Referring to fig. 1-7, the height adjusting device 1 is a parallelogram link structure, and comprises two links 1-1, a connecting rod 1-2 and an electric push rod 1-3; the two connecting rods 1-1 are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the rack 5 in parallel; each connecting rod 1-1 is provided with three hinge points, including a hinge point 1-11 at the upper end, a hinge point 1-12 at the middle part and a hinge point 1-13 at the lower end; the lower end hinge point 1-13 is hinged with the frame 5, the connecting rod 1-2 is arranged between the two connecting rods 1-1, and two ends of the connecting rod 1-2 are respectively hinged with the two upper end hinge points 1-11; hinged shafts 1-4 are fixedly arranged on the middle hinged points 1-12, and the tail ends of the hinged shafts 1-4 are provided with oblong holes 1-41; an articulated piece 1-5 is arranged between the frame 2 and the articulated shaft 1-4, one end of the articulated piece 1-5 is articulated with the long circular hole 1-41, and the other end is rotationally connected to the frame 2; one end of the electric push rod 1-3 is hinged with the frame 2, and the other end is hinged with a hinged point 1-11 at the upper end of one of the connecting rods 1-1.
Referring to fig. 1-7, the height adjustment device 1 further includes a gas strut 1-6 disposed between the connecting rod 1-2 and the frame 2, wherein one end of the gas strut 1-6 is hinged to the middle of the connecting rod 1-2, and the other end is hinged to the frame 2. By arranging the air supporting rods 1-6, when the mowing device needs to be lifted, the electric push rod 1-3 needs to overcome the gravity of the mowing device to lift, and the connecting rod 1-2 is beneficial to the movement of the connecting rod 1-2 by virtue of the elasticity of the air supporting rods 1-6 in the forward movement process, so that the mowing device can be lifted smoothly; when the mowing device needs to be lowered, the electric push rod 1-3 is influenced by the gravity of the mowing device in the retraction process, so that the lowering speed is increased, partial gravity is overcome under the action of the elastic force of the supporting rod, the connecting rod 1-2 and the electric push rod 1-3 can stably run, and the lowering stability of the mowing device is guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 1-7, the three hinge points are distributed in a triangular shape, which is beneficial to reduce the pushing stroke of the electric push rod 1-3 to obtain a larger lifting distance of the mowing device, and meanwhile, the structure is more compact.
Referring to fig. 1-7, an extension part is arranged at the upper end of the connecting rod 1-1, and the extension part extends towards the direction of the electric push rod 1-3; and the extension part is provided with fourth hinge points 1-14, and the fourth hinge points 1-14 are hinged with the electric push rod 1-3. By adopting the structure, the pushing stroke of the electric push rod 1-3 can be further reduced, so that the mowing device obtains a larger lifting distance, and the height adjusting effect of the mowing device is improved.
Referring to fig. 1-5, the mower further comprises a wireless control device 10 disposed at the rear end of the frame 2; the wireless control device 10 comprises a control box, a main control board, a motor driver, a radio control module and a remote controller, wherein the main control board, the motor driver, the radio control module and the remote controller are arranged in the control box, the motor driver is fixedly connected with the main control board, the radio control module is connected with the main control board, and the radio control module is connected with the remote controller through a radio signal. Through setting up above-mentioned structure, the lawn mower can carry out remote control through the operative hand, implements the operation of mowing, convenient operation.
Referring to fig. 1-7, the working principle of the crawler-type multi-angle adjusting mower is as follows:
when the mower works, the walking power mechanism 4 provides power for the crawler walking mechanism 3 to realize the walking function of the mower; the driving mechanism 7 drives the cutting knife 6 to rotate, so that weeds can be trimmed and cut. When the weeds that correspond degree of depth is different or the topography is complicated, can adjust grass cutting device's height through height adjusting device 1, specific process is:
when the mowing device needs to be lifted, electric push rods 1-3 positioned at two sides of the mowing device extend to push a connecting rod 1-1, the connecting rod 1-1 is connected with an articulated piece 1-5 through an articulated shaft 1-4, so that the articulated piece 1-5 rotates on a vehicle frame 2, the connecting rod 1-1 rotates along a middle articulated point 1-12, the connecting rod 1-2 is also driven to move forwards while the connecting rod 1-1 rotates, and then the other connecting rod 1-1 is driven to rotate around the middle articulated point 1-12, so that the two connecting rods 1-1 synchronously rotate, the frame 5 gradually lifts under the rotation of the lower articulated point 1-13, the height of a cutting knife 6 is adjusted, and the mowing device is lifted; when the mowing device needs to be lowered, the electric push rod 1-3 contracts reversely, so that the two connecting rods 1-1 rotate reversely along with the hinge parts 1-5 at the same time, and the mowing device is lowered; because the two groups of height adjusting devices 1 are distributed on the two sides of the mowing device, the electric push rods 1-3 on the two sides of the rack 5 are respectively and independently controlled, when the electric push rod 1-3 on one side is driven, one side of the mowing device is lifted up under the action of the long round holes 1-41, and the angle of the mowing device can be adjusted; when the mower encounters complex terrains (such as ramps and ditches), the heights of the two sides of the mowing device can be independently adjusted, so that the cutting knife 6 can freely incline towards the two sides, the height and the angle of the cutting knife 6 can be flexibly adjusted according to the complex terrain degree, and the mowing effect is improved.

