Further, the extreme pressure agent B is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, and the extreme pressure agent C is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene propylene ether phosphate.

As can be seen from the table 1, the extreme pressure property and the antifriction property of the product are superior to those of JB/T7453-2013, the corrosion test time of the red copper and the aluminum specified by the standard is 8h without rust, namely the product is qualified, the corrosion test of the red copper and the aluminum is carried out in the experiment for 24h, the experiment result is free of rust, and the product disclosed by the invention has small corrosion to metal; the standard also stipulates that the time of the rust prevention test of the cast iron lamination is 8 hours, the test is carried out for 24 hours, the test result is rust-free, and the rust prevention performance of the product is far out of standard.
The comparison of the physicochemical properties of the cutting fluid of the invention and the Foss semisynthesis cutting fluid and the traditional cutting fluid is shown in Table 2

As can be seen from the table 2, compared with the Foss semisynthesis cutting fluid, the cutting fluid has higher pH value, can effectively prevent the cutting fluid from deteriorating, and prolongs the service life; the extreme pressure property, the friction reducing property and the rust preventing property are superior to those of imported brands. Compared with the traditional cutting fluid, the cutting fluid has higher pH value, and the extreme pressure property, the friction reduction property, the corrosion resistance and the rust resistance of the cutting fluid are superior to those of the traditional product.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: firstly, compared with the traditional cutting fluid, the product is safe, nontoxic and environment-friendly and is harmless to human bodies; secondly, the product has advanced technology and lower price than the imported brand due to part of indexes of the international imported brand; thirdly, the product is superior to the national standard and the traditional cutting fluid in all indexes, greatly prolongs the service life of various machining cutters in the metal machining field, and saves the production cost of customers.

Claims (6)

1. An environment-friendly biostable cutting fluid, which is characterized in that: the lubricant comprises PAG base oil, a lubricant, an extreme pressure agent, an emulsifier, a coupling agent, an anti-fogging agent, water, an antirust agent, an alkali reserve regulator, a bactericide and a defoaming agent, wherein the PAG base oil accounts for 40-50 wt% of a cutting fluid, the lubricant accounts for 5-10 wt% of the cutting fluid, the extreme pressure agent accounts for 5-10 wt% of the cutting fluid, the emulsifier accounts for 2-5 wt% of the cutting fluid, the coupling agent accounts for 1-2 wt% of the cutting fluid, the anti-fogging agent accounts for 1-2 wt% of the cutting fluid, the water accounts for 20-30 wt% of the cutting fluid, the antirust agent accounts for 3-5 wt% of the cutting fluid, and the alkali reserve regulator accounts for 3-5 wt% of the cutting fluid, the weight percentage of the bactericide in the cutting fluid is 2-4%, the weight percentage of the defoaming agent in the cutting fluid is 0.1-0.2%, the extreme pressure agent is any one or the combination of more than two of fatty alcohol phosphate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate or fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene propylene ether phosphate, and the anti-fogging agent is polyethylene oxide; the antirust agent is any one or the combination of molybdic acid or boric acid; the alkali storage regulator is aminomethyl propanol or 2- (aminoethoxy) ethanolThe PAG base oil is polyalkylene glycol and is polymerized by ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, and the kinematic viscosity at 40 ℃ is 28-33 mm2The pour point is between minus 40 and minus 45 ℃, and the emulsifier is any one or the combination of two of long-chain fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene allyl ether or oleyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether;
the preparation method of the environment-friendly biostable cutting fluid comprises the following steps:
1) weighing each reaction raw material according to the mass percentage;
2) firstly adding PAG base oil into a reaction vessel; then sequentially adding a lubricant, an extreme pressure agent, an emulsifier, a coupling agent, an anti-fogging agent, a bactericide and a defoaming agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain an oily part;
3) adding water into the other reaction vessel, then sequentially adding an alkali storage regulator and an antirust agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain a water-based part;
4) and mixing and stirring the oily part and the aqueous part uniformly to obtain the environment-friendly biostable cutting fluid.
2. The environmentally friendly biostable cutting fluid of claim 1, wherein: the PAG base oil is PAG 50-A-30 series.
3. The environmentally friendly biostable cutting fluid of claim 1, wherein: the lubricant is easy-to-emulsify polyester produced by Shanghai Yisa chemical company Limited, and the code is any one or the combination of more than two of ES525, ES545 and ES 512.
4. The environmentally friendly biostable cutting fluid of claim 1, wherein: the coupling agent is produced by Shanghai Yisa chemical company Limited, and the code is any one or the combination of two of C13H and C66H.
5. The environmentally friendly biostable cutting fluid of claim 1, wherein: the bactericide is morpholine bactericide MBM.
6. The environmentally friendly biostable cutting fluid of claim 1, wherein: the defoaming agent is a three-dimensional siloxane defoaming agent produced by Simin oil chemical company, and the code is MS 575.
