An umbrella 1, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 8, 12, may comprise: an umbrella body 11, wherein the umbrella body 11 may include an umbrella cover 111, an umbrella rod 112 and umbrella ribs 113, wherein the umbrella cover 111 is fixed at one end of the umbrella rod 112, and the umbrella ribs 113 are fixed on the inner surface of the umbrella cover 112 and are used for supporting the umbrella cover 111 when the umbrella is opened; the umbrella 1 can also comprise a control unit 12, a monitoring unit 13, a functional unit 14 and a human body information acquisition unit 15 which are arranged on the umbrella body 11; the human body information acquisition unit 15, the monitoring unit 13 and the function unit 14 are respectively connected with the control unit 12;
the human body information acquisition unit 15 may be configured to acquire body state information and transmit the body state information to the cloud platform and the control unit 12;

In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the umbrella may include, but is not limited to, a sentry box umbrella.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, currently, the staff on duty is outdoors for a long time during working, and if the working is summer and the temperature is too high, the staff on duty usually has heat stroke; some of the staff on duty may be physically bad and may cause sudden illness. However, the existing umbrellas are not provided with timely rescue equipment, so that the personnel on duty or other personnel near the umbrellas cannot be timely rescued when the disease happens.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, aiming at the above situations, the umbrella 1 is provided with the human body information acquisition unit 15 and the monitoring unit 13, so that the human body information acquisition unit 15, the monitoring unit 13 and the control unit 12 are matched with each other, the abnormal physical health condition of the staff on duty can be detected in time, and the audio and video information of the staff on duty in sudden diseases can be monitored in time, so that the functional unit 14 can be controlled to give an alarm and perform air treatment, the help-seeking information is sent out at the first time, the patient is rescued in time, the air in the environment where the patient is located is purified, the comfort level of the environment is improved, the discomfort of the patient is reduced, and the time is won for the rescue of the patient.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the determining, by the control unit, the human health status according to the body status information and/or the audio/video information may include:
the first scheme is as follows: and comparing the acquired value of the physical state information with a preset value range of normal physical state information, and judging that the human health state is abnormal when the acquired value of the physical state information is not in the value range.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, before the patient is attacked, the patient does not usually detect the physical abnormality by himself, but the internal health index of the body has great fluctuation, which makes the patient miss the optimal treatment time, and is one of the main reasons for the high sudden death rate.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, for this situation, a human body information collecting unit 15 is provided, and the human body information collecting unit 15 may detect blood pressure, heart rate, body temperature, and the like of a human body, transmit the detection result to the cloud platform and the control device 12, and verify the detection result through the cloud platform or the control device 12 to determine whether there is an abnormal physical health condition of the current person. The collected value of the physical state information is compared with a preset value range of normal physical state information, and when the collected value of the physical state information is not in the value range, the human health state is judged to be abnormal, and when the collected value of the physical state information is in the value range, the human health state is judged to be normal.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the cloud platform or the control device 12 may feed back the verification result to the current person, and perform corresponding processing with the current person according to the verification result, thereby eliminating the health risk in time.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the human body information collecting unit 15 may include, but is not limited to: a portable electrocardiogram detection instrument, a portable blood pressure detection instrument and/or a thermometer.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the portable electrocardiogram detection apparatus, the portable blood pressure detection apparatus and/or the thermometer, etc. may be placed in the first aid kit and uniformly disposed on the umbrella for uniform management and protection of the apparatuses; or can be respectively arranged on the umbrellas and directly arranged on the umbrellas, thereby being convenient for the user to measure at any time.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the human body information collecting unit 15 may be configured as a wearable device, and is worn on each of the staff members to detect the health status of the staff members in a periodic manner, so as to avoid shock or sudden death caused by sudden tension in a harsh environment or when the staff members deal with problems. The person on duty can be with the human information acquisition unit 15 of oneself wearing access cloud platform with the mode of checking a card every day to this human information acquisition unit 15 can also report to the police in order to remind the person on duty to wear this human information acquisition unit 15 when not inserting the cloud platform in the predetermined time quantum.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the human body information collecting unit 15 may be fixed to the umbrella 1 in an unused state, and may be automatically charged by a power supply unit in the umbrella, and when in use, may establish communication with a cloud platform or a control unit by wireless communication technologies such as WIFI and bluetooth, thereby performing information transmission.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, in a severe environment, such as a hot season, a cold season, a period of high incidence of infectious diseases (a season of high incidence of influenza), etc., the control unit 12 may also periodically remind the on-duty personnel to perform physical status information detection, so as to monitor the physical status of each on-duty personnel in real time and ensure the physical health of the on-duty personnel.
