As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the cup holder mechanism 23 includes two fixing frames 233 respectively located at two sides of the discharging end of the product conveyor belt 21, a blocking plate 231 slidably connected between the two fixing frames 233 toward the side of the partition 22, a plurality of frame plates 232 vertically and fixedly connected to the blocking plate 231 toward the side of the partition 22 at intervals, two jacking cylinders 234 fixedly connected to opposite sides of the two fixing frames 233, and a jacking plate 235 connecting the jacking cylinders 234 and the blocking plate 231. The fixing frame 233 is fixedly connected with the frame 1, the baffle 231 can vertically slide along the fixing frame 233, a piston rod of the jacking cylinder 234 extends upwards and is fixedly connected with the jacking plate 235, and the jacking plate 235 is L-shaped, and the other end of the jacking plate is fixedly connected with the baffle 231. The lifting cylinder 234 can drive the baffle 231 to slide up and down.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, two groups of frame plates 232 are provided, and each group is provided with six equally spaced areas, and the area between the six adjacent areas is an area to be determined 7. Therefore, each group of frame plates 232 is provided with five undetermined areas 7, the undetermined areas 7 are right opposite to the corresponding separation areas 6, at most four cupped beverages can be contained in each undetermined area 7, and according to actual requirements, the frame plates 232 can be prolonged to increase the containing amount. After the beverage contained in a cup has been moved out of the separating zone 6, it can be moved along the product conveyor 21 into the corresponding pending zone 7. The height of the frame plate 232 is adjusted to the upper side to be attached to the lower side of the cupped beverage flange 12, so that the cupped beverage can be erected, and the trouble of pouring the cup is avoided. When the number of the cup beverages in the area to be determined 7 reaches the limit capacity of one layer of the packaging box, the cup moving device 3 is waited to move the cup beverages in the area to be determined 7.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the cup moving device 3 includes a movable frame 31 located on the upper side of the cup holding mechanism 23, a vertical driving cylinder 32 for driving the movable frame 31 to slide vertically, and a transverse driving member 33 for driving the movable frame 31 and the vertical driving cylinder 32 to slide transversely between the box conveying device 4 and the cup holding mechanism 23. The transverse drive 33 comprises a carriage 331 located above the frame 1, a slide rail 332 connected to one side of the carriage 331, and a transverse drive cylinder 333 connected to the other side of the carriage 331. The slide rail 332 is fixedly connected with the frame 1 and slidably connected with the slide frame 331, and the length direction of the slide rail 332 is the same as the conveying direction of the product conveying belt 21. The transverse driving cylinder 333 is a rodless cylinder, which is parallel to the slide rail 332 and is used for driving the sliding frame 331 to slide along the slide rail 332, so as to drive the movable frame 31 to slide from above the frame cup mechanism 23 to above the box conveying device 4. The vertical driving cylinder 32 is a rodless cylinder and is fixedly connected with the movable frame 31 and slidably connected with the sliding frame 331, so that when the vertical driving cylinder 32 works, the vertical driving cylinder and the movable frame 31 slide up and down along the sliding frame 331.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, two square suction plates 34 are fixedly connected to the lower side of the movable frame 31, and respectively correspond to the two sets of frame plates 232. The array of suction plates 34 is perforated with 20 vacuum cups 35 corresponding to the cupped beverage at each set of shelves 232. The vacuum suction cup 35 is connected with a vacuum pump 36 through an exhaust tube (not shown in the drawing), and when the pump 36 works, negative pressure is formed at the vacuum suction cup 35 and acts on the sealing film 13 to suck up the beverage in the cup. The suction plate 34 is provided at the lower side thereof with a leveling plate 37 in parallel thereto, and the leveling plate 37 is provided with 20 through-holes 372 into which the corresponding vacuum chucks 35 are inserted. Four guide rods 371 are fixedly connected to the upper side of the leveling plate 37, positioning seats 341 for the guide rods 371 to pass through are fixedly arranged in the suction plate 34 in a penetrating mode, limiting pieces 39 located on the upper sides of the positioning seats 341 are fixedly connected to the upper ends of the guide rods 371 in a sleeved mode, and the limiting pieces 39 are of hoop structures. Therefore, the leveling plate 37 can slide up and down along the guiding rod 371, and when the limiting member 39 is attached to the upper side of the positioning seat 341, the leveling plate 37 cannot move down continuously, and at this time, the vacuum chuck 35 is located in the through hole 372 and does not protrude relative to the leveling plate 37. A buffer spring 38 is provided between the leveling plate 37 and the positioning base 341 to be fitted over the outside of the guide rod 371. When the cup-packed beverage is sucked, the leveling plate 37 firstly presses the cup-packed beverage, the sealing film 13 is flattened and then continuously pressed, the buffer spring 38 is compressed and deformed, the vacuum suction disc 35 is attached to the sealing film 13, and the pump 36 sucks air to finish the suction.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the box conveying device 4 includes two packing box conveyer belts 41 arranged at intervals, and a limiting frame 42 located on the opposite side of the two packing box conveyer belts 41. The limiting frame 42 and the packing box conveyer belts 41 are both connected with the frame 1, the two packing box conveyer belts 41 are driven by the same driving motor, and the conveying direction of the packing box conveyer belts 41 is horizontal and vertical to the product conveyer belt 21. Between two packing box conveyer belts 41, along the direction of delivery of packing box conveyer belt 41 has set gradually spacing cylinder 48, two spaced fender case cylinders 43, and spacing cylinder 48's piston rod sets up and fixedly connected with stopper 49 towards the top, and the piston rod of keeping off case cylinder 43 sets up and fixedly connected with fender case piece 44 towards the top. The limiting cylinder 48 can drive the limiting block 49 to move upwards to be higher than the upper side of the packing box conveying belt 41, and the box blocking cylinder 43 can drive the box blocking block 44 to move upwards to be higher than the upper side of the packing box conveying belt 41, so that the packing box can be blocked. When the packing box is blocked by the box blocking block 44, the position is a packing station 8, two packing stations 8 are provided, and when the packing box is blocked by the limiting block 49, the position is a flaring station 9.
