad 121 extending direction reciprocating motion's disinfection spraying mechanism 410, can disinfect comprehensively to a plurality of pedestrians that the vehicle or got into simultaneously, guarantee the no dead angle that the disinfection was clear away, improved the safety guarantee.
Further, each transmission structure comprises a conveyor belt structure 416 arranged on the support plate 121 and a transmission gear structure 417 in transmission connection with the conveyor belt structure 416, and the conveyor belt structure 416 is correspondingly connected with the mobile disinfecting and spraying structure 411; each driving structure further comprises a motor 418 arranged on the supporting plate 121, an output shaft of the motor 418 is correspondingly connected with the transmission gear structure 417, and the motor 418 is electrically connected with the control device 500. Specifically, the transmission gear structure 417 includes a driving wheel connected to the output shaft of the motor 418 and a driven wheel connected to the transmission belt structure 416 in a transmission manner, the supporting plates 121 on both sides are respectively provided with a motor 418 and a transmission gear structure 417, the motors 418 on both sides are started simultaneously, and the rotation speeds are consistent, so that the synchronous operation of the transmission belt structures 416 on both sides is ensured, and the movable disinfection spray structure 411 can move along the walking channel 110 under the driving of the transmission belt structure 416. In addition, as mentioned above, the disinfection spraying structure 411 is reciprocated on the traveling channel 110, in the present embodiment, the control device 500 is electrically connected to each motor 418, the control device 500 converts the number of revolutions of the motor 418 according to the length of the supporting plate 121, when the number of revolutions of the motor 418 reaches a preset number of revolutions, the conveyor belt structure 416 drives the disinfection spraying structure 411 to come to the edge portion of the supporting plate 121, at this time, the control device 500 controls the motor 418 to rotate reversely, the conveyor belt structure 416 drives the disinfection spraying structure 411 to move to the other end, and so on, so that the disinfection spraying structure 411 can reciprocate along the extending direction of the supporting plate 121. Meanwhile, it should be noted that the number of revolutions of the motor 418 is not the only implementation method, and an induction structure may be provided, when the induction structure induces the approach of the disinfecting spray structure 411, the motor 418 is controlled to rotate reversely, so as to achieve the reciprocating effect, and of course, the same implementation effect can be achieved through timing control, which is not limited in this embodiment. In addition, it should be noted that there is a sandwich layer under the tunnel floor 120, and the transmission gear structure 417 and the motor 418 are located in the sandwich layer, so as not to obstruct the passage of people or vehicles.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure the completeness of disinfection and prevent the movable disinfection spray structure 411 from possibly failing, two movable disinfection spray structures 411 may be used for disinfection, at this time, the support plate 121 is divided into two support plates, the support plates on both sides are correspondingly provided with a conveyor belt group, a transmission gear group and a motor 418, two conveyor belt groups are arranged along the direction of the walking channel 110 and correspondingly connected with the two movable disinfection spray structures 411, the two movable disinfection spray structures 411 move oppositely to reach the middle part of the support plate 121 and then move oppositely to reach both ends of the support plate 121, so as to achieve no dead angle for disinfection, when the walking channel 110 is long enough, a plurality of movable disinfection spray structures may be further provided, which is not limited in the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4, the movable disinfection spray structure 411 includes a movable bracket 413 vertically installed on the conveyor belt structure 416, a plurality of disinfection spray nozzle structures 414 installed on the movable bracket 413, and a disinfection control structure 415 installed on the movable bracket 413 and electrically connected to the plurality of disinfection spray nozzle structures 414, it should be noted that the disinfection spray nozzle structures 414 are connected to the disinfection pipeline and can spray disinfection aerosol or disinfection liquid to achieve the disinfection effect, and the disinfection control structure 415 thereon is electrically connected to the control device 500 and can control the spraying size and working time of the disinfection aerosol. In addition, referring to fig. 4, each conveyor belt is provided with a mounting seat, the bottom of the movable support 413 is provided with a mounting boss, and the movable support 413 is detachably mounted on the mounting seat through the mounting boss, so that subsequent dismounting and mounting maintenance of the movable support 413 are facilitated, and of course, welding or other fixed connection manners are also possible, which is not limited in the present invention.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the disinfecting spray head structure 414 further includes a spray head support bar installed on the movable support 413, and a rotating device connecting the spray head support bar and the disinfecting spray head structure 414, wherein the disinfecting control structure 415 is electrically connected to the rotating device. Through control structure control disinfection control structure 415, can make disinfection sprinkler structure 414 rotatory spraying disinfection liquid, reach the all-round, the disinfection effect at no dead angle, because rotary device is prior art, rotatory or carousel can all reach rotatory effect, will not be repeated again to this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 6, the detecting device 300 includes an infrared temperature measuring structure 310 and a video monitoring structure 320 mounted on the mounting top plate 140, and both the infrared temperature measuring structure 310 and the video monitoring structure 320 are electrically connected to the control device 500. Moreover, the video monitoring structure 320 comprises a camera recorder 321 and an intelligent alarm 322 which are arranged on the inner side wall of the walking channel 110, and the camera recorder 321 and the intelligent alarm 322 are electrically connected with the control device 500. The body temperature of the pedestrian in the walking channel 110 can be measured in real time through the infrared temperature measuring structure 310, the intelligent alarm 322 gives an alarm in time for the pedestrian with a heating symptom, and the worker isolates or dissuades the pedestrian and does not allow the pedestrian to enter a public place; and the personnel with normal body temperature measurement can enter the public place through the outlet after being sterilized by the sterilizing spray mechanism 410 and the sterilizing blanket structure 420, and the camera recorder 321 can monitor and store the personnel condition in the walking channel 110, thereby providing great convenience for later information inquiry and statistics of personnel circulation.