Scheme II: detecting first audio information and/or first video information which accords with preset abnormal health performance in the audio and video information collected in real time, and judging that the health state of a corresponding human body in the first audio information and/or the first video information is abnormal when any one or more first audio information and/or first video information is detected; and/or detecting distress information in the audio and video information collected in real time, and judging that the human health state is abnormal according to the distress information.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, the on-duty personnel or other personnel passing through the umbrella may be in a syncope state or an extremely painful state when the disease breaks out, and cannot ask for help or take self-rescue measures in time, so that the condition is easily delayed because the patient cannot be treated. For this, the embodiment of the present invention is provided with the monitoring unit 13, which can collect audio and video information around the umbrella in real time to monitor the state around the umbrella in real time. After the audio and video information is collected, the audio and video information can be transmitted to the cloud platform and control unit 12, whether first audio information and/or first video information which accords with preset abnormal health performance exists in the audio and video information is detected through the cloud platform or control unit 12, and when the first audio information and/or the first video information exists, the abnormal health condition of related personnel in the audio and video information is determined.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the preset health abnormal performance may include, but is not limited to: pictures of syncope of a person, pictures of facial ferocity or body distortion caused by pain, pictures of bleeding, and sounds of tachypnea or dyspnea.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the abnormal health performance may be collected in advance and stored, and after the monitoring unit collects the audio/video information, the content of the audio/video information may be compared with the stored abnormal health performance, so as to determine whether a picture and/or a sound meeting the abnormal health performance exists in the current audio/video information. In addition, the stored abnormal health performance can be continuously expanded in a computer learning mode, so that the identification efficiency is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when the person on duty or another person feels abnormal health, the person on duty or another person may send a distress signal to the monitoring unit 13 in time, for example, send out a distress voice of "rescue", or make a limb action of a distress, or provide a screen labeled "SOS (international distress signal)", and the monitoring unit 13 may also perform matching according to a preset screen after capturing the distress signals, so as to determine that the person on duty or another person has abnormal physical health.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, the simultaneous grouping realizes timely and accurate judgment of the health state of the person, and provides guarantee for timely rescue.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, after the above scheme detects that there is abnormal health of the person, the control unit 12 may control the functional unit 13 to alarm to notify medical staff or other personnel to rescue in time, and may control the functional unit to start or enhance the air treatment operation, so as to improve the comfort level of the environment where the patient is located.
In exemplary embodiments of the invention, the air treatment operation may include one or more of: an air purification operation and an air humidification operation.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, through the scheme of the embodiment, when the abnormal health state of people is detected, air purification (such as releasing negative ions, reducing or eliminating dust particles, absorbing or neutralizing harmful gas, reducing air toxicity) can be carried out, the negative oxygen ion content of the surrounding environment is increased, and the air humidity can be increased, so that the air quality can be improved, the environmental comfort level can be improved, and the discomfort of the sick people can be relieved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the operating state may include: an operational state and a rest state, wherein the operational state is divided into one or more different working intensity levels.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the controlling unit 12 adjusting the operating state of the function unit 14 when determining that the person health state is abnormal may include:
the functional unit 14 in the stopped state is adjusted to the operating state, or the level of the working strength of the functional unit 14 in the operating state at the time of the air treatment operation is increased.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when adjusting the working strength of the function unit 14, adjustment may be performed according to a plurality of working strength levels set in advance, specifically, stepless adjustment or stepwise adjustment may be performed, and also, level-input adjustment or level-selection adjustment may be performed, where a specific adjustment manner is not limited.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the functional units 14 may correspond to different air handling capacities at different levels of operating intensity, wherein the higher the level of operating intensity, the stronger the air handling capacity may be, and the lower the level of operating intensity, the weaker the air handling capacity may be. For example, when the working intensity level is higher, the more the amount of negative ions that can be released by the functional unit 14, the stronger the purification ability, the more moisture is emitted, and the better the humidification effect; conversely, when the level of the working strength is low, the less the amount of negative ions that can be released by the functional unit 14, the weaker the purification ability, the less moisture is emitted, and the poorer the humidification effect.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, through the scheme of the embodiment, the functional unit can work under various different intensity levels, so that the working intensity of the functional unit can be adjusted according to specific environments and specific conditions, and the purposes of energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
Example two
This embodiment is based on the first embodiment, and as shown in fig. 2, 8, and 12, a heating unit 16 is added.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the umbrella 1 may include: a heating unit 16 connected to the control unit 12; the heating unit 16 may be used to heat or keep warm a liquid or a water cup.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, it is hard for the staff on duty to work outdoors for a long time, and especially in cold winter, it is the biggest satisfaction of the staff on duty to be able to drink hot water in time, and after the umbrella of the embodiment of the present invention is provided with the heating unit 16, the umbrella can have the functions of automatically heating and insulating drinks (such as tap water, tea, fruit juice, beverage, etc.) and water cups.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the control unit 12 may control one or more controllable factors of the heating unit 16, including but not limited to: start-stop, heating duration, heating power, heating temperature, heat preservation temperature and appointment time.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, through the scheme of the embodiment, hot drinks are provided for the staff on duty in cold weather such as cloudy days or winter, cold or body discomfort caused by drinking cold drinks is avoided, the physical health of the staff on duty is further ensured, the user experience is improved, and the duty efficiency is ensured.
