The invention discloses an air duct assembly and an air conditioner with the same, wherein the air duct assembly comprises: an air exhaust duct; the first air inlet duct is arranged on one side of the exhaust duct and communicated with the exhaust duct; and the second air inlet duct is arranged on the other side of the air exhaust duct and is communicated with the air exhaust duct. The air exhaust duct is communicated with a first air inlet duct and a second air inlet duct which are respectively positioned at two sides of the air exhaust duct, so that the air inlet volume can be effectively increased, and the air volume requirement of the air conditioner is met.

The existing air duct assembly comprises an exhaust air duct and an air inlet duct, the exhaust air duct is communicated with the air inlet duct, the wind wheel is arranged in the exhaust air duct, and when the wind wheel runs, outside wind is sucked from the air inlet duct and is discharged from the exhaust air duct. The air duct assembly has the problem of small air inlet volume at present, and the air volume requirement of the air conditioner cannot be met under some working conditions.

The air duct assembly of the first aspect of the present invention comprises: an exhaust air duct 207, a first air intake duct 210, and a second air intake duct 211; the first air inlet duct 210 is arranged on one side of the exhaust duct 207 and communicated with the exhaust duct 207; the second air intake duct 211 is disposed at the other side of the air exhaust duct 207 and is communicated with the air exhaust duct 207. The exhaust air duct 207 is communicated with a first air inlet duct 210 and a second air inlet duct 211 which are respectively positioned at two sides of the exhaust air duct 207, so that the air inlet volume can be effectively increased, and the air volume requirement of the air conditioner is met.
In some embodiments, when the air duct assembly is used specifically, a condenser is installed in the air duct assembly to cool the condenser, the condenser may be selectively disposed in the first air intake duct 210 or the second air intake duct 211, the wind wheel 201 is disposed in the exhaust air duct 207, when the wind wheel 201 is operated, outside wind is sucked from the air intake duct and exhausted from the exhaust air duct 207, and the outside wind passes through the condenser and cools the condenser.
In the air discharge portion of the air conditioner 100, the heat exchanger (condenser) is located on one side of an air discharge duct 207 (generally, a centrifugal duct), and after intake air from the outside is sucked, the intake air passes through the compressor, the condenser, and the air discharge duct 207 and is discharged through an air discharge pipe. The condenser is generally composed of heat exchangers with the number more than or equal to 1 row, the larger the row number is, the larger the wind resistance is, the worse the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchangers is, and the whole air conditioner is high in load, high in power, high in current, low in capacity and energy efficiency and high in energy consumption. The condenser of the air conditioner 100 is generally formed by 4 to 6 rows of heat exchangers at present, and the air resistance is large, so that the heat exchange efficiency is low.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments, the air conditioner 100 according to the second aspect of the present invention includes a housing 101, and the housing 101 is provided with an air inlet 102 and an air outlet 103, and outside air enters the housing 101 from the air inlet 102 under negative pressure, passes through relevant components in the housing 101, and is then discharged from the air outlet 103 by the action of a wind wheel 201. The wind exchanges heat with relevant parts in the housing 101, and then the wind takes away the heat, thereby performing the functions of heat dissipation and cooling.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the air conditioner 100 includes a wind wheel 201, a motor 202, a bracket 203, a first condenser 204, a second condenser 205 and a cooling air duct, wherein an exhaust air duct 207, a first air intake duct 210 and a second air intake duct 211 are formed in the cooling air duct, the first air intake duct 210 and the second air intake duct 211 are respectively disposed at two sides of the exhaust air duct 207, the wind wheel 201 is disposed in the exhaust air duct 207, the motor 202 drives the wind wheel 201 to rotate, and the motor 202 is fixed to the housing 101 through the bracket 203. The first condenser 204 is disposed between the exhaust air duct 207 and the first intake air duct 210, and the outside air enters the first intake air duct 210, flows through the first condenser 204, and then enters the exhaust air duct 207, and similarly, the second condenser 205 is disposed between the exhaust air duct 207 and the second intake air duct 211, and the outside air enters the second intake air duct 211, flows through the second condenser 205, and then enters the exhaust air duct 207.
The wind wheel 201 rotates at a high speed in the exhaust air duct 207 under the traction of the motor 202 to generate negative pressure, outside wind enters from the air inlet 102 under the action of the negative pressure, passes through the first air inlet duct 210 and the second air inlet duct 211, passes through the first condenser 204 and the second condenser 205, and is exhausted from the air outlet 103 of the exhaust air duct 207, and the wind exchanges heat with the first condenser 204 and the second condenser 205 to take away the heat, thereby playing a role in cooling the first condenser 204 and the second condenser 205.
