A fresh air ventilator for kitchen use according to claim 1 characterized in that said controller comprises an external manual shift which can be toggled between a kitchen sealing shift and a kitchen open shift, and said controller is informed of the kitchen space sealing information to sense the switching of the kitchen space between the open state and the closed state.

A fresh air ventilating device for kitchen use according to claim 1, wherein the controller comprises an air pressure sensor disposed in the kitchen, and the controller obtains the sealing information of the kitchen space through the air pressure sensor to sense the switching of the kitchen space between the open state and the closed state.
4. The fresh air ventilator as claimed in claim 1, wherein a fresh air blower is connected in series in the fresh air path (2), and the controller controls the fresh air blower to adjust the flow rate of the fresh air path (2).
5. The fresh air ventilator for kitchen according to claim 1, wherein a ventilation fan is connected in series in the ventilation air duct (3), and the controller adjusts the air flow rate of the ventilation air duct (3) by controlling the ventilation fan.
6. A fresh air ventilating method for a kitchen is characterized in that a controller respectively adjusts the air flow speed of a fresh air path (2) and a ventilating air path (3) according to the running state of a range hood (1) and the sealing information of a kitchen space, so that the kitchen is always in a positive pressure air source.
7. A fresh air ventilating method for kitchen according to claim 6, characterized in that said hood (1) is switchable between an open state and a closed state, said kitchen space being switchable between an open state and a closed state.
8. A fresh air ventilating method for kitchen according to claim 7, characterized in that when the range hood (1) is in open state and the kitchen space is in open state, the air flow rate in the fresh air path (2) is in high speed state and the air flow rate in the ventilating air path (3) is in high speed state.
9. A fresh air ventilating method for kitchen according to claim 7, characterized in that when the range hood (1) is in open state and the kitchen space is in closed state, the air flow velocity in the fresh air duct (2) is in high speed state and the ventilating air duct (3) is closed.
10. A fresh air ventilating method for kitchen according to claim 7, characterized in that when the range hood (1) is in the closed state, the air flow rate in the fresh air path (2) is in the low speed state, and the air flow rate in the ventilating air path (3) is in the low speed state.