EXAMPLE III
This embodiment expands the use of the monitoring unit 13, the function unit 14, and the control unit 12 on the basis of any of the above embodiments.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the function unit 14 may also be used to perform an insect repelling operation on a space; the function unit 14 may include an insect-repelling module, and perform an insect-repelling operation on a space by the insect-repelling module;
the control unit 12 may be further configured to control the orientation of the monitoring unit 13, so that the monitoring unit 13 acquires the audio and video information in an all-around manner, and control the orientation and/or the working state of the functional unit 14 according to command information in the audio and video information, so that the functional unit 14 performs the insect repelling operation and/or the air treatment operation in different orientations and/or in different working states.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, it is known that, in the current umbrellas, basically, no monitoring device is provided, so that the environment around the umbrellas cannot be monitored through the umbrellas, and when an emergency occurs around the umbrellas and a person on duty cannot handle the emergency, the relevant processing person or leader and the like cannot acquire the audio and video information of the site in time, so as to effectively solve the problem in the first time, which all cause a hindrance to improve the efficiency of on duty.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the monitoring device 13 is provided, so that the audio and video information of the environment where the umbrella is located can be collected in real time, the real-time monitoring of the environment around the umbrella is realized, and the audio and video information can be processed and then transmitted to the cloud platform, so as to facilitate the storage and unified management of the audio and video information, and facilitate the later-stage utilization of the audio and video information, such as the comparison of the front and rear information. And the audio-video information can be forwarded to relevant departments or relevant personnel for processing based on different types of the audio-video information. For example, when the fighting event provided by the audio and video information is judged, the audio and video information can be forwarded to security personnel or public security personnel through the cloud platform, so that the current fighting event can be stopped or processed conveniently; when the audio and video information is judged to be provided as a casualty event, the audio and video information can be forwarded to medical personnel or related hospitals through the cloud platform, so that the injured personnel or personnel needing to be treated can be rescued in time.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the audio/video information may also be processed and transmitted to the control unit 12, so that the control unit 12 controls the function unit 14 according to the audio/video information; for example, the control unit 12 may perform corresponding control on the function unit 14 through the collected command information about the function unit 14 in the audio-video information: when the voice of opening the purification function is collected, the purification unit can be opened according to the voice command; when video information or image information containing a body action (such as a gesture or a limb action) of opening the insect repelling unit is acquired, the insect repelling unit can be opened according to the video information or the image information; when video information or image information is acquired about a voice command and/or a body motion for adjusting the orientation of the monitoring unit 13 and/or the functional unit 14, the orientation of the monitoring unit 13 and/or the functional unit 14 may be adjusted accordingly.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, it is known that most of the current umbrellas are used only for sunshade and rain-shielding functions, and cannot remove harmful objects such as dust particles, automobile exhaust gas, and mosquitoes and other external interference for the staff under the umbrellas, so that the umbrellas are not fully utilized as necessary appliances at the sides of the staff, and cannot help the staff to solve common work troubles.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a functional unit 14 is provided in the umbrella, and the functional unit 14 can perform insect repelling and/or air treatment operations (e.g., air purification, air humidification), so that the staff on duty can avoid mosquito bite, avoid absorbing excessive harmful gas, improve the comfort level during the duty process, and thus facilitate the work efficiency of the staff on duty.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the specific functions of the functional unit 14 may be set according to the requirements of different working environments, and are not limited in particular herein. For example, for an umbrella applied to a traffic police box, in order to avoid that a duty person absorbs too much automobile exhaust, dust particles, and the like, an air purification function may be provided; whether the insect repelling function is set can be determined in a self-adaptive mode according to the regional conditions (such as south-north differences, tropical regions, frigid regions and the like) used by the traffic sentry box and/or the actual conditions of the surrounding environment (such as whether more trees or ponds exist or not). For the guard sentry box arranged at the doorways of parks and villa areas, the environment is generally well greened, more mosquitoes can be troubled possibly, the insect expelling function can be set, and harmful gases and dust particles are less, so that whether the air purification function is set or not can be determined in a self-adaptive manner.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, through the arrangement of the functional unit 14, the duty personnel do not need to wear the mask all the time in the duty process, the work efficiency is improved, mosquito trouble can be reduced or even eliminated, the work comfort level is improved, and a clean and comfortable work environment is provided for the duty personnel.
Example four
This embodiment is based on any of the above embodiments, and as shown in fig. 3, 4, and 12, several specific implementations of the monitoring unit 13 are given.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the monitoring unit 13 may include: an audio acquisition unit 131, a video acquisition unit 132, an audio/video processing unit 133, a transmission unit 134 and an audio/video playing unit 135 respectively connected to the control unit 12; the information output ends of the audio acquisition unit 131 and the video acquisition unit 132 are respectively connected with the input end of the audio/video processing unit 133, and the output end of the audio/video processing unit 133 is connected with the input end of the transmission unit 134; the output end of the transmission unit 134 is connected with the input end of the audio/video playing unit 135;

In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the control unit 12 may control any controllable factors such as start and stop, acquisition frequency, acquisition period, and the like of the audio acquisition unit 131 and the video acquisition unit 132; the control unit 12 may control any controllable factors such as start-stop, processing cycle, processing type, processing mode, etc. of the audio/video processing unit 133. The control unit 12 can control any controllable factors such as start and stop, transmission mode, transmission frequency, transmission object and the like of the transmission unit 134.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the audio capture unit 131 and the video capture unit 132 may be separate capture units or integrated capture units, and the specific implementation manner, number, and the like of the audio capture unit 131 and the video capture unit 132 are not limited, and may be defined by themselves according to different application scenarios or requirements.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the audio collecting unit 131 may be a sound recording device, and the video collecting unit 132 may be a camera. In addition, the video capture unit 132 may also be an image capture unit only, such as a camera.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the audio/video processing unit 133 may be configured to perform denoising processing, encryption processing, and/or extraction processing of the command information on the audio information and/or the video information; the transmission unit 134 may be configured to transmit the audio information and/or the video information subjected to the denoising and/or the encryption processing to the cloud platform in a communication manner, and send the extracted command information to the control unit 12.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the audio/video processing unit 133 may perform encryption processing on the obtained audio information and/or video information as needed, for example, the audio information and/or video information collected by the monitoring unit 13 in the umbrella at a government agency, a military, an important research base, and the like may be subjected to encryption processing to facilitate information security.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the audio/video processing unit 133 may extract the command information about the functional unit 14 from the collected audio information and/or video information, and the specific extraction method, algorithm and apparatus are not limited herein and may be defined according to different application scenarios or requirements.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when the transmission unit 134 performs information transmission, it may be implemented by wireless communication, or may be implemented by wired communication, or a combination of both; the transmission can be realized through an internal network, an external network or the combination of the two; the specific transmission manner of the transmission unit 134 is not limited herein.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, after the transmission unit 134 transmits the audio information and/or the video information that meets the preset abnormal health performance or the distress information to the cloud platform and/or the rescue platform, the rescue guidance information sent by the cloud platform and/or the preset rescue platform may also be received, and the rescue guidance information is played and/or displayed through the audio/video playing unit 135, so as to provide rescue guidance for the patient in time, and strive for time for rescue, for example, the patient may be reminded to have a rest nearby, wait for rescue, and may be guided how to adjust the posture, the mood, and/or the respiratory state, etc. for the patient. In addition, the cloud platform and the rescue platform can position the umbrella according to the unique identification mark of the umbrella, and schedule medical staff and/or ambulances nearest to the umbrella or having the highest arrival speed to arrive at the site for rescue, so that the medical staff and/or the ambulances can be found at the first time and rescued at the first time. And the driving route and the real-time process of the medical staff and/or the ambulance can be displayed on the audio and video playing unit 135, so that the patient can know the position of the medical staff and/or the ambulance in time, and the anxiety can be relieved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, after the collected audio/video information is transmitted to the cloud platform and/or the management platform, the cloud platform and/or the management platform may also feed back corresponding management information or command information according to the audio/video information, or the cloud platform and/or the management platform directly issues regulation, entertainment broadcast or notification information, etc. through the transmission unit 134 and the audio/video playing unit 135.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, through the scheme of the embodiment, the contact between the staff on duty and the manager or the handler can be more direct, the manager can manage the staff on duty more conveniently, the handler can process and know things on site more conveniently, the remote guidance of the handler or the leader on the emergency on the umbrella site is realized, the emergency can be processed in the first time, and the event processing efficiency is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the audio/video playing unit 135 may further be configured to:
displaying a monitoring picture and monitoring early warning information of the monitoring unit, and the working state and/or functional parameters of the body state acquisition 15 unit, the monitoring unit 13, the power supply unit 19 and/or the functional unit 14; and/or, displaying the unique identification of the umbrella 1; or,
the umbrella may further comprise: a display mark unit; namely, a display mark unit can be additionally arranged on the umbrella; the display marking unit, which may be connected to the control unit, may be configured to display the operating status and/or functional parameters of the body status collecting unit 15, the monitoring unit 13, the power supply unit 19, and/or the functional unit 14, and/or may be configured to display the unique identification of the umbrella.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the audio/video playing unit 135 or the display marking unit may be configured to provide a display function of system operating status and air quality, and through the scheme of this embodiment, the on-duty personnel may visually know the current operating status and/or functional parameters of the functional unit 14 in real time, so that the on-duty personnel may timely adjust the functions and parameters of the current umbrella according to the display data.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the audio/video playing unit 135 or the display marking unit may further provide a number position identification function, display a unique identification of the umbrella 1, such as a current umbrella number code, a two-dimensional code, a barcode, and the like, and support code scanning access to form a one-to-one pairing with data information. Through the scheme of the embodiment, the information storage and the positioning of the current umbrella can be facilitated, and the follow-up maintenance and the repair are facilitated.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the audio/video playing unit 135 may further set card punching information of each of the staff members on duty, and the card punching information may correspond to the unique identification of each of the umbrellas one to one, and the card punching information at each of the umbrellas may be transmitted to the manager, so that the manager may manage the staff members on duty of each of the umbrellas conveniently.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the specific setting position of the audio/video playing unit 135 on the umbrella is not limited, and may be defined by itself according to different application scenarios or requirements. For example, the audio/video playing unit 135 may perform one or more of the following settings: is arranged in the middle of umbrella rod 112, is arranged on the inner surface of umbrella cover 111, is hung on the edge of umbrella cover 111, and is arranged between two umbrella ribs 113.

In this embodiment, in addition to any of the above-described embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 12, the umbrella 1 is provided with a human body sensing unit 17.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the umbrella 1 may further include a human sensing unit 17 provided on the umbrella body 11; the function unit 14 may comprise an orientation adjustment module and an acquisition and/or release module, respectively, connected to the control unit 12;
the human body sensing unit 17 is connected with the control unit 12 and used for sensing a human body and determining the relative position of the human body and the umbrella 1; the relative positions may include: orientation and/or distance;
the orientation adjusting module is arranged to adjust the orientation of the acquisition and/or release module through self structure and/or position adjustment;
the control unit 12 is further configured to control the orientation adjustment module to perform the structure and/or position adjustment according to the relative position, and control the functional unit to perform the working state adjustment, that is, adjust the orientation and/or the working state of the functional unit 14 according to the relative position, so that the functional unit 14 tracks the human body, and is in different working states according to different distances between the human body and the umbrella.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, since most of umbrellas with mosquito repelling devices installed at present directly set the mosquito repelling lamps on the umbrellas, the mosquito repelling devices only repel mosquitoes in a fixed space, and cannot follow the staff on duty to effectively repel mosquitoes when the staff on duty moves, the human body sensing unit 17 is provided in the embodiment of the present invention.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the human sensing unit 17 and the control unit 12 cooperate to realize real-time tracking of a human body, so as to determine the relative position of a person on duty relative to an umbrella in real time, and perform orientation control on the functional unit 14 according to the relative position, thereby realizing tracking of the human body by the functional unit 14, effectively performing insect repelling and/or air treatment on the person on duty, and avoiding useless work due to insect repelling and/or air treatment operations performed by the functional unit in an unmanned area by the movement of the person on duty; the working efficiency of the functional unit is improved, and the energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the controlling unit 12 adjusting the orientation of the function unit 14 according to the relative position may include:
