本发明公开了一种厚度为15‑18mm的高亮度免漆板,属于聚氯乙烯发泡板材技术领域。解决了现有产品表面亮度差,板材硬度和强度低的问题,其由聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂75‑80份,重钙55‑60份,回收料30‑40份,发泡调节剂300 9‑10份,钙锌稳定剂3.5‑3.8份,内润滑剂SP‑60 0.3‑0.4份,外润滑PE蜡0.5‑0.6份,高温外润滑剂AP 0.3‑0.4份,增塑剂OA6 0.3‑0.4份,放热型AC发泡剂0.3‑0.4份,吸热型NS‑603发泡剂1.3‑1.4份,蓝光增白剂0.25份组成。本发明可用于生产高亮度免漆板。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种厚度为15-18mm的高亮度免漆板,属于聚氯乙烯发泡板材技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,亮光板的高亮度基本都是通过UV漆实现的,UV漆亮光板具有可钉、可凿、易加工的特点,因此应用范围较广。但是UV漆亮光板的亮度受UV漆性能影响较大,UV漆本身易剐蹭、磨损,同时现有UV漆亮光板的板材硬度和强度有待提高,成型收缩率较大,生产成本相对较高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种厚度为15-18mm的高亮度免漆板。
所述的厚度为15-18mm的高亮度免漆板,由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂75-80份,重钙55-60份,回收料30-40份,发泡调节剂300 9-10份,钙锌稳定剂3.5-3.8份,内润滑剂SP-60 0.3-0.4份,外润滑PE蜡0.5-0.6份,高温外润滑剂AP 0.3-0.4份,增塑剂OA6 0.3-0.4份,放热型AC发泡剂0.3-0.4份,吸热型NS-603发泡剂1.3-1.4份,蓝光增白剂0.25份。
所述的厚度为15-18mm的高亮度免漆板,由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂78份,重钙58份,回收料35份,发泡调节剂300 9.5份,钙锌稳定剂3.6份,内润滑剂SP-60 0.35份,外润滑PE蜡0.55份,高温外润滑剂AP 0.35份,增塑剂OA6 0.35份,放热型AC发泡剂0.35份,吸热型NS-603发泡剂1.35份,蓝光增白剂0.25份。
本发明增加外润滑剂用量有利于提高板材亮度。
优选的,板材中心设有波浪线形状的金属片。
优选的,所述金属片波峰到波谷的垂直距离为6-8mm。
优选的,所述金属片的宽度为8-12mm。
优选的,两个相邻的所述金属片之间的距离是金属片宽度的13-17倍。
本发明在板材中心设有波浪线形状的金属片,并限定金属片的宽度和两个金属片之间的距离,不仅可以大大提高板材的韧性、硬度以及耐候性,还能够有效避免板材生产成本增加。通过限定金属片波峰到波谷的垂直距离,从而不影响板材进行压花、雕花等后加工程序。
所述的厚度为15-18mm的高亮度免漆板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:各原料热混后冷却输送至温度为175-180℃的挤出机,经料筒八段双螺杆加热使其塑化良好输送至模口开口为1.7-1.9mm,温度为165-175℃的模具,挤出模唇,经由定型台冷却压合定性,牵引机迁出切割成型得到成品。
优选的,所述定型台中冷却水水温为18-20℃。
外润滑剂是非极性的,在高温时可以完全融入PVC分子中,但是温度降低到其熔点时会析出在表面,因此本发明在挤出机和模具采用了较高的加工温度,但是在模唇处采用水温为18-20℃的水瞬间冷却,并且把模口开口由常规的1.9-2.2mm改为1.7-1.9mm,让冷却水能够与挤出料充分接触,并产生一定的压力,让外润滑剂瞬间析出表面,形成细腻光滑镜面的表面,本发明定型台采用低温处理,使出模口后本就光滑的表面,能够冷却均匀,使板面反光效果更佳,板面平整,硬度高。本发明产品的表面硬度以及板面的光亮度明显增加,并且具有较好的阻燃和耐候性,也同时提高了板材的热变形温度,降低了成型收缩率。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:
本发明高亮度免漆板不含铅,无毒无苯无甲醛,通过对传统配方和工艺进行改进,使用高润滑体系搭配生产工艺,生产的板材亮度高,可以免用UV漆。本发明在板材中心设置波浪线形状的金属片,不仅大大提高了板材的表面硬度和韧性,也使得板材的阻燃性和耐候性大大提高,也同时提高了板材的热变形温度,降低了成型收缩率。

实施例1
所述的厚度为15-18mm的高亮度免漆板,由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂75份,重钙55份,回收料30份,发泡调节剂300 9份,钙锌稳定剂3.5份,内润滑剂SP-60 0.3份,外润滑PE蜡0.5份,高温外润滑剂AP 0.3份,增塑剂OA60.3份,放热型AC发泡剂0.3份,吸热型NS-603发泡剂1.3份,蓝光增白剂0.25份。
所述的厚度为15-18mm的高亮度免漆板,板材1中心设有波浪线形状的宽度为8-12mm的金属片2,金属片2波峰到波谷的垂直距离为6mm,两个相邻的所述金属片2之间的距离是金属片2宽度的13倍。

所述的厚度为15-18mm的高亮度免漆板,板材1中心设有波浪线形状的宽度为10mm的金属片2,金属片2波峰到波谷的垂直距离为7mm,两个相邻的所述金属片2之间的距离是金属片2宽度的15倍。
所述的厚度为15-18mm的高亮度免漆板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:各原料热混后冷却输送至温度为178℃的挤出机,经料筒八段双螺杆加热使其塑化良好输送至模口开口为1.8mm,温度为170℃的模具,挤出模唇,经由水温为19℃的定型台冷却压合定性,牵引机迁出切割成型得到成品。
实施例3
所述的厚度为15-18mm的高亮度免漆板,由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂80份,重钙60份,回收料40份,发泡调节剂300 10份,钙锌稳定剂3.8份,内润滑剂SP-60 0.4份,外润滑PE蜡0.6份,高温外润滑剂AP 0.4份,增塑剂OA60.4份,放热型AC发泡剂0.4份,吸热型NS-603发泡剂1.4份,蓝光增白剂0.25份。
所述的厚度为15-18mm的高亮度免漆板,板材1中心设有波浪线形状的宽度为12mm的金属片2,金属片2波峰到波谷的垂直距离为8mm,两个相邻的所述金属片2之间的距离是金属片2宽度的17倍。
所述的厚度为15-18mm的高亮度免漆板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:各原料热混后冷却输送至温度为180℃的挤出机,经料筒八段双螺杆加热使其塑化良好输送至模口开口为1.9mm,温度为175℃的模具,挤出模唇,经由水温为20℃的定型台冷却压合定性,牵引机迁出切割成型得到成品。
实施例4
所述的厚度为15-18mm的高亮度免漆板,由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂777份,重钙56份,回收料38份,发泡调节剂300 9.9份,钙锌稳定剂3.7份,内润滑剂SP-60 0.33份,外润滑PE蜡0.53份,高温外润滑剂AP 0.3份,增塑剂OA6 0.4份,放热型AC发泡剂0.33份,吸热型NS-603发泡剂1.38份,蓝光增白剂0.25份。
所述的厚度为15-18mm的高亮度免漆板,板材1中心设有波浪线形状的宽度为11mm的金属片2,金属片2波峰到波谷的垂直距离为6.5mm,两个相邻的所述金属片2之间的距离是金属片2宽度的14倍。
所述的厚度为15-18mm的高亮度免漆板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:各原料热混后冷却输送至温度为177℃的挤出机,经料筒八段双螺杆加热使其塑化良好输送至模口开口为1.75mm,温度为168℃的模具,挤出模唇,经由水温为18-20℃的定型台冷却压合定性,牵引机迁出切割成型得到成品。
将实施例1-4的产品和传统配方产品进行性能测试,具体结果如下表:

由上表可以看出,本发明硬度明显提高,表面邵氏硬度达到75D以上,表面亮度高成镜面,免UV漆,维卡温度达到85℃以上,韧性大大增加,成型收缩率大幅度降低,本发明产品各种性能均优于传统产品。

1.一种厚度为15-18mm的高亮度免漆板,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂75-80份,重钙55-60份,回收料30-40份,发泡调节剂300 9-10份,钙锌稳定剂3.5-3.8份,内润滑剂SP-60 0.3-0.4份,外润滑PE蜡0.5-0.6份,高温外润滑剂AP 0.3-0.4份,增塑剂OA6 0.3-0.4份,放热型AC发泡剂0.3-0.4份,吸热型NS-603发泡剂1.3-1.4份,蓝光增白剂0.25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的厚度为15-18mm的高亮度免漆板,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚氯乙烯SG8型树脂78份,重钙58份,回收料35份,发泡调节剂300 9.5份,钙锌稳定剂3.6份,内润滑剂SP-60 0.35份,外润滑PE蜡0.55份,高温外润滑剂AP 0.35份,增塑剂OA60.35份,放热型AC发泡剂0.35份,吸热型NS-603发泡剂1.35份,蓝光增白剂0.25份。
