s1: providing the two-dimensional code for a consumer to scan so as to obtain a purchase instruction and payment information sent by a mobile phone terminal, wherein the purchase instruction comprises information of a target commodity purchased by the consumer; in this step, the two-dimensional code may be attached to a housing of the vending machine or may be displayed on a display screen of the vending machine, and the user may scan the two-dimensional code, connect the two-dimensional code with a remote server, enter a corresponding purchase interface, purchase and pay the two-dimensional code, and form a purchase instruction and payment information in the purchase and payment process, where the payment information includes successful transfer information of a payment platform such as a bank transfer or a payment treasure, a WeChat, and the like, corresponding to the price of the target commodity.
S2: controlling the lifting door to move away from one side of the goods taking bin corresponding to the target goods according to the purchase instruction, and transferring the target goods into the goods taking bin; in the step, the goods taking control system receives the purchase instruction sent by the remote server, obtains the information of the target goods, drives the lifting door of the goods taking bin corresponding to the target goods to be opened, then drives the goods discharging device corresponding to the target goods to discharge the goods, and pushes the target goods to the goods taking bin.
S3: the lifting door is reset to a goods taking bin corresponding to the target goods, and an electromagnetic lock in the goods taking bin controls the opening and closing door to be opened; after the lifting door is reset, the goods taking bin is separated to be communicated with other goods, the anti-theft effect is achieved, and the opening and closing door is opened so that a user can take goods conveniently.
S4: after the target commodity is taken out, the electromagnetic lock controls the opening and closing door to be locked.
Referring to fig. 10, the present invention also provides an intelligent ice chest, intelligent shelf or display case in which the opening and closing door 100 is a split outer door. The goods taking bin is arranged at the front end of a standard tray (goods shelf) and is of a transparent goods taking bin structure, wherein one side, which is in butt joint with the standard tray, is provided with a pair of staggered lifting doors capable of moving up and down, and the lifting doors are transparent inner doors. When the goods taking bin is in a normal state, the outer doors are all in a closed state and cannot be opened. The opening and closing door can move at the opening at one end of the goods taking bin body to shield the corresponding single goods taking bin, and the lifting door can move at the opening at the other end of the goods taking bin body to shield the corresponding single goods taking bin.
The invention is not limited to the above alternative embodiments, and any other various forms of products can be obtained by anyone in the light of the present invention, but any changes in shape or structure thereof, which fall within the scope of the present invention as defined in the claims, fall within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (13)

1. A goods taking device comprises a goods taking control system and is characterized by further comprising a goods taking bin body with an opening, wherein N partition plates perpendicular to the opening are arranged in the goods taking bin body, the goods taking bin body is divided into N +1 different goods taking bins which are not communicated with each other by the partition plates, each goods taking bin is independently hinged with an opening and closing door, and an electromagnetic lock for connecting or separating the opening and closing door and the goods taking bin is arranged between the opening and closing door and the goods taking bin; wherein N is a natural number greater than zero;
the goods taking device also comprises a lifting door which is arranged at the opening of the goods taking bin and is opposite to the opening and closing door, and a lifting mechanism which drives the lifting door to stay or translate at the opening of each goods taking bin;
the goods taking device also comprises a goods outlet mechanism which is arranged on one side of the lifting door and used for conveying goods to each goods taking device; the lifting door is used for cutting off the communication between the goods taking bin and the goods discharging mechanism;
the goods discharging mechanism, the lifting mechanism and the electromagnetic lock are all in communication connection with the goods taking control system.
2. The goods taking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the goods taking device is provided with a partition plate, the goods taking bins are arranged in an up-down stacking mode, and each goods taking bin is internally provided with a goods detector;
the upper side and the lower side of the lifting door are respectively provided with a first sensor and a second sensor, and the lifting mechanism is used for driving the partition plate to move up and down.

The goods taking device according to claim 2, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a first transmission shaft penetrating through the goods taking bin body, the first transmission shaft and the lifting door are arranged in a vertical parallel mode, one end of the first transmission shaft is connected with a first reciprocating motor, a plurality of transmission gears are sleeved outside the first transmission shaft and are in interference fit with the first transmission shaft, racks are arranged on two sides or one side of the lifting door in the vertical direction, the inner side of each rack is fixedly connected with the lifting door, the racks are meshed with the transmission gears, a plurality of first sliding grooves are formed in the lifting door in the vertical direction, a first guide shaft is arranged in each first sliding groove, and two ends of each first guide shaft are fixedly connected with the top and the bottom of the goods taking bin body respectively.

The goods taking device according to claim 2, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a belt conveyor and a second transmission shaft and a third transmission shaft which penetrate through the goods taking bin body, a second driving motor is arranged at one end of the second transmission shaft and one end of the third transmission shaft, the second transmission shaft and the third transmission shaft are arranged in parallel with the lifting door up and down, the second transmission shaft and the third transmission shaft are respectively arranged at the top of the goods taking bin above the middle of and below two adjacent goods taking bins, transmission wheels are arranged on the second transmission shaft and the third transmission shaft in an interference fit mode, the belt conveyor is sleeved outside the two transmission wheels, and the belt conveyor is detachably connected with the lifting door.

The goods taking device according to claim 2, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a nut with internal threads fixedly connected with the top or the bottom of the goods taking bin body, a threaded hole of the nut is vertically arranged, the nut is in threaded connection with a lead screw, one end of the lead screw facing the middle part of the goods taking bin body is fixedly connected with a third driving motor for driving the lead screw to rotate, and the other end of the lead screw is fixedly connected with the lifting door.

The goods taking device according to claim 5, wherein the lifting door is provided with a plurality of second chutes, each second chute is provided with a second guide shaft, and two ends of the second guide shaft are respectively fixedly connected with the top and the bottom of the goods taking bin body.

the goods taking device also comprises a lifting door arranged at the opening of the goods taking bin and far away from one end of the opening and closing door, and a lifting mechanism for driving the lifting door to stay or translate at the opening of each goods taking bin;
the goods taking device also comprises a goods outlet mechanism which is arranged on one side of the lifting door and used for conveying goods to each goods taking device; the lifting door is used for cutting off the communication between the goods taking bin and the goods discharging mechanism;
the goods discharging mechanism, the lifting mechanism and the electromagnetic lock are all in communication connection with the goods taking control system.
9. The goods taking device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the goods taking device is provided with a partition plate, the goods taking bins are arranged in an up-down stacking mode, and each goods taking bin is internally provided with a goods detector;
the upper side and the lower side of the lifting door are respectively provided with a first sensor and a second sensor, and the lifting mechanism is used for driving the partition plate to move up and down.

s2: controlling the lifting door to move away from one side of the goods taking bin corresponding to the target goods according to the purchase instruction, and transferring the target goods into the goods taking bin;
s3: the lifting door is reset to a goods taking bin corresponding to the target goods, and an electromagnetic lock in the goods taking bin controls the opening and closing door to be opened;
s4: after the target commodity is taken out, the electromagnetic lock controls the opening and closing door to be locked.
11. An intelligent freezer comprising a first shipment control system and a first vending terminal, further comprising a commercial freezer and the pickup apparatus of any of claims 1-7.
12. An intelligent refrigerator comprising a first shipment control system and a first vending terminal, further comprising a commercial refrigerator and the pickup device of any one of claims 8 to 9, wherein the door of the pickup device is an outer door of the commercial refrigerator.
13. An intelligent shelf comprising a second shipment control system and a second vending terminal, further comprising a commercial pick and the pick device of any one of claims 1-7, wherein the access door is further translatable at the opening of each of the pick compartments.