when it is determined that the orientation of the human body is the first orientation, the orientation faced by the acquisition means and/or the release means of the function unit 14 is adjusted to the first orientation.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the function unit 14 may mainly enable the collection and/or release module in the function unit 14, such as the collection device and/or the release device (e.g., negative ion release head, air blowing port, moisture discharging port, gas collection port, dust collection port, etc.) in the collection and/or release module to track the human body during tracking of the human body, while other devices in the function unit 14 do not need to adjust the position or orientation so as to save power consumption.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the specific structure and implementation principle of the orientation adjusting module are not limited, and any structure and device capable of being controlled to achieve the purpose of adjusting the orientation are within the protection scope of the embodiment of the present invention.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the control unit 14 may be further configured to adjust the operating state of the function unit 14 according to the relative position, so that the function unit 14 is in different operating states according to different distances between the human body and the multifunctional umbrella 1.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, it is known that the on-duty personnel is often in a moving state during the on-duty process and cannot be kept under the umbrella all the time, therefore, during the tracking process of the functional unit 14 on the human body and/or after the orientation of the human body is determined, the distance between the human body and the current umbrella can be detected in real time, so that the working strength of the functional unit 14 can be reduced when the human body is far away from the umbrella, and even the work can be stopped, so as to avoid that the functional unit 14 is too far away from the human body and can not effectively expel insects and/or purify air for the on-duty personnel, thereby achieving the purposes of energy saving and environmental protection; on the contrary, when the human body is close to the umbrella, the working strength of the functional unit 14 can be improved, so that the purposes of effectively expelling insects and/or purifying air for the current human body can be achieved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the operating state may include: an operational state and a rest state, wherein the operational state may be divided into one or more different working intensity levels.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when adjusting the working strength of the function unit 14, adjustment may be performed according to a plurality of working strength levels set in advance, specifically, stepless adjustment or stepwise adjustment may be performed, and also, level-input adjustment or level-selection adjustment may be performed, where a specific adjustment manner is not limited.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the functional unit 14 may correspond to different insect repelling and/or air treating abilities, such as purifying abilities (specifically, different releasing abilities, collecting abilities, etc.), at different working strength levels, wherein the higher the working strength level, the stronger the insect repelling and/or purifying abilities may be, and the lower the working strength level, the weaker the insect repelling and/or purifying abilities may be. For example, when the working intensity level is higher, the more the amount of negative ions that can be released by the functional unit 14 is, the stronger the purification ability is, the stronger the intensity of the ultrasonic wave emitted for repelling insects is, the better the insect repelling effect is; on the contrary, when the working intensity level is low, the smaller the amount of negative ions that can be released by the function unit 14, the weaker the purification ability, and the lower the intensity of the ultrasonic wave emitted for repelling insects, the worse the insect-repelling effect.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the controlling unit 12 adjusting the operating state of the function unit 14 according to the relative position may include:
when the human body is positioned in a first preset range under the umbrella 1, controlling the functional unit 14 to be in the running state and at a preset first working intensity level;
when the human body is out of the first preset range and the distance from the human body to the first preset range is smaller than or equal to a preset distance threshold, controlling the functional unit 14 to be in the running state and to be in a preset second working intensity level;
when the human body is out of the first preset range and the distance from the human body to the first preset range is greater than the distance threshold, controlling the functional unit 14 to be in the stop state;
wherein the second operation intensity level may be lower than or equal to or higher than the first operation intensity level.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the first preset range and the preset distance threshold may be defined according to different application scenarios and requirements, and specific ranges and values of the first preset range and the preset distance threshold are not limited herein.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, for example, the first preset range may be set as: when umbrella cover 111 is opened, the range of the space surrounded by the vertical arc surface passing through the edge of umbrella cover 111 is below umbrella cover 111. The distance threshold may be one or half meters from the vertical arc.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the distance threshold may be set to one or more, and the working intensity level may include, but is not limited to: the first working intensity level and the second working intensity level.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, through the above embodiment scheme, the functional unit 14 tracks the human body, so as to effectively expel insects and/or purify air in the space where the human body is located, improve insect expelling and/or air purifying efficiency, and improve user experience.
EXAMPLE six
This embodiment is based on the third embodiment, and provides a specific embodiment of the human sensing unit 17 and the functional unit 14.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the human sensing unit 17 may include: a body sensor and/or position sensor; wherein the position sensor determines the orientation of the human body when the position sensor itself is occluded.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the human body sensing unit 17 may be implemented by a human body sensor integrating a human body sensing function, a human body positioning and tracking function, and a human body ranging function, or may be implemented by a combination of corresponding sub-units of the above functions.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, for example, the human body sensing unit 17 may be obtained by combining a human body sensing control subunit (which may be implemented by the control unit described above), and a human body sensing function subunit, a human body positioning tracking subunit, and a human body ranging subunit, which are respectively interconnected with the human body sensing control subunit.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the human body sensing control subunit may be implemented by a thermal infrared human body sensing device or an image acquisition device, the human body positioning and tracking subunit may be implemented by a chip or a processing module provided with a corresponding positioning and tracking algorithm (e.g., a Camshift algorithm, a Kalman filtering algorithm, etc.), and the human body ranging subunit may be implemented by an ultrasonic ranging device or an infrared ranging device.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the human body sensing unit 17 may also be implemented by a position sensor, which may be a non-contact position sensor, such as an infrared position sensor, a photoelectric position sensor, or the like, and when a human body blocks infrared rays or light rays of the position sensor, the position sensor may determine the approximate orientation of the human body, so as to control the monitoring direction of the monitoring unit and/or the direction of performing air treatment of the functional unit to face the orientation of the human body.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 and 12, in an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the functional unit 14 may include: the insect-repellent unit 141 and/or the air-treating unit 142;
the insect-repelling unit 141 can be used for repelling insects under the umbrella;
the air processing unit 142 can be used for reducing dust and/or harmful gas under the umbrella, keeping the air humidity under the umbrella within a preset humidity range, and improving the content of negative oxygen ions under the umbrella.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the insect-repellent unit 141 may include: an ultrasonic insect repellant for repelling mosquitoes by ultrasonic waves.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the ultrasonic insect repellant can simulate the sound wave of the fluttering of the wings of various male mosquitoes, and the blood-sucking female mosquitoes can escape immediately after hearing the sound wave, so that the mosquito repelling effect is achieved.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, the scheme of the embodiment has no influence on human health, can effectively repel mosquitoes and has strong practicability.
