Abstract
本发明提供一种乳化型浴中除油剂,包括至少两种脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷以及其他组分与助剂。本发明提供了一种新型的乳化型浴中除油剂,利用不同的脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷的亲水亲油性能,配合阴离子表面活性剂,合理调配,对纺织品上的矿物油类机油去除乳化性,使其在高温下更加容易去除,同时保持油污乳液不破乳,保证优秀的乳化分散。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于除油剂领域,具体涉及一种用于去除化纤纺织品上油剂污迹的除油剂。
背景技术
在纺织印染加工过程中,由于在织造时会有油剂和油污在面料上,在染色加工过程中,需要去除油污后进行染色,否则会出现色花,产生疵品。
目前处理的难点是:1)从面料上不易去除油污,去除不干净;
2)从面料上去除油污较为干净,但是在高温下,又容易浮油。
现有的除油剂大多数采用一种或者多种非离子表活配制,简单的加水稀释,要么去污性无法达标,要么虽然能够去污,但是在高温时,油污乳液容易破乳,产生油花。
因此,针对以上问题研制出一种具有优秀的去污效果,且高温时不易破乳不产生油花的除油剂是本领域技术人员所急需解决的难题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种乳化型浴中除油剂。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种乳化型浴中除油剂,包括至少两种脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷以及其他组分与助剂。进一步地,该乳化型浴中除油剂的组成成分以及各组成成分占总质量的百分比分别为:
脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 3013:0~40%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 5013:10~20%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 7013:10~20%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 1013:20~50%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 1012:10~30%、
乙二醇单丁醚:0~10%、 仲烷基磺酸钠:1~5%、
有机硅消泡剂:0.1~0.3%、
表面活性剂:2~8%、
其余为水。
进一步地,表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂。
进一步地,表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基聚醚羧酸钠以及仲烷基磺酸钠的
组合。
作为优选,本发明提供一组组分配比,该乳化型浴中除油剂的组成成分以及各组成成分占总质量的百分比分别为:
脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 3013:16%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 5013:15%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 7013:12%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 1013:20%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 1012:12%、
乙二醇单丁醚:5%、 仲烷基磺酸钠:2%、
有机硅消泡剂:0.1%、
表面活性剂:5%、
其余为水。
本发明与现有技术相比,提供了一种新型的乳化型浴中除油剂,利用不同的脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷的亲水亲油性能,配合阴离子表面活性剂,合理调配,对纺织品上的矿物油类机油去除乳化性,使其在高温下更加容易去除,同时保持油污乳液不破乳,保证优秀的乳化分散。

实施例1:
本实施例为一种乳化型浴中除油剂,包括至少两种脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷以及其他组分与助剂,该乳化型浴中除油剂的组成成分以及各组成成分占总质量的百分比分别为:脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 5013:10%、脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 7013:20%、脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 1013:20%、脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 1012:30%、
乙二醇单丁醚:5%、仲烷基磺酸钠:1%、
有机硅消泡剂:0.1%、
阴离子表面活性剂:2%、
其余为水。
其中的阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基聚醚羧酸钠以及仲烷基磺酸钠
的组合。
实施例2:
本实施例为一种乳化型浴中除油剂,包括至少两种脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷以及其他组分与助剂,该乳化型浴中除油剂的组成成分以及各组成成分占总质量的百分比分别为:
脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 3013:40%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 5013:10%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 7013:10%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 1013:20%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 1012:10%、 仲烷基磺酸钠:3%、
有机硅消泡剂:0.2%、
阴离子表面活性剂:5%、
其余为水。
其中的阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基聚醚羧酸钠以及仲烷基磺酸钠
的组合。
实施例3:
本实施例为一种乳化型浴中除油剂,包括至少两种脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷以及其他组分与助剂,该乳化型浴中除油剂的组成成分以及各组成成分占总质量的百分比分别为:
脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 3013:18%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 5013:15%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 7013:15%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 1013:25%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 1012:15%、
乙二醇单丁醚:4%、 仲烷基磺酸钠:2%、
有机硅消泡剂:0.1%、
阴离子表面活性剂:4%、
其余为水。
其中的阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基聚醚羧酸钠以及仲烷基磺酸钠
的组合。
实施例4:
本实施例为一种乳化型浴中除油剂,包括至少两种脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷以及其他组分与助剂,该乳化型浴中除油剂的组成成分以及各组成成分占总质量的百分比分别为:
脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 3013:16%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 5013:15%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 7013:12%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 1013:20%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 1012:12%、
乙二醇单丁醚:5%、 仲烷基磺酸钠:2%、
有机硅消泡剂:0.1%、
表面活性剂:5%、
其余为水。
分别将以上4个实施例获得的除油剂分别按照2.0g/l添加至水中,即获得4份0.4g/200ml水溶液,分别滴入10滴污机油(含有5%炭黑);将4份水溶液升温,加热至沸腾,观察油污是否乳化分散,是否有油漂浮在水溶液表面。
以上4个实施例表面均未有油漂浮在表面,且油污未乳化分散,其中实施例4保持最为良好,实施例4中提供的组分配比较优。

1.一种乳化型浴中除油剂,其特征在于:包括至少两种脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷以及其他组分与助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种乳化型浴中除油剂,其特征在于:其组成成分以及各组成成分占总质量的百分比分别为:
脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 3013:0~40%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 5013:10~20%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 7013:10~20%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 1013:20~50%、 脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷Genifol 1012:10~30%、
乙二醇单丁醚:0~10%、 仲烷基磺酸钠:1~5%、
有机硅消泡剂:0.1~0.3%、
表面活性剂:2~8%、
其余为水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种乳化型浴中除油剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为阴离
子表面活性剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种乳化型浴中除油剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基聚醚羧酸钠以及仲烷基磺酸钠的组合。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种乳化型浴中除油剂,其特征在于:其组成成分以及各组成成分占总质量的百分比分别为:
