Abstract
The invention relates to a rotary air purifier, which comprises an outer casing, a purifying unit, a transmission plate, a rotary support, a conducting ring and a driving unit, wherein the outer casing is provided with a plurality of through holes; the rotary support is arranged above the driving unit, the purification unit is rotatably arranged above the rotary support through a transmission plate, and the driving unit is connected with the purification unit through a conducting ring; the invention can drive the purification unit to rotate, thereby sucking air from the periphery of the bottom and finally blowing clean air to the periphery of the top, further greatly expanding the purification area, expanding the purification range and improving the purification speed.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a rotary air purifier is characterized by comprising an outer casing, a purifying unit, a transmission plate, a rotary support, a conducting ring and a driving unit; the purifying unit, the transmission plate, the rotary support, the conducting ring and the driving unit are all arranged in the outer shell, the rotary support is arranged above the driving unit, the purifying unit is rotatably arranged above the rotary support through the transmission plate, the driving unit is connected with the purifying unit through the conducting ring, and the outer shell comprises an outer cover, a supporting plate and an outer cover top cover; the outer cover top cover is arranged at an opening at the upper end of the outer cover, the supporting plate is transversely arranged inside the outer cover, a plurality of outer cover air outlets which are distributed at equal angles along the circumferential direction are formed in the inner wall of the upper part of the outer cover, and a plurality of outer cover air inlets which are distributed at equal angles along the circumferential direction are formed in the inner wall of the middle part of the outer cover; the cleaning device comprises a support plate, a rotating support, a driving unit, a purifying unit and a cleaning unit, wherein the rotating support is fixed on the upper side of the support plate and sleeved outside the conducting ring; the centrifugal fan is fixed on the lower plane of the inner cover top cover and arranged in the inner cover, and the purification component is arranged below the centrifugal fan and in the inner cover; the transmission plate is fixed above the bottom of the inner cover; a plurality of inner cover air outlets which are distributed at equal angles along the circumferential direction are formed in the inner wall of the upper part of the inner cover, and the positions of the plurality of inner cover air outlets are matched with the positions of the plurality of outer cover air outlets; a plurality of inner cover air inlets which are distributed at equal angles along the circumferential direction are formed in the inner wall of the lower portion of the inner cover, and the positions of the inner cover air inlets are matched with the positions of the outer cover air inlets.
Preferably, the rotary support comprises a support inner ring, a support outer ring and a rolling body; the support outer ring is fixed on the upper plane of the support plate; the supporting inner ring is arranged inside the upper end of the supporting outer ring, the upper end of the supporting inner ring penetrates through the bottom of the inner cover, is fixed on the lower plane of the transmission plate and is arranged concentrically with the inner cover, the rolling body is arranged between the supporting inner ring and the supporting outer ring, and the supporting inner ring and the supporting outer ring can rotate relatively with the help of the rolling body.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a rotary air cleaner includes an outer housing 10, a cleaning unit 20, a transmission plate 30, a rotary support 40, a conductive ring 50, and a driving unit 60; the purifying unit 20, the transmission plate 30, the rotary support 40, the conductive ring 50 and the driving unit 60 are all arranged inside the outer casing 10, the rotary support 40 is arranged above the driving unit 60, the purifying unit 20 is rotatably arranged above the rotary support 40 through the transmission plate 30, the driving unit 60 is connected with the purifying unit 20 through the conductive ring 50, and the outer casing 10 comprises an outer cover 12, a supporting plate 14 and an outer cover top cover 15; the outer cover top cover 15 is arranged at an opening at the upper end of the outer cover 12, the support plate 14 is transversely arranged inside the outer cover 12, a plurality of outer cover air outlets 11 which are distributed at equal angles along the circumferential direction are formed in the inner wall of the upper part of the outer cover 12, and a plurality of outer cover air inlets 13 which are distributed at equal angles along the circumferential direction are formed in the inner wall of the middle part of the outer cover 12; the conductive ring 50 is embedded in the center of the supporting plate 14, the rotating support 40 is fixed on the upper side of the supporting plate 14 and sleeved outside the conductive ring 50, and the driving unit 60 is disposed below the supporting plate 14.