The air processing unit 142 may include: an anion purifier.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the negative ion purifier may discharge negative ions through a discharge head, and the discharge head may include a carbon brush unit, and the carbon brush unit may include a fiber bundle composed of a plurality of needle-shaped carbon fiber structures. The release head can also be a metal needle or carbon fiber; or in the form of coating carbon nano material on metal needle, the carbon nano material can be fullerene, carbon nano tube or composite material of the fullerene and the carbon nano tube. The material has high conductivity, can receive power supply of a power supply control module to generate negative ions, can release nano-scale negative ions with small particle size by using the special material, has stronger activity, and can ensure effective treatment of harmful gases and dust such as automobile exhaust, PM2.5 (fine particulate matters) and the like.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, the anion purifier can release anions according to the control requirement, and the anions and the particle pollutants with positive charges are adsorbed, neutralized, gathered and settled in the space covered by the umbrella, so that the pollutant is discharged, and the air quality in the space where the duty personnel are located is ensured.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the air processing unit 142 may include: an air humidifier.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, the air under the umbrella can be humidified at proper time by arranging the air humidifier, so that dust in the air is reduced, and the aim of dust removal is fulfilled; in addition, air humidity can be increased through humidification, the environment comfort level is improved, symptoms such as fire and cold of the staff on duty caused by air dry noise are reduced, and the health of the staff on duty is guaranteed.
EXAMPLE seven
This embodiment is based on the sixth embodiment, and as shown in fig. 7 and fig. 12, another specific embodiment of the functional unit 14 is given.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the functional unit 14 may further include: an air quality collecting unit 143; the air quality acquisition unit 143 may be configured to acquire air quality parameters and upload the air quality parameters to a cloud platform; the air quality parameters may include: dust concentration parameters, air humidity parameters, harmful gas types and/or harmful gas concentrations;
when the function unit 14 includes the air processing unit 142 and the air quality collection unit 143:
the control unit 12 may be further configured to adjust the operating state of the air processing unit 143 according to the size of the air quality parameter collected by the air quality collecting unit 143.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the air quality acquisition unit 143 uploads the air quality parameters acquired in real time or periodically to the cloud platform, so as to facilitate storage and management of the air quality parameters, facilitate later data utilization (such as data comparison), and enrich data volume of the cloud platform.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the air quality collecting unit 143 may include one or more of the following: dust sensors, humidity sensors and gas sensors.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the control unit 12 may control the generation concentration of the negative ions in the negative ion purifier according to the value detected by the air quality acquisition unit 143 (e.g., a PM2.5 concentration value, a ratio of harmful gas in the air, an air humidity value, etc.), and may control the moisture release amount of the air humidifier.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, the function of automatically monitoring the PM2.5, the humidity and the like in the umbrella is realized, the on-off switch or the working strength of the air processing unit 142 is adjusted according to the concentration of the PM2.5 and/or the air humidity condition, closed-loop control is formed, and the negative ion concentration and the air humidity can be kept in a comfortable range on the premise of ensuring pollution removal while the power consumption is reduced.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the air quality collecting unit 143 may include: and a communication module.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the communication module is connected to the control unit 12, and may be configured to communicate with the internet of things, acquire the air quality parameter, and send the air quality parameter to the control unit 12.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, the environmental monitoring data is read through the Internet of things, the data acquisition efficiency is improved, hardware settings such as a dust sensor, a humidity sensor and a gas sensor can be saved, and the setting space and the product cost are saved.
Example eight
In this embodiment, in addition to any of the above-described embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the umbrella 1 is provided with the specular reflection unit 18.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the umbrella 1 may further include: a specular reflection unit 18;
the specular reflection unit 18 may be disposed on an inner surface of the umbrella cover and between two adjacent umbrella ribs, and may be used for enabling an under-umbrella person to observe things behind and/or on the side of the under-umbrella person.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the shape, number, position, material (any material or object having a reflective effect and displaying an image), arrangement, and the like of the specular reflection unit 18 are not limited, and can be defined according to different application scenarios and requirements.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the specular reflection unit 18 may be integrated with the above-described av playback unit 135. For example, the display interface of the audio/video playing unit 135 may be configured to have a mirror effect, and when the display interface is not used for the corresponding display function of the audio/video playing unit 135, the display interface may only serve as a reflecting mirror, so that the person can observe things behind and/or beside the person under the umbrella.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, the scheme of the embodiment is convenient for the duty personnel to observe all around, improves the duty efficiency and improves the user experience.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a transparent unit may be further provided, which may be provided on the umbrella cover 111 to facilitate the duty personnel to observe the things ahead through the transparent unit.