In the conventional air conditioner 100, only the first condenser 204 and the first air inlet duct 210 are provided, and the second condenser 205 and the second air inlet duct 211 are not provided, so that air is completely discharged from the air outlet of the air outlet duct 207 after passing through the first condenser 204, and the heat exchange efficiency is low due to large air resistance. The design of present case separates into two parts with original condenser, falls into first condenser 204 and second condenser 205 promptly, and first condenser 204 and second condenser 205 dispel the heat respectively, have reduced the thickness of condenser, and then have greatly reduced the windage, have improved heat exchanger heat exchange efficiency.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, the air conditioner 100 adopts a single air duct structure, and outside air enters from the same air inlet 102 and then enters the first air inlet duct 210 and the second air inlet duct 211 respectively. In other embodiments, the air conditioner 100 may also adopt a dual-duct structure to achieve separate and independent air intake, that is, the air intake 102 is divided into a first inlet and a second inlet, the first inlet is communicated with the first air intake duct 210, the second inlet is communicated with the second air intake duct 211, the wind wheel 201 rotates at a high speed under the traction of the motor 202 to generate negative pressure, and a part of outside air enters from the first inlet under the action of the negative pressure, passes through the first air intake duct 210, passes through the first condenser 204, and is discharged from the air outlet 103 of the air exhaust duct 207. The other part of outside air enters from the second inlet under the action of negative pressure, passes through the second air inlet duct 211 and the second condenser 205, and is discharged from the air outlet 103 of the air outlet duct 207.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 4, the air conditioner 100 further includes a bottom plate 206 and a middle partition 401, the casing 101, the bottom plate 206 and the middle partition 401 form a part of the cooling air duct, the middle partition 401 is connected to the upper end of the casing 101, the bottom plate 206 is connected to the lower end of the casing 101, one side of the bottom plate 206, the middle partition 401, the first condenser 204 and the casing 101 is enclosed to form a first air intake duct 210, and the other side of the bottom plate 206, the middle partition 401, the second condenser 205 and the casing 101 is enclosed to form a second air intake duct 211. The whole structure is simple, and the installation is convenient.
In order to improve the heat exchange efficiency, the air conditioner 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a sealing structure 208. In order to keep the balance of the air intake and the air exhaust and avoid the loss of air volume and air channeling, the casing 101, the first air intake duct 210, the second air intake duct 211, the first condenser 204, the second condenser 205 and the air exhaust duct 207 are relatively sealed. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: a sealing structure 208 is arranged at the joint of the base plate 206 and the shell 101, a sealing structure 208 is arranged at the joint of the first condenser 204 and the shell 101, a sealing structure 208 is arranged at the joint of the second condenser 205 and the shell 101, a sealing structure 208 is arranged at the joint of the first condenser 204 and the base plate 206, a sealing structure 208 is arranged at the joint of the second condenser 205 and the base plate 206, a sealing structure 208 is arranged at the joint of the first condenser 204 and the middle partition 401, a sealing structure 208 is arranged at the joint of the second condenser 205 and the middle partition 401, and a sealing structure 208 is arranged at the joint of the middle partition 401 and the shell 101. The first condenser 204 and the second condenser 205 are connected and sealed by a connecting plate.
After the air conditioner 100 adopts the sealing structure 208, air enters the casing 101, passes through the first air inlet duct 210, the second air inlet duct 211, the first condenser 204, the second condenser 205 and the exhaust duct 207, and is discharged, so that the air leakage phenomenon is obviously reduced.
It should be noted that in some embodiments, the sealing structure 208 between the casing 101, the chassis 206, the middle partition 401, the first condenser 204, the second condenser 205 and the exhaust duct 207 may be selectively designed according to actual needs.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the sealing structure 208 comprises a wind screen or sponge. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a casing, a bottom plate and a middle partition plate, wherein the middle partition plate is connected to the upper end of the casing, the bottom plate is connected to the lower end of the casing, the bottom plate, the middle partition plate and one side of the casing enclose at least part of the first air inlet duct, and the bottom plate, the middle partition plate and the other side of the casing enclose at least part of the second air inlet duct.
6. The air conditioner according to claim 5, wherein a sealing structure is provided at a junction of the base pan and the housing.
7. The air conditioner according to claim 5, wherein a sealing structure is provided at a connection of the first condenser and/or the second condenser and the case.
8. The air conditioner according to claim 5, wherein a sealing structure is provided at a connection of the first condenser and/or the second condenser and the base pan.
9. The air conditioner according to claim 5, wherein a sealing structure is provided at a junction of the first condenser and/or the second condenser and the middle partition.
10. The air conditioner according to claim 5, wherein a sealing structure is provided at a junction of the middle partition and the case.
11. An air conditioner according to any one of claims 6 to 10, wherein said sealing structure comprises a wind screen or a sponge.
12. An air conditioner according to claim 11, wherein said sealing structure includes two wind shielding ribs respectively located on both sides of said joint.
13. The air conditioner according to claim 12, wherein a sponge is provided between the two wind blocking ribs.