The purification unit 20 comprises an inner cover 24, a centrifugal fan 22, a purification component 25 and an inner cover top cover 27; the inner cover top cover 27 is arranged at an upper opening of the inner cover 24, the centrifugal fan 22 is fixed on the lower plane of the inner cover top cover 27 and is arranged in the inner cover 24, and the purification component 25 is arranged below the centrifugal fan 22 and is arranged in the inner cover 24; the transmission plate 30 is fixed above the bottom of the inner cover 24; a plurality of inner cover air outlets 21 which are distributed at equal angles along the circumferential direction are formed in the inner wall of the upper part of the inner cover 24, and the positions of the plurality of inner cover air outlets 21 are matched with the positions of the plurality of outer cover air outlets 11; a plurality of inner cover air inlets 26 which are distributed along the circumferential direction at equal angles are formed in the inner wall of the lower part of the inner cover 24, and the positions of the inner cover air inlets 26 are matched with the positions of the outer cover air inlets 13.
The rotary support 40 comprises a support inner ring 41, a support outer ring 42 and a rolling body 43; the support outer ring 42 is fixed on the upper plane of the support plate 14; the supporting inner ring 41 is disposed inside an upper end of the supporting outer ring 42, the upper end of the supporting inner ring 41 penetrates through the bottom of the inner cover 24 and is fixed on a lower plane of the driving plate 30 and is disposed concentrically with the inner cover 24, the rolling body 43 is disposed between the supporting inner ring 41 and the supporting outer ring 42, and the supporting inner ring 41 and the supporting outer ring 42 can rotate relative to each other by means of the rolling body 43.
The conductive ring 50 comprises a conductive outer ring 51 and a conductive inner ring 52; the lower end of the conductive outer ring 51 is vertically embedded in the center of the support plate 14, and the conductive inner ring 52 is vertically and rotatably arranged inside the conductive outer ring 51.
The driving unit 60 includes a motor 61, a motor base 62, and a transmission shaft 63; the motor base 62 is fixed at the bottom of the outer cover 12, the motor 61 is fixed on the motor base 62, the transmission shaft 63 is vertically fixed in the conductive inner ring 52, the lower end of the transmission shaft 63 is fixed with the rotating shaft of the motor 61, and the upper end of the transmission shaft 63 penetrates through the support inner ring 41 and is fixed on the lower plane of the transmission plate 30 and is arranged concentrically with the support inner ring 41.
The power supply line 23 of the centrifugal fan 22 is connected to an output power supply terminal 55 provided on the upper side of the conductive inner ring 52, and an input power supply terminal 56 provided on the lower side of the conductive outer ring 51 is connected to an external power supply, so that the external power supply and the power supply line 23 of the centrifugal fan 22 can be connected to each other via the conductive outer ring 51 and the conductive inner ring 52.
In use, the motor 61 is started to rotate the rotating shaft thereof, so as to drive the conductive inner ring 52 to rotate in the conductive outer ring 51, and thus the purification unit 20 is driven to rotate by means of the transmission shaft 63 and the transmission plate 30; then, the centrifugal fan 22 is started to operate, external air enters the purification component 25 through the plurality of outer cover air inlets 13 and the plurality of inner cover air inlets 26 under the suction action of the centrifugal fan 22, a filter material capable of purifying air is arranged in the purification component 25, and clean air purified by the purification component 25 is discharged to the outside through the centrifugal fan 22 and the plurality of inner cover air outlets 21 and the plurality of outer cover air outlets 11; since the purifying unit 20 can be rotated, air can be sucked from the periphery of the bottom of the housing 12, and simultaneously, the discharged clean air can be blown out to the periphery of the top of the housing 12, thereby expanding the purifying range.