Example nine
This embodiment is based on any of the above embodiments, and provides an embodiment of the arrangement positions of the control unit 12, the monitoring unit 13, the function unit 14, the human body information collecting unit 15, the heating unit 16, and the human body sensing unit 17.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, a first arrangement may include:
after the umbrella cover 111 is opened, the umbrella cover can be located above the umbrella rod 112, the umbrella rod 112 is located above and/or below the umbrella cover 111, and one or more of the control unit 12, the human body information acquisition unit 15, the heating unit 16, the monitoring unit 13, the functional unit 14 and the human body sensing unit 17 are arranged at a position close to one end of the umbrella cover 111.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the second arrangement may include:
after the umbrella cover 111 is opened, the umbrella cover 111 can be positioned at one side of the umbrella rod 112, the umbrella cover 111 is fixed on the umbrella rod 112 through a fixed support 114, the fixed support 114 is connected with a fixed rod 115 positioned at the middle position of the umbrella cover 111, and the fixed rod 115 penetrates through the middle position of the umbrella cover 111;
one or more of the control unit 12, the human body information acquisition unit 15, the heating unit 16, the monitoring unit 13, the functional unit 14 and the human body sensing unit 17 are arranged on the part of the fixing rod 115 above and/or below the umbrella cover 111; the top end of the part of the fixed rod 115 below the umbrella cover 111 is provided with an illuminating lamp 116; wherein, the releasing device of the functional unit 14 is disposed at the top end of the portion of the fixing rod 115 below the umbrella cover 111 and/or disposed on the fixing bracket 114.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, through the above embodiment, the arrangement of the control unit 12, the monitoring unit 13, the function unit 14 and the human body sensing unit 15 effectively utilizes the triangular area under the umbrella and the upper space of the umbrella cover 111, and does not occupy the activity area of the personnel, thereby improving the space utilization rate.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the function unit 14 may be directly fixed to the outside of the fixing lever 115, or the fixing lever 115 may be provided as a hollow structure, and the function unit 14 may be provided inside the hollow structure of the fixing lever 115.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the control unit 12, the human body information collecting unit 15, the heating unit 16, the monitoring unit 13, the function unit 14, the human body sensing unit 17, and the like may be separately or integrally arranged, and may be modularly arranged whether separately or integrally arranged, so as to facilitate installation and disassembly, and facilitate subsequent product repair or maintenance.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the human sensing unit 17 may be disposed on any one of the umbrella cover 111, the umbrella shaft 112 and/or the umbrella ribs 113 at a position suitable for recognizing and tracking the human body, for example, around the middle position of the umbrella shaft 112, and the specific disposition position of the human sensing unit 17 is not limited herein.
Example ten
This embodiment is based on the ninth embodiment, and provides an embodiment of a specific implementation of the release device in the air processing unit 142 and a position where the release device is arranged.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, the air handling unit 142 may include an adjustable orientation release head 1421; the release head 1421 may be located at an end of the under umbrella portion on the securing lever 115 remote from the arc.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the number, shape, arrangement, and the like of the release heads 1421 are not limited, and may be set according to different application scenarios and requirements.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the discharge head 1421 may be provided in a shower type structure in order to expand a discharge range of moisture or negative ions.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the specific composition structure of the orientation adjustment device of the release head 1421 is not limited, and may be defined by itself according to different application scenarios.
EXAMPLE eleven
This embodiment is based on any of the above embodiments, and specific embodiments of the power supply unit are given as shown in fig. 10, 11, and 12.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the umbrella 1 may further include a power supply unit 19, and the power supply unit 19 may include: a solar power supply unit 191, a mains power supply unit 192 and an energy storage unit 193;
the solar power supply unit 191, the power supply unit 192 and the energy storage unit 193 are respectively connected with the control unit 12, the human body information acquisition unit 15, the heating unit 16, the monitoring unit 13 and the function unit 14, and can be used for supplying power to the control unit 12, the human body information acquisition unit 15, the monitoring unit 13, the function unit 14 and the human body sensing unit 17; in addition, if the specular reflection unit 18 is an electric device, the specular reflection unit 18 may be powered.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, both the commercial power supply unit 192 and the solar power supply unit 191 may be connected to the energy storage unit 193 for supplying power to the energy storage unit 193.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the setting of the commercial power supply unit 192 may enable a user to conveniently utilize a commercial power supply, thereby improving user experience.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the commercial power supply unit 192 may be disposed on the umbrella shaft 112, above the top end of the umbrella cover 111 and/or below the top end of the umbrella cover 111.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the commercial power supply unit 192 may be disposed on the fixing rod 115, and may also be disposed on the umbrella pole 112, so as to be convenient for leading out a commercial power plug, and not to hinder the user's activities. The commercial power supply unit 192 may also be disposed above the top end of the umbrella cover 111 and/or below the top end of the umbrella cover 111.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the umbrella body 11 may further include a base 117: one end of the umbrella rod 112, which is far away from the umbrella cover 111, is fixed on the base 117, the mains supply unit 192 can also be arranged in the base 117, and an opening can be arranged on the base 117 so as to lead out a mains supply plug and connect the mains supply plug with a power socket arranged on the ground.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the solar power supply unit 191 may be disposed on the outer surface of the umbrella cover 111, so as to save energy, protect environment, and effectively utilize green energy.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the solar power supply unit 191 may be disposed on an outer surface of the umbrella cover 111, and the solar power supply unit 191 is laid on both sides of each umbrella rib 113 along a length direction of each umbrella rib 113 so as to maximally face the sun and absorb sunlight.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the solar power supply unit 191 may be further disposed on the umbrella cover 111 by lamination or other processing techniques to form an integrated structure, so that the solar power supply unit 191 is firmly disposed on the umbrella cover 11, and the umbrella cover 111 is prevented from falling off during the folding and unfolding processes.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the power supply unit 19 may further include an energy storage unit 193, the energy storage unit 183 is used for storing electric energy, and the energy storage unit 183 may be connected to the control unit 12, the monitoring unit 13, the function unit 14 and the human body sensing unit 15 and supplies power to the control unit 12, the monitoring unit 13, the function unit 14 and the human body sensing unit 17.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, by the scheme of this embodiment, under the condition of poor sunlight intensity at night or on cloudy days, and under the condition of mains power failure, the control unit 12, the monitoring unit 13, the human body information acquisition unit 15, the heating unit 16, the functional unit 14, the human body sensing unit 17, and the like can be powered by the storage battery, so that the intelligent function of the umbrella can still be normally realized, thereby expanding the use scene of the umbrella and improving the utilization rate and the user experience of the umbrella.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the energy storage unit 193 may be disposed in the base 117 to fully utilize the space and increase the weight of the base, thereby improving the stability of the umbrella.
