技术领域
本发明涉及储存容器产品领域,具体涉及一种多功能储氢容器及应用。
背景技术
氢能源作为未来新能源之一,在能量领域中,占据着极其重要的地位。氢的储存方式是多种多样的;作为一种选择性抗氧化物质,氢气对很多疾病具有治疗作用,具有十分广泛的应用前景,故富氢水(富氢水,顾名思义就是富含氢气的水)越来越被消费者所亲睐,但是现有存储氢能罐、桶、器等存储设备少,单一,产能低、效率低、不环保、不方便操作、不节能、成本高、维修难等,造成了氢气或者富氢水存储与使用不方便。
为了解决上述问题,亟需发明一种多功能储氢容器及应用,可以快速方便的进行储存氢气或者富氢水。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能储氢容器及应用,节能环保、简单好用、便宜高效、安全可靠,适合家用、办公、商务等,社会接纳度高。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种多功能储氢容器,包括容器内衬(1)、容器外壳(2)和容器盖(3),所述容器内衬(1)和容器外壳(2)组成容器本体,所述容器内衬(1)和容器外壳(2)之间设置有保温夹层(4),所述容器盖(3)盖合封禁容器本体的容器口,所述容器盖(3)设置有与容器内衬(1)内腔相通的容器球阀(5),所述容器球阀(5)出口端设置有供气体或液体进出的导管(6);或者根据实际需要,容器球阀设置双侧注气孔或注液孔,或者容器球阀设置一进一出的气孔;
所述容器内衬(1)内腔截面呈圆形、桶型或者椭圆形。
进一步的,所述容器外壳(2)底部设置有支撑底座(7),所述支撑底座(7)支撑容器本体。
进一步的,所述容器内衬(1)内腔的容积为1升~40升。
进一步的,所述容器外壳(2)的承载压力不低于0.3MPa。
进一步的,所述容器外壳(2)的承载压力为0.3MPa~0.6MPa;优选的,所述容器外壳(2)的承载压力为0.4MPa。
进一步的,所述容器内衬(1)采用尼龙材料或者碳纤维复合材料制造。
进一步的,所述容器外壳(2)采用钢铁材料、尼龙材料或者碳纤维复合材料制造。
进一步的,所述保温夹层(4)采用不锈钢材料或者聚氨酯材料制造,所述保温夹层(4)可以保证容器内衬(1)内部的气体或液体保持在-30℃~100℃。
本发明还提供了一种多功能储氢容器的应用,将以上所述所述的一种多功能储氢容器应用于汽车氢能源储存、水溶氢储存或者饮用富氢水储存。
进一步的,所述饮用富氢水储存的储存温度为3℃~90℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供的多功能储氢容器及应用,容器内衬内部进行了形状改进,设计成球形、桶型或椭圆形存储,进行氢气存储时球形承载压力最大;并且灌装口与出口一体设计,结构简单并且易操作。
本发明提供的多功能储氢容器及应用,节能环保、简单好用、便宜高效等,安全可靠适合家用、办公、商务等,社会接纳度高,采用尼龙、碳纤维、等多种材料构成,耐高温、耐撞击,大幅度延长使用寿命。
显然,根据本发明的上述内容,按照本领域的普通技术知识和惯用手段,在不脱离本发明上述基本技术思想前提下,还可以做出其它多种形式的修改、替换或变更。

如图1所示,本发明一种汽车氢能源储存容器,包括容器内衬1、容器外壳2和容器盖3,所述容器内衬1和容器外壳2组成容器本体,所述容器内衬1和容器外壳2之间设置有保温夹层4,所述容器盖3盖合封禁容器本体的容器口,所述容器盖3设置有与容器内衬1内腔相通的容器球阀5,所述容器球阀5出口端设置有供气体或液体进出的导管6;
所述容器内衬1内腔截面呈圆形、桶型或者椭圆形。
进一步的,所述容器外壳2底部设置有支撑底座7,所述支撑底座7支撑容器本体。
进一步的,所述容器内衬1内腔的容积为10升~40升。
进一步的,所述容器外壳2的承载压力不低于0.3MPa。
进一步的,所述容器外壳2的承载压力为0.3MPa~0.6MPa;优选的,所述容器外壳2的承载压力为0.4MPa。
进一步的,所述容器内衬1采用尼龙材料或者碳纤维复合材料制造。
进一步的,所述容器外壳2采用钢铁材料。
进一步的,所述保温夹层4采用不锈钢材料制造,所述保温夹层4可以保证容器内衬1内部的气体或液体保持在-30℃~0℃。

如图1所示,本发明一种水溶氢储存或者饮用富氢水储存容器,包括容器内衬1、容器外壳2和容器盖3,所述容器内衬1和容器外壳2组成容器本体,所述容器内衬1和容器外壳2之间设置有保温夹层4,所述容器盖3盖合封禁容器本体的容器口,所述容器盖3设置有与容器内衬1内腔相通的容器球阀5,所述容器球阀5出口端设置有供气体或液体进出的导管6;
所述容器内衬1内腔截面呈圆形、桶型或者椭圆形。
进一步的,所述容器外壳2底部设置有支撑底座7,所述支撑底座7支撑容器本体。
进一步的,所述容器内衬1内腔的容积为1升~20升。
进一步的,所述容器外壳2的承载压力不低于0.3MPa。
进一步的,所述容器外壳2的承载压力为0.3MPa~0.6MPa;优选的,所述容器外壳2的承载压力为0.3MPa。
进一步的,所述容器内衬1采用尼龙材料或者碳纤维复合材料制造。

进一步的,所述保温夹层4采用聚氨酯材料制造,所述保温夹层4可以保证容器内衬1内部的富氢水保持在3℃~90℃。

所述容器内衬(1)内腔截面呈圆形、桶型或者椭圆形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能储氢容器,其特征在于:所述容器外壳(2)底部设置有支撑底座(7),所述支撑底座(7)支撑容器本体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能储氢容器,其特征在于:所述容器内衬(1)内腔的容积为1升~40升。

9.一种多功能储氢容器的应用,其特征在于:将权利要求1~8所述的一种多功能储氢容器应用于汽车氢能源储存、水溶氢储存或者饮用富氢水储存。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种多功能储氢容器的应用,其特征在于:所述饮用富氢水储存的储存温度为3℃~90℃。
