The working principle is as follows: when the mobile phone needs to be unfolded, the button is pressed, the button pulls the swing rod to swing through the driving plate so as to drive the transmission plate to move, one end of the flexible screen is pulled by the transmission plate, meanwhile, the elastic strip deforms, the connecting mechanism is unlocked, and the button is separated from the driving plate;
the flexible screen is pulled by drive mechanism, therefore the middle part of flexible screen exerts pressure to positioning mechanism, and positioning mechanism moves to the half shell convex part that corresponds (half shell convex part 66 on the left side) to the connecting block rotates down the lamellar body and rotates and stretch into to the bottom surface concave part that corresponds, and the user upwards promotes half shell on the right side to two half and closes, and positioning mechanism locks the casing, accomplishes the cell-phone and expandes the operation.
When the mobile phone needs to be folded, the two ends of the handheld shell are turned downwards, the push rods of the positioning mechanisms are not closed, and when the two half shell bottoms are closed, the connecting mechanisms are connected to complete the folding operation of the mobile phone.
Claims (20)
1. A folding device of a mobile phone is characterized in that: comprises the steps of (a) preparing a mixture of a plurality of raw materials,
the shell is formed by folding two half shells left and right, and the two half shells are connected through a rotating mechanism and can rotate reversely to fold the shell;
the flexible screen (1) is connected with the shell through a traction mechanism capable of resetting through elastic energy, the middle part of the bottom surface of the flexible screen (1) is attached to the positioning mechanism, and the positioning mechanism can be triggered when the flexible screen (1) is pulled by the traction mechanism;
the transparent protection sheet consists of two lower sheet bodies (22) and two upper sheet bodies (2) which can be respectively covered on the openings at the tops of the corresponding half shells, bottom surface concave parts (21) which can contain the corresponding lower sheet bodies (22) are respectively arranged at the joint parts of the two upper sheet bodies (2), and the two lower sheet bodies (22) are respectively connected with the positioning mechanism;
the positioning mechanism is positioned at the left and right involution positions of the two half shells, the positioning mechanism can drive the two lower sheet bodies (22) to rotate respectively, when the two half shells are involuted left and right, the positioning mechanism locks the shells, and the two lower sheet bodies (22) extend into the corresponding bottom surface concave parts (21) respectively; when the shell is folded, the positioning mechanism is unlocked, and the two lower sheet bodies (22) cover the side notches (41) of the mobile phone;
a button (3) which can trigger the traction mechanism is arranged on the shell.

The folding apparatus of claim 1, wherein: positioning mechanism includes left push rod (6), left drive mechanism and right push rod (6a) and right drive mechanism that set up with left push rod (6) and left drive mechanism mirror image, left side drive mechanism is connected with lamellar body (22) under a slice, left side push rod (6) are connected with half shell (4) in the left side through elastic mechanism, and the tip subsides at left push rod (6) middle part are put on the bottom surface of flexible screen (1), and the both ends of left push rod (6) are stretched out the lateral wall of flexible screen (1) respectively and are connected with the transmission of left drive mechanism, and when the left and right sides of two half shells is fashionable, left side push rod (6) are touched and are locked the casing with right push rod (6a) top mutually.

The folding apparatus of claim 2, wherein: left side drive mechanism includes preceding drive mechanism and the back drive mechanism that is connected with the corresponding tip transmission of left push rod (6) respectively, preceding drive mechanism is the same with back drive mechanism structure and keeps synchronous motion, and back drive mechanism's one end can be connected on half shell (4) in the left side with rotating, and back drive mechanism's the other end is connecting block (5), and the one end of corresponding lower lamellar body (22) is connected on the lateral wall of connecting block (5), connecting block (5) are connected with half shell (4) in the left side through canceling release mechanical system, and when back drive mechanism receives left push rod (6) to promote, the upper end horizontal migration of connecting block (5), the lower extreme of connecting block (5) upwards rotates, and when back drive mechanism does not receive left push rod (6) to promote, canceling release mechanical system makes connecting block (5) reset.
4.
