Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly baking-free brick prepared from sludge and furnace slag, which comprises the following raw materials: the sludge, the household garbage incinerator slag, the cement, the curing agent and the water are mixed according to the mass ratio of 35-40: 10-15: 40-50: 5-10. The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing thermal hydrolysis and high-temperature anaerobic digestion treatment on the primary sludge, and then dehydrating to obtain dehydrated sludge; adding a deodorant into the dewatered sludge, performing natural deodorization and air drying, crushing, sieving by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain sludge powder, and sieving the household garbage incinerator slag by a 50-mesh sieve to obtain slag particles; and mixing the sludge powder and the slag particles with Portland cement, a curing agent and water, putting the obtained mixture into a mold, extruding, pressing and molding, and curing in the air to obtain the environment-friendly baking-free brick. The invention can utilize waste sludge and furnace slag as raw materials to prepare the environment-friendly baking-free brick with stable property, no pollution and strength meeting the requirement.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of waste recycling, in particular to an environment-friendly baking-free brick prepared from sludge and furnace slag and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the rapid development of economy, the problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution are increasingly highlighted, the development of energy-saving and environment-friendly green economy is the key point of economic development, and the recycling of wastes is also an important component of the green economy.
The slag is a byproduct of household garbage incineration, the concentration of leachable heavy metals and dissolved salts is relatively low, and the direct waste causes resource waste. The sludge is waste generated in the sewage treatment process, is difficult to treat due to containing a large amount of organic matters and inorganic matters, is easy to generate secondary pollution if directly discarded as solid waste, and is used for preparing environment-friendly bricks at present, however, the existing sludge brick making process has the following defects: (1) most of brick products popular in the market are sintered bricks, smoke and other high pollution can be generated in the manufacturing process, and the energy consumption is high; (2) the baking-free brick prepared by using the common sludge as a brick making raw material is often insufficient in strength and easy to cause secondary pollution to the environment, and chemical agents are often required to be added in the process of preparing the environment-friendly brick; (3) the existing process for preparing baking-free bricks from sludge mainly uses substances such as fly ash and the like as aggregates, the fly ash is a main solid waste discharged by a coal-fired power plant, and fly dust is easily generated in the brick preparation process to pollute the atmosphere.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defects of the prior art and provide the environment-friendly baking-free brick which can utilize waste sludge and furnace slag as raw materials, has stable property and no pollution and can meet the requirement on strength; the invention also provides a method for preparing the environment-friendly baking-free brick by using the sludge and the slag, which has the advantages of simple process, easily-purchased equipment, low cost and capability of realizing the recycling and environment-friendliness of the sludge and the slag.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an environment-friendly baking-free brick prepared from sludge and furnace slag comprises the following raw materials: the sludge-cement-curing agent-containing domestic waste incinerator slag-cement-curing agent-cement-40-10-15-40-50-5-10 mass ratio, the sludge is obtained by sequentially performing pyrohydrolysis, high-temperature anaerobic digestion and dehydration on primary sludge, and the domestic waste incinerator slag is obtained by incinerating domestic waste.
In the environment-friendly baking-free brick prepared from the sludge and the slag, preferably, the curing agent is NTMC4 curing agent.
As a general inventive concept, the invention also provides a method for preparing the environment-friendly baking-free brick by using the sludge and the slag, which comprises the following steps:
s1, dehydrating the primary sludge after thermal hydrolysis and high-temperature anaerobic digestion treatment to obtain dehydrated sludge;
s2, adding a deodorant into the obtained dewatered sludge, and naturally deodorizing and airing under natural ventilation;
s3, crushing the sludge obtained in the step S2, sieving the crushed sludge with a 100-mesh sieve to obtain sludge powder, and sieving the household garbage incinerator slag with a 50-mesh sieve to obtain slag particles;
s4, mixing the sludge powder and the slag particles obtained in the step S3 with Portland cement, a curing agent and water, wherein the mass percentage of the sludge powder to the slag particles to the cement to the curing agent is 35-40: 10-15: 40-50: 5-10;
and S5, putting the mixture obtained in the step S4 into a mould, extruding, pressing and forming, and curing in air to obtain the environment-friendly baking-free brick.
In the method for preparing the environment-friendly baking-free brick by using the sludge and the slag, preferably, the curing agent is NTMC4 curing agent.
In the above method for preparing an environment-friendly baking-free brick from sludge and slag, preferably, in S2, the deodorant is a biological compound agent, and the main components thereof are lactic acid bacteria, yeast and metabolites thereof.
