Background
Along with the accumulation of time, more and more paper books are provided, especially for libraries in schools, in order to meet the borrowing requirements of students and teachers, the number of books in the libraries is increased day by day; because a large number of books are placed on the book shelves of the library, and the distance between the two book shelves is small, difficulty is brought to sanitary cleaning work of the library, along with the development of science and technology, ground cleaning work can be replaced by the sweeping robot, in order to avoid that the sound emitted by the sweeping robot affects a borrower, a worker can open the sweeping robot when going off duty, so that the working time of the sweeping robot is staggered with the borrowing time of the borrower, and the sound emitted by the sweeping robot when working is prevented from affecting the borrower; however, the cleaning work on the bookshelf cannot be replaced by a robot, manual cleaning is still needed, although a handheld dust collector can reduce the work difficulty of workers to a certain extent, due to the fact that the sound of the dust collector is large, the working time of the workers is consistent with the borrowing time of a borrower, certain noise is generated when the workers clean the bookshelf by using the handheld dust collector during working, and the borrower who reads books in a library is affected; in addition, although the handheld dust collector can adsorb dust on the bookshelf to a certain extent, the adsorption is not thorough, and especially if stains exist on the bookshelf, the stains cannot be removed; moreover, although the handheld dust collector can adsorb dust on the surface of the bookshelf, the suction head of the dust collector is large, so that the dust collector cannot help a gap between two books and a place with a small gap between a book end on the bookshelf and a bookshelf partition plate, workers still need to hold cleaning cloth to clean the dust collector, the labor intensity of the workers is greatly increased, and the labor time of the workers is prolonged.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a cleaning device for a bookshelf in a library, which can be used for cleaning a bookshelf, a gap between books and a narrow gap between the books on the bookshelf and a bookshelf clapboard by holding the cleaning device by hand, not only can remove dust and stains on the bookshelf, but also can remove the gap between the books on the bookshelf and the bookshelf clapboard, thereby reducing the working difficulty and improving the working efficiency; the problems in the prior art are solved.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a cleaning device for a library bookshelf comprises a mounting plate, wherein the front end of the mounting plate is connected with a connecting plate through two oppositely arranged telescopic sleeves containing compression springs, a through groove perpendicular to the telescopic sleeves is arranged in the middle of the connecting plate, two guide support rods arranged at opposite intervals are arranged on the connecting plate, the two guide support rods penetrate through the same movable plate and then are connected with the same cleaning plate, a dust collection cloth sleeve is sleeved on the cleaning plate, a plurality of cleaning rods are arranged at intervals on the movable plate between the two guide support plates, an anti-static cleaning cloth is sleeved on each cleaning rod, and each cleaning rod penetrates through a through hole formed in the cleaning plate and the dust collection cloth sleeve forwards and then penetrates out of the cleaning plate and the dust collection cloth sleeve; the side wall of the side, opposite to the movable plate, of the connecting plate is provided with a first lower magnet, the side wall of the side, opposite to the connecting plate, of the movable plate is provided with a first upper magnet matched with the first lower magnet, and the connecting plate and the movable plate can be adsorbed together through the first lower magnet and the first upper magnet which are respectively arranged on the connecting plate and the movable plate; the side wall of the movable plate opposite to the cleaning plate is provided with a second lower magnet, the side wall of the cleaning plate opposite to the movable plate is provided with a second upper magnet matched with the second lower magnet, and the movable plate and the cleaning plate can be adsorbed together through the second lower magnet and the second upper magnet which are respectively arranged on the movable plate and the cleaning plate.
A third upper magnet is arranged on the connecting plate between the two telescopic sleeves, and a third lower magnet matched with the third upper magnet is arranged on the mounting plate between the two telescopic sleeves; the mounting plate and the connecting plate may be attracted together by a third lower magnet and a third upper magnet respectively provided thereon.