1. A crawler-type multi-angle adjusting mower comprises a chassis walking device, a mowing device arranged on the chassis walking device and a height adjusting device arranged between the chassis walking device and the mowing device and used for adjusting the height of the mowing device away from the ground; the height adjusting devices are two groups, and the two groups of height adjusting devices are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the mowing device; it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,

The crawler-type multi-angle adjusting mower according to claim 1, wherein the height adjusting device further comprises an air stay rod arranged between the connecting rod and the frame, one end of the air stay rod is hinged to the middle of the connecting rod, and the other end of the air stay rod is hinged to the frame.
3. The tracked multi-angle adjustable mower according to claim 2, wherein three of said hinge points are triangularly arranged.

A multi-angle adjustable crawler-type mower as claimed in claim 3, wherein said connecting rod is provided at an upper end thereof with an extension portion extending in a direction of said power push rod; and a fourth hinge point is arranged on the extension part and is hinged with the electric push rod.
5. The crawler-type multi-angle adjusting mower according to claim 4, wherein the plurality of cutting blades are uniformly distributed on the frame, each cutting blade is rotatably connected to the frame through a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is connected to the driving mechanism.
6. The crawler-type multi-angle adjusting mower according to claim 5, wherein the lower end of the frame is further provided with a baffle plate for preventing weeds from splashing, and the left end and the right end of the baffle plate extend downwards vertically.

The tracked multi-angle adjusting mower according to claim 6, wherein the driving mechanism comprises an oil tank, an engine, a clutch and a synchronous transmission assembly arranged on the frame; the synchronous transmission assembly comprises a driving belt wheel, a driven belt wheel arranged on the rotating shaft and a transmission belt arranged between the driving belt wheel and the driven belt wheel and connected with the driving belt wheel, the input end of the clutch is connected with the engine, the output end of the clutch is connected with the driving belt wheel, and the oil tank is connected with the engine through an oil pipe.

The multi-angle adjustable crawler-type mower according to claim 7, wherein the crawler traveling mechanism comprises a driving wheel rotatably connected to the rear end of the frame, a driven wheel, a crawler arranged on the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and a tension wheel arranged at the front end of the frame for adjusting the tension degree of the crawler; the driven wheel and the tension wheel are horizontally arranged, and the driving wheel is positioned above the driven wheel; a plurality of guide wheel sets for guiding the track to rotate are arranged between the driven wheel and the tensioning wheel; the guide wheel set comprises a wheel frame fixedly connected to the frame and a guide wheel rotatably connected to the wheel frame; the driving wheel is connected with the walking power mechanism.

The crawler-type multi-angle adjusting mower according to claim 8, wherein the number of the two walking power mechanisms is two, the two walking power mechanisms are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the frame, and each walking power mechanism comprises a servo motor and a worm gear reducer which are arranged on the frame; the input end of the worm gear and worm reducer is connected with the main shaft of the servo motor, and the output end of the worm gear and worm reducer is connected with the driving wheel.

A tracked multi-angle adjustable mower according to any one of claims 1 to 9 and further comprising a wireless control device disposed at the rear end of said frame; the wireless control device comprises a control box, a main control board, a motor driver, a radio control module and a remote controller, wherein the main control board, the motor driver, the radio control module and the remote controller are arranged in the control box, the motor driver is fixedly connected with the main control board, the radio control module is connected with the main control board, and the radio control module is connected with the remote controller through a radio signal.
