技术领域

背景技术

上述所有的尺寸优化和修改使得管状部分25具有较大的可变形性,并具有上述所有优点。

Claims (4)

1.一种滚动轴承(30)的有凸缘的内圈(20),所述滚动轴承(30)形成用于机动车辆的车轮轮毂组件的一部分,所述有凸缘的内圈(20)包括卷边(25),所述卷边(25)被构造为在通过摆碾而被塑性变形之后在轴向上对所述滚动轴承(30)的径向内圈(34)进行预紧,其中,所述卷边(25)具有沿着所述有凸缘的内圈(20)的对称轴线(X)尺寸可变的直径,所述有凸缘的内圈(20)的特征在于,所述卷边(25)具有外预紧表面(27),在所述卷边(25)的最终变形构造中所述外预紧表面(27)配置为抵靠径向内圈(34),并且在所述卷边(25)的未变形构造中所述外预紧表面(27)相对于所述对称轴线(X)倾斜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有凸缘的内圈,其特征在于,所述外预紧表面(27)在轴向上与用于安装所述径向内圈(34)的径向外表面(21)对齐,并且经由连接表面(28)连接到所述径向外表面(21),所述外预紧表面(27)至少沿着所述连接表面具有在尺寸方面小于所述径向外表面(21)的直径的直径。
3.根据权利要求2所述的有凸缘的内圈,其特征在于,所述外预紧表面(27)是圆锥形表面,并且所述卷边(25)的径向厚度在远离所述径向内圈(34)的方向上沿着所述对称轴线(X)逐渐变厚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的有凸缘的内圈,其特征在于,所述卷边(25)的尺寸在远离所述径向内圈(34)的方向上沿着所述对称轴线(X)增大。