In the above method for preparing environment-friendly baking-free bricks from sludge and slag, preferably, in S2, the naturally deodorizing and air drying includes: and (3) airing the sludge for 3-5 days under the natural ventilation condition, and stirring for 1-2 times every day.
In the method for preparing the environment-friendly baking-free brick from the sludge and the slag, preferably, in the step S1, the water content of the primary sludge is 75-85%, and the water content of the dewatered sludge is 55-60%.
In the above method for preparing environment-friendly baking-free bricks from sludge and slag, it is preferable that in S3, the sludge is crushed to a size of less than 5mm when being crushed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the environment-friendly baking-free brick is prepared by taking sludge obtained by thermal hydrolysis, high-temperature anaerobic digestion and plate-and-frame dehydration and slag obtained by burning household garbage as raw materials, cement and a curing agent according to a certain proportion, and the environment-friendly baking-free brick prepared by fully utilizing the waste sludge and the waste slag has stable property, is pollution-free and has strength meeting the requirements.
2. According to the invention, the raw sludge is treated through thermal hydrolysis, high-temperature anaerobic digestion and plate-and-frame dehydration to obtain sludge with proper water content, low organic matter content and less pollutants, and the sludge can be used for combining with slag generated after household garbage incineration to manufacture baking-free bricks on site, so that on one hand, the problem of sludge and incineration slag returning is effectively solved, waste is changed into conservation, the cost is saved, meanwhile, the green and environment-friendly effects are indirectly achieved, and the sludge can be used for greening of landfill sites and the like; on the other hand, the baking-free brick manufactured by the sludge and the furnace slag overcomes the problems of high pollution, large energy consumption and the like of the traditional baked brick industry, relieves the problem of shortage of building raw materials to a certain extent, and realizes the bidirectional promotion of economy and environment.
3. The NTMC4 curing agent is adopted to be matched with the dehydrated sludge, the slag obtained by burning the household garbage and the furnace slag to have specific components, so that the strength of the environment-friendly baking-free brick is improved, and the cost is reduced.
4. The invention uses the household garbage incinerator slag as the aggregate, has less organic matter content and better firmness, and the physical property of the slag meets the use requirement of the slag as the aggregate, thereby being suitable for resource utilization. Compared with other traditional aggregates such as fly ash and the like, the heavy metal content, leaching toxicity, dissolved salt content and dioxin-like substances of the furnace slag have small influence on the environment, and the furnace slag has no radioactive hazard and has environmental safety in resource utilization.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples.
The invention relates to a method for preparing environment-friendly baking-free bricks by using sludge and furnace slag, which comprises the following steps:
(1) the raw sludge is subjected to thermal hydrolysis, high-temperature anaerobic digestion and plate-and-frame dehydration to obtain dehydrated sludge with the water content of about 60%, and the physicochemical and biological indexes (pH, ascarid egg death rate and the like) and pollutant concentration indexes (heavy metals and the like) of the sludge meet GB/T25031-. Research and analysis show that the existing sludge environment-friendly brick has insufficient strength and is easy to cause secondary pollution to the environment, and chemical agents are often required to be added in the process of manufacturing the environment-friendly brick because the conventional sludge has the defects of overhigh moisture, overhigh organic content, larger pollutants and the like.
(2) Adding a biological complexing agent into the obtained dehydrated sludge for deodorization, airing the sludge for 3-5 days under the natural ventilation condition, stirring for one to two times every day, and carrying out natural deodorization and airing.
(3) Firstly, manually crushing sludge to be less than 5mm, then crushing sludge fragments by using a biomass crusher to obtain sludge powder until the particle size is uniform, and then screening the sludge powder by using a 100-mesh sieve to obtain a brick making raw material; and (3) screening the slag after the household garbage is burnt by using a 50-mesh sieve to obtain a slag particle raw material.
(4) Fully mixing the obtained sludge, slag, ordinary portland cement and NTMC4 curing agent according to the mass ratio of 35-40: 10-15: 40-50: 5-10%, adding a proper amount of water, adding water according to experience, slowly adding water into the mixed material until the cement and other materials in the mixed material are slightly diluted, and manually stirring until the materials are uniform. The compression strength of the baking-free brick prepared according to the proportion meets the 7.5-grade standard of non-sintered common clay bricks (JC 422-91)
In the step, because the dehydrated sludge still has higher water content, and is not beneficial to preparing the environment-friendly baking-free brick with the strength and other performance reaching the standard, the research of the inventor finds that compared with other curing agents, the NTMC4 curing agent has the following advantages: 1. the alkalinity is low, and the sludge with high organic matter content can be dehydrated very quickly; 2. low cost and less addition.