When the packing box is fed into the box conveying device 4, the packing box reaches the flaring station 9, the limiting cylinder 48 drives the limiting block 49 to move downwards, then the packing box reaches the first packing station 8, the cup moving device 3 feeds a layer of cup-packed beverage into the bottom layer of the packing box, then the packing box reaches the second packing station 8, and the cup moving device 3 feeds a layer of cup-packed beverage into the upper layer of the packing box to finish packing. Two vanning stations 8 work simultaneously, and efficiency improves greatly.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the distance between the two limiting frames 42 is slightly larger than the width of the packing box, so as to guide the packing box. A clamping cylinder 45 connected with the frame 1 is arranged on one side of the outer part of the packing box conveyor belt 41, and a piston rod of the clamping cylinder 45 extends out towards the packing station 8 and is fixedly connected with a clamping plate 46. The clamping plate 46 corresponds to the two boxing stations 8, so that the packing boxes at the two boxing stations 8 can be clamped by the same clamping plate 46, and the cup-packed beverage can be smoothly boxed.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, a flaring mechanism 47 is arranged at the flaring station 9, the flaring mechanism 47 includes a connecting frame 471 which is fixedly connected with the frame 1 and is in a shape of a Chinese character 'men', a flaring cylinder 472 is fixedly connected to the middle of the upper end of the connecting frame 471, and a piston rod of the flaring cylinder 472 penetrates through the connecting frame 471 and is fixedly connected with a cross flaring frame 473 towards the lower side. Two guide rods 371 penetrating the connecting frame 471 are fixedly connected to the upper side of the flaring frame 473, so that the flaring frame 473 can slide up and down when the flaring cylinder 472 works. The four sections of the flaring frame 473 are bent upwards. When the packing box arrives at the flaring station 9 and waits to enter the boxing station 8 for boxing, the flaring cylinder 472 drives the flaring frame 473 to move downwards, so that the four plate cup flaring frames 473 for opening the packing box are opened, and the cup-packed beverage can be smoothly boxed.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the partition device 5 includes a placement table 51 located on a side of the box feeder 4 away from the cup feeder 2, and the placement table 51 is fixedly connected to the rack 1. Two paper board areas 10 are provided on the shelf 51 for stacking the paper boards. The four sides of the paper board area 10 are all provided with side frames 52 fixedly connected with the object placing table 51, and the paper partition board can only move up and down due to the side frames 52. A moving frame 53 is arranged on the upper sides of the two paperboard areas 10, two ends of the moving frame 53 are connected with a transverse moving cylinder 54, the transverse moving cylinder 54 is fixedly connected with the rack 1, a piston rod is fixedly connected with the moving frame 53, and two ends of the moving frame 53 are slidably connected with guide rails fixedly connected with the rack 1. The traverse cylinder 54 is arranged lengthwise along the transport direction of the product conveyor belt 21 so that the traverse cylinder 54 drives the traverse of the moving rack 53 between the board area 10 and the boxing station 8. The upper side of the moving frame 53 is fixedly connected with two vertical moving cylinders 55, piston rods of the vertical moving cylinders 55 penetrate through the moving frame 53 and are fixedly connected with a square fixing plate 56, the upper side of the fixing plate 56 is fixedly connected with a guide rod 371 penetrating through the moving frame 53, and the vertical moving cylinders 55 drive the fixing plate 56 to slide up and down. Suction discs 57 are fixedly arranged at four corners of the fixing plate 56, and the suction discs 57 are connected with the pump 36 through suction pipes (not shown in the drawing). After one layer of cup-packed beverage is boxed, the clapboard device 5 works to move a paper board in the paper board area 10 into the packing box, so that the next layer of cup-packed beverage is conveniently boxed.
The working process is as follows:
firstly, after the cup-packed beverage is subjected to filling and sealing by the filling and sealing film 13, the cup-packed beverage enters the separation area 6, is pushed into the product conveyer belt 21 and enters the to-be-positioned area 7 along with the product conveyer belt 21; meanwhile, the packing box reaches the flaring station 9, and after the opening is opened, the packing box reaches the boxing station 8;
then after four cupped beverages in the area 7 are to be served, the vertical driving air cylinder 32 drives the suction plate 34 to move downwards, the vacuum chuck 35 sucks the cupped beverages, the vertical driving air cylinder 32 drives the suction plate 34 to move upwards, the transverse driving air cylinder 333 drives the suction plate 34 to move upwards to be above the boxing station 8, then the vertical driving air cylinder 32 drives the suction plate 34 to move downwards, and a layer of cupped beverages enter the packaging box;
meanwhile, the vertical moving cylinder 55 drives the fixing plate 56 to move downwards, the suction disc 57 sucks the paper partition plate, then the vertical moving cylinder 55 drives the fixing plate 56 to move upwards, the transverse moving cylinder 54 drives the fixing plate 56 to move transversely above the boxing station 8, the vertical moving cylinder 55 drives the fixing plate 56 to move downwards, the paper partition plate is placed in the packaging box, and the paper partition plate falls on the upper side of a layer of cup-packed beverages;
and finally, the packaging box enters a second boxing station 8, and the steps are repeated to finish boxing.
The embodiments of the present invention are preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the invention are covered by the protection scope of the invention.