Claims (10)
1. A movable safety inspection degassing unit, its characterized in that includes:
the safety passage structure is internally provided with a walking passage for pedestrians or vehicles to pass through, and the walking passage comprises two opposite openings;
the telescopic device is arranged at the bottom of the safe channel structure and is provided with a movable stroke perpendicular to the extending direction of the safe channel structure;
the detection device is arranged in the safety channel structure and used for detecting the body temperature of the pedestrian in the walking channel;
the sterilizing device comprises a sterilizing blanket structure arranged at the bottom of the walking channel, and a sterilizing and spraying mechanism arranged on the safety channel structure, wherein the sterilizing and spraying mechanism has a movable stroke which moves in a reciprocating manner along the extending direction of the walking channel; and
and the control device is arranged on the safety channel structure and is respectively and electrically connected with the telescopic device, the detection device and the disinfection device.

The movable safety inspection and disinfection device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the safety channel structure comprises a channel bottom plate, channel side plates disposed on two sides of the channel bottom plate, and a top mounting plate opposite to the channel bottom plate and connected to tops of the two channel side plates, wherein the two channel side plates, the channel bottom plate and the top mounting plate together enclose the walking channel.
3. The portable safety inspection disinfection device of claim 2, wherein the disinfection blanket structure comprises a disinfection blanket disposed on the aisle floor, a vibration motor disposed on the disinfection blanket, the vibration motor being electrically connected to the control device;
an interlayer is arranged in the disinfection blanket, and the vibration motor is positioned in the interlayer.

The movable safety detection and disinfection device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the telescopic device comprises a telescopic cylinder disposed at the bottom of the channel bottom plate, the telescopic cylinder is connected with the channel bottom plate, and the telescopic cylinder is electrically connected with the control device.
5. The movable safety inspection and disinfection device of claim 2, wherein said walkway floor includes support plates disposed side-by-side on both sides of said walkway between said two support plates;
the disinfection spraying mechanism comprises a movable disinfection spraying structure movably connected to the supporting plate and a driving device arranged on the supporting plate, and the driving device is in driving connection with the movable disinfection spraying structure;
the driving device comprises a transmission structure arranged on the supporting plate and a driving structure arranged on the supporting plate, the driving structure is in driving connection with the transmission structure, and the transmission structure is connected with the movable disinfection spraying structure and used for driving the movable disinfection spraying structure to reciprocate along the extending direction of the supporting plate.

The mobile security inspection and disinfection apparatus of claim 5, wherein each of said transmission structures comprises a conveyor belt structure mounted to said support plate and a transmission gear structure in driving connection with said conveyor belt structure, said conveyor belt structure being in corresponding connection with said mobile disinfection spray structure;
each driving structure further comprises a motor arranged on the supporting plate, an output shaft of the motor is correspondingly connected with the transmission gear structure, and the motor is electrically connected with the control device.

The movable safety inspection disinfection device of claim 6, wherein the mobile disinfection spray structure comprises a mobile rack connected to the conveyor structure, a plurality of disinfection spray head structures disposed on the mobile rack, and a disinfection control structure disposed on the mobile rack and electrically connected to the plurality of disinfection spray head structures, the disinfection control structure being electrically connected to the control device.
8. The movable safety inspection disinfection device of claim 7, wherein the disinfection nozzle structure comprises a nozzle support rod and a disinfection nozzle mounted on the movable support, and a rotating device connecting the nozzle support rod and the disinfection nozzle, the disinfection control structure being electrically connected to the rotating device.
9. The movable safety detection and disinfection device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the detection device comprises an infrared temperature measurement structure and a video monitoring structure respectively mounted on the mounting top plate, and the infrared temperature measurement structure and the video monitoring structure are electrically connected with the control device.
10. The movable safety detection and disinfection device according to claim 9, wherein the video monitoring structure comprises a camera recorder and an intelligent alarm which are arranged on the inner side wall of the walking channel, and both the camera recorder and the intelligent alarm are electrically connected with the control device.