In the present invention, the NTMC4 curing agent can be replaced by other curing agents, but the effect is less than that of the NTMC4 curing agent.
(5) And (3) conveying the stirred mixed material into a self-made molding plastic die (100 mm 80mm 50 mm), beating by hand, pressing for molding, and curing in air for 10-12 days to obtain the material.
Example 1
The invention relates to a method for preparing environment-friendly baking-free bricks by using sludge and furnace slag, which comprises the following steps:
(1) thermal hydrolysis, high-temperature anaerobic digestion and plate-and-frame dehydration
The primary sludge with the water content of 80% enters a plate-and-frame filter press for dehydration after being subjected to thermal hydrolysis and high-temperature anaerobic digestion treatment, and plate-and-frame sludge with the water content of 60% is obtained: by the process, the physicochemical, biological and pollutant concentration indexes of the sludge except the water content all meet GB/T25031-.
(2) Deodorization
Adding biological complexing agent into the obtained dewatered sludge for deodorization, placing the dewatered sludge with environment beneficial flora such as lactobacillus and yeast and metabolite thereof under the ground of natural ventilation field for airing for 4d, stirring twice by thermal technology every day, and naturally deodorizing and airing.
(3) Crushing and screening
Manually kneading the sludge to break the sludge into small blocks, then breaking the small blocks for 3min by using a biomass crusher, and screening the broken small blocks by using a 100-mesh sieve to obtain sludge powder; the slag was also sieved using a 50 mesh sieve.
(4) Mixing
Mixing the sludge, the slag, ordinary 32.5 Portland cement, an NTMC4 curing agent and water, wherein the mass ratio of the sludge to the slag to the cement to the curing agent is = 35: 15: 45: 5%.
(5) Shaping of
And (3) feeding the materials into a self-made plastic die with the thickness of 100mm by 80mm by 50mm, manually extruding and hammering for 15min, pressing and molding, and then putting into air for curing for 12 d.
The compressive strength test of the prepared baking-free brick is carried out, the average value of the strength is 8MPa, and the baking-free brick meets the 7.5-grade standard of non-sintered common clay bricks (JC 422-91).

An environment-friendly baking-free brick prepared from sludge and furnace slag is characterized in that the environment-friendly baking-free brick is prepared from the following raw materials: the sludge-cement-curing agent-containing domestic waste incinerator slag-cement-curing agent-cement-40-10-15-40-50-5-10 mass ratio, the sludge is obtained by sequentially performing pyrohydrolysis, high-temperature anaerobic digestion and dehydration on primary sludge, and the domestic waste incinerator slag is obtained by incinerating domestic waste.
2. The environment-friendly baking-free brick prepared from the sludge and the slag as claimed in claim 1, wherein the curing agent is NTMC4 curing agent.
3. A method for preparing environment-friendly baking-free bricks by using sludge and furnace slag is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, dehydrating the primary sludge after thermal hydrolysis and high-temperature anaerobic digestion treatment to obtain dehydrated sludge;
s2, adding a deodorant into the obtained dewatered sludge, and naturally deodorizing and airing under natural ventilation;
s3, crushing the sludge obtained in the step S2, sieving the crushed sludge with a 100-mesh sieve to obtain sludge powder, and sieving the household garbage incinerator slag with a 50-mesh sieve to obtain slag particles;
s4, mixing the sludge powder and the slag particles obtained in the step S3 with Portland cement, a curing agent and water, wherein the mass percentage of the sludge powder to the slag particles to the cement to the curing agent is 35-40: 10-15: 40-50: 5-10;
and S5, putting the mixture obtained in the step S4 into a mould, extruding, pressing and forming, and curing in air to obtain the environment-friendly baking-free brick.
4. The method for preparing environment-friendly baking-free bricks from sludge and slag according to claim 3, wherein the curing agent is NTMC4 curing agent.
5. The method for preparing environment-friendly baking-free bricks from sludge and slag according to claim 3, wherein in S2, the deodorant is a biological compound agent, and the main components of the deodorant are lactic acid bacteria, yeast and metabolites thereof.

The method for preparing environment-friendly baking-free bricks from sludge and slag according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein in S2, the natural deodorization and air drying comprises: and (3) airing the sludge for 3-5 days under the natural ventilation condition, and stirring for 1-2 times every day.
7. The method for preparing environment-friendly baking-free bricks from sludge and slag according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein in S1, the primary sludge has a water content of 75 to 85%, and the dewatered sludge has a water content of 55 to 60%.
8. The method for preparing environment-friendly baking-free bricks from sludge and slag according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein in S3, the sludge is crushed to a size of 5mm or less when being crushed.