The edge of the dust-absorbing cloth sleeve is provided with an elastic band, and the dust-absorbing cloth sleeve is connected with a magic tape sticking surface which is arranged on the outer surface of the cleaning plate and matched with the magic tape sticking surface through a magic tape sticking surface arranged on the inner surface of the dust-absorbing cloth sleeve.
Two telescopic rods which are arranged at intervals are arranged between the connecting plate and the movable plate.
The outer side wall of the movable plate is provided with a handle for dragging the movable plate.
Every cleaning rod all through set up on its bottom the external screw thread and set up on the fly leaf with external screw thread matched with screw thread threaded hole on internal thread movable mounting on the screw hole.
The top end of each cleaning rod is arranged in an arc shape. The scratching of the book and the abrasion of the cleaning cloth on the cleaning rod are avoided, the service life of the cleaning cloth is prolonged, and the cost is reduced.
A finger pad is arranged on one side wall of the through groove close to the compression spring.
Two outer side edges of one side of the mounting plate opposite to the compression spring are both arranged in an arc shape.
The cleaning rod is arranged on the mounting plate, the distance between the cleaning plate and the mounting plate can be conveniently adjusted according to the size of a book through the connecting plate, the movable plate and the cleaning plate which are arranged on the mounting plate and matched with each other, so that the distance between the mounting plate and the cleaning plate and the distance between the mounting plate and the cleaning rod can be adjusted, dust and stains on the spine of the book can be removed from the front end face of the cleaning plate, and a gap between the spine of the book and the edge of the book shelf after the book is placed on the book shelf can be conveniently cleaned from the lower end face of the cleaning plate; in addition, the length of the cleaning rod extending out of the cleaning plate can be adjusted according to the size of the book, so that a gap between the book and the book can be conveniently cleaned, and the cleaning rod can also be used for cleaning a narrow gap between the book end and the bookshelf when each layer of the bookshelf is full of books.

Detailed Description
In order to clearly explain the technical features of the present invention, the following detailed description of the present invention is provided with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-7, a cleaning device for a library bookshelf comprises a mounting plate 1, wherein the front end of the mounting plate 1 is connected with a connecting plate 4 through two oppositely arranged telescopic sleeves 3 containing compression springs 2, a through groove 5 perpendicular to the telescopic sleeves 3 is arranged in the middle of the connecting plate 4, two oppositely spaced guide support rods 6 are arranged on the connecting plate 4, the two guide support rods 6 penetrate through the same movable plate 7 and then are connected with the same cleaning plate 8, a dust collection cloth sleeve 9 is sleeved on the cleaning plate 8, a plurality of cleaning rods 10 are arranged on the movable plate 7 between the two guide support plates at intervals, an anti-static cleaning cloth 11 is sleeved on each cleaning rod 10, and each cleaning rod 10 penetrates forwards through a through hole 20 arranged on the cleaning plate 8 and the dust collection cloth sleeve 9 and then penetrates out of the cleaning plate 8 and the dust collection cloth sleeve 9; a first lower magnet 12 is arranged on the side wall of the connecting plate 4 opposite to the movable plate 7, a first upper magnet 13 matched with the first lower magnet 12 is arranged on the side wall of the movable plate 7 opposite to the connecting plate 4, and the connecting plate 4 and the movable plate 7 can be adsorbed together through the first lower magnet 12 and the first upper magnet 13 which are respectively arranged on the connecting plate and the movable plate; a second lower magnet 14 is arranged on the side wall of the movable plate 7 opposite to the cleaning plate 8, a second upper magnet 15 matched with the second lower magnet 14 is arranged on the side wall of the cleaning plate 8 opposite to the movable plate 7, and the movable plate 7 and the cleaning plate 8 can be attracted together through the second lower magnet 14 and the second upper magnet 15 which are respectively arranged on the movable plate 7 and the cleaning plate 8.