Alternative embodiments of the present invention are described in detail above with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, numerous simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the invention, including combinations of the specific features in any suitable way, and the invention will not be further described in relation to the various possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition. Claims (14)

1. An umbrella, comprising: the umbrella comprises an umbrella body, a handle and ribs, wherein the umbrella cover is arranged at one end of the umbrella handle, and the ribs are arranged on the inner surface of the umbrella cover and used for supporting the umbrella cover when the umbrella is opened; the umbrella is characterized by further comprising a control unit, a human body information acquisition unit, a monitoring unit and a functional unit which are arranged on the umbrella body; the human body information acquisition unit, the monitoring unit and the function unit are respectively connected with the control unit;
the human body information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the body state information of a user and transmitting the body state information to the cloud platform and the control unit;
the monitoring unit is used for acquiring audio and video information of the environment where the umbrella is located in real time, processing the audio and video information and transmitting the processed audio and video information to the cloud platform and the control unit;
the functional unit is used for carrying out air treatment operation and/or sending alarm information to the space;
and the control unit is used for judging the human health state according to the body state information and/or the audio and video information, controlling the functional unit to send alarm information when judging that the human health state is abnormal, and adjusting the working state of the functional unit.
2. The umbrella of claim 1, wherein the control unit determining the health status of the human body according to the body status information and/or the audio-visual information comprises:
comparing the acquired value of the physical state information with a preset value range of normal physical state information, and judging that the human health state is abnormal when the acquired value of the physical state information is not in the value range; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
detecting first audio information and/or first video information which accords with preset abnormal health performance in the audio and video information collected in real time, and judging that the health state of a corresponding human body in the first audio information and/or the first video information is abnormal when any one or more first audio information and/or first video information is detected; and/or detecting distress information in the audio and video information collected in real time, and judging that the human health state is abnormal according to the distress information.
3. The umbrella of claim 1,
the air treatment operation includes one or more of: an air purification operation and an air humidification operation;
the working state comprises: an operational state and a rest state, wherein the operational state is divided into one or more different working intensity levels.
4. The umbrella of claim 3, wherein the control unit adjusting the operating state of the functional unit when it is determined that the person's health state is abnormal comprises:
and adjusting the functional unit in the stop state to the running state, or improving the working intensity level of the functional unit in the running state when the air treatment operation is carried out.
5. The umbrella of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the umbrella comprises: the heating unit is connected with the control unit;
the heating unit is used for heating or insulating liquid or a water cup.
6. The umbrella according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the functional unit is also used for implementing insect expelling operation on the space;
the control unit is also used for controlling the monitoring direction of the monitoring unit and controlling the direction and/or the working state of the functional unit according to the command information in the collected audio and video information.

The umbrella of claim 6, wherein the monitoring unit comprises: the audio acquisition unit, the video acquisition unit, the audio and video processing unit, the transmission unit and the audio and video playing unit are respectively connected with the control unit; the information output ends of the audio acquisition unit and the video acquisition unit are respectively connected with the input end of the audio and video processing unit, and the output end of the audio and video processing unit is connected with the input end of the transmission unit; the output end of the transmission unit is connected with the input end of the audio and video playing unit;
the audio and video information comprises audio information and/or video information; the audio acquisition unit is used for acquiring audio information of the environment; the video acquisition unit is used for acquiring video information of the environment;
the audio and video processing unit is used for carrying out denoising processing, encryption processing and/or command information extraction processing on the audio information and/or the video information;

8. The umbrella of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the umbrella further comprises a human sensing unit disposed on the umbrella body;

the air treatment unit is used for reducing dust and/or harmful gas under the umbrella and/or keeping the air humidity under the umbrella within a preset humidity range.

The umbrella of claim 9, wherein the functional unit further comprises: an air quality acquisition unit; the air quality acquisition unit is used for acquiring air quality parameters and uploading the air quality parameters to the cloud platform; the air quality parameters include: dust concentration parameters, air humidity parameters, harmful gas types and/or harmful gas concentrations;
the control unit is also used for adjusting the working state of the air processing unit according to the air quality parameter acquired by the air quality acquisition unit.
11. The umbrella of claim 10,
the human body sensing unit includes: a body sensor and/or position sensor; the position sensor determines the position of the human body when the position sensor is shielded;
the insect-repellent unit includes: an ultrasonic insect repellant apparatus;
the air handling unit includes: a negative ion purifier;
the air quality collection unit comprises one or more of the following: dust sensors, humidity sensors and gas sensors.