A third upper magnet 17 is arranged on the connecting plate 4 between the two telescopic sleeves 3, and a third lower magnet 16 matched with the third upper magnet 17 is arranged on the mounting plate 1 between the two telescopic sleeves 3; the mounting plate 1 and the connection plate 4 may be attracted together by a third lower magnet 16 and a third upper magnet 17 respectively provided thereon. When the cleaning plate 8 is used for removing dust and stains on the book shelf conveniently, the mounting plate 1 and the connecting plate 4 are adsorbed together, the situation that the mounting plate 1 and the connecting plate 4 are held by hands with large strength all the time in the whole using process is avoided, and the holding force is reduced.
When the first upper magnet 13 and the first lower magnet 12 and the third upper magnet 17 and the third lower magnet 16 are respectively attracted together, the tip end of each cleaning rod 10 is located at the through hole 20 corresponding thereto in the cleaning plate 8; at this time, the dust and dirt on the book shelf can be effectively removed by the dust absorption cloth cover 9 on the cleaning plate 8 and the strong absorption function and cleaning function of the dust absorption cloth cover 9.
The edge of the dust-absorbing cloth cover 9 is provided with an elastic band, and the dust-absorbing cloth cover 9 is connected with a magic tape sticking surface 21 which is arranged on the outer surface of the cleaning plate 8 and is matched with the magic tape sticking surface 22 through a magic tape sticking rough surface 22 arranged on the inner surface of the dust-absorbing cloth cover. The dust collection cloth cover 9 is tightly sleeved on the cleaning plate 8 through the arranged elastic band, the inner surface of the dust collection cloth cover 9 is firmly adhered to the cleaning plate 8 through the magic tape, and the dust collection cloth cover 9 is prevented from being separated from the cleaning plate 8 and moving on the cleaning plate 8 when the dust collection cloth cover 9 on the cleaning plate 8 is used.
Two telescopic rods which are arranged at intervals are arranged between the connecting plate 4 and the movable plate 7. Two telescopic links can assist telescopic tube 3 to connect mounting panel 1 and connecting plate 4, can do the direction supporting role for mounting panel 1 and connecting plate 4 again, avoid the emergence of the poor stability condition of mounting panel 1 and connecting plate 4 when telescopic tube 3 is flexible and open.
A handle 18 for pulling the movable plate 7 is provided on the outer sidewall of the movable plate 7. The movable plate 7 is convenient to push and pull.
Each cleaning rod 10 is movably mounted on the threaded hole through an external thread provided on the bottom end thereof and an internal thread provided on the threaded hole of the movable plate 7 to be matched with the external thread. The convenient dismantlement of cleaning rod 10, firstly for easy dismounting, secondly conveniently change the antistatic cleaning cloth 11 on the cleaning rod 10, the dust on the absorption books strip of paper used for sealing that antistatic cleaning cloth 11 can be convenient.
The tip of each cleaning rod 10 is arcuately arranged. The scratching of the book and the abrasion of the cleaning cloth on the cleaning rod 10 are avoided, the service life of the cleaning cloth is prolonged, and the cost is reduced.
A finger pad 19 is provided on one side wall of the through-groove 5 adjacent to the compression spring 2. The connecting plate 4 is convenient to hold by hand.
Two outer side edges of one side of the mounting plate 1 opposite to the compression spring 2 are both arc-shaped. The connecting plate 4 is convenient to hold by hand.
When the cleaning device is used, firstly, the opening and closing states of the first upper magnet 13, the first lower magnet 12, the second upper magnet 15, the second lower magnet 14, the third upper magnet 17 and the third lower magnet 16 can be selected according to requirements, when the cleaning plate 8 is required to be used, the first upper magnet 13, the first lower magnet 12, the third upper magnet 17 and the third lower magnet 16 are all in the closing state, at the moment, the free end part of the cleaning rod 10 is located in the through hole 20 in the cleaning plate 8, then the cleaning device is held by a hand, the front end surface of the cleaning plate 8 is tightly attached to the spine and moves up and down, and the dust collection cloth sleeve 9 sleeved on the cleaning plate 8 can adsorb dust adhered to the spine and effectively remove dirt on the spine; when the gap between the back of a book and the edge of the book shelf after the book is placed on the book shelf needs to be cleaned, the cleaning device is held by a hand, the end part of the bottom end of the cleaning device is tightly attached to the book shelf, and the dust collection cloth sleeve 9 positioned on the cleaning plate 8 not only can adsorb dust on the book shelf, but also can remove stains adhered to the book shelf; when dust between books on the bookshelf needs to be cleaned, the length of the cleaning rod 10 extending out of the cleaning plate 8 can be adjusted according to the size of the books. When the gap between the books needs to be cleaned, the first upper magnet 13, the first lower magnet 12, the third upper magnet 17 and the third lower magnet 16 are in an open state, the second upper magnet 15 and the second lower magnet 14 are in a closed state, at this time, the top end of each cleaning rod 10 passes through the through holes 20 in the cleaning plate 8 and the dust collection cloth sleeve 9 and penetrates out of the cleaning plate 8 and the dust collection cloth sleeve 9 for the longest distance, the cleaning rods 10 sequentially penetrate through the gap between the tops of the books, then the handheld cleaning device moves up and down, so that the anti-static cleaning cloth 11 on the cleaning side effectively adsorbs dust in the cover between the books and the gap between the books and dust and dirt on the books, when the dust in the gap between the books is cleaned, the cleaning rod 10 is conveniently inserted into the gap between the books smoothly, and when the gap between the books is cleaned, the books in the row are arranged loosely in advance, and the books are arranged slightly after being removed, so that the book arranging machine is convenient and quick. The cleaning device is held by hand for cleaning.
When the third lower magnet 16 and the third upper magnet 17 need to be closed, the through groove 5 on the mounting plate 1 and the connecting plate 4 is held by a hand, the mounting plate 1 and the connecting plate 4 respectively compress the compression spring 2 and the telescopic sleeve 3 which are positioned on the mounting plate 1 and the connecting plate 4, when the compression spring 2 and the telescopic sleeve 3 are contracted to a certain position, the third lower magnet 16 and the third upper magnet 17 are closed, at the moment, force is not applied to the mounting plate 1 and the connecting plate 4, and the hand-held cleaning device is clean and sanitary.
When the second lower magnet 14 and the second upper magnet 15 need to be closed, the mounting plate 1 and the connecting plate 4 are held by one hand, the handle 18 is pulled by the other hand, the movable plate 7 is pushed and pulled towards the direction of the cleaning plate 8, and the movable plate 7 moves towards the direction of the cleaning plate 8 under the guiding and supporting action of the two guiding and supporting rods 6 until the second lower magnet 14 and the second upper magnet 15 are adsorbed together; when the first lower magnet 12 and the first upper magnet 13 need to be closed, the mounting plate 1 and the connecting plate 4 are held by one hand, the handle 18 is pulled by the other hand, and when the movable plate 7 is pushed and pulled towards the connecting plate 4, the movable plate 7 moves towards the connecting plate 4 under the guiding supporting action of the two guiding supporting rods 6 until the first lower magnet 12 and the first upper magnet 13 are attracted together.
In the cleaning device, in order to facilitate disassembly and assembly, two ends of two guide support rods 6 can be respectively and movably arranged on a cleaning plate 8 and a movable plate 7, when the cleaning device is stored, the two guide support rods 6 and a plurality of cleaning plates 8 are disassembled, then a first upper magnet 13, a first lower magnet 12, a third upper magnet 17 and a third lower magnet 16 are adsorbed together, so that the storage space can be reduced, and when the cleaning device is used, the two guide support rods 6 and a plurality of cleaning rods 10 are respectively arranged; in addition, the dust collection cloth sleeve 9 and the anti-static rag 11 which are arranged in a bonding mode can prevent the dust collection cloth sleeve 9 and the anti-static rag from moving on the cleaning plate 8 and the cleaning rod 10 when in use, and are convenient to replace the dust collection cloth sleeve 9 and the anti-static rag 11, so that the working difficulty is greatly reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
