step 2, when the user locks the scooter, the intelligent lock controls to open a camera on the shared scooter, and the camera is controlled to shoot the frame identification code or the number plate of the shared scooter, the road shoulder, the parking marking and the blind road;

step 4, the recognition result is transmitted to a service desk system through a communication equipment network, and the service desk remotely knows the state of the vehicle parked by the user; or transmitting the information to a user side system, prompting or displaying the information to a user, stopping the use process reasonably, informing the user of stopping the position again if the position is unreasonable, and identifying the stop use process reasonably stopped again;
and 5, the service desk system receives the identification result, determines that the shared scooter is parked in the angle and distance range of the road shoulder, the blind road or the parking mark line on the roadside, and determines that the shared scooter is parked reasonably by the user.

step 1, the user uses a user end system, an intelligent lock on a shared electric vehicle is opened for use by identifying an identification code or a serial number of the shared electric vehicle, and the user uses up a vehicle and parks the vehicle between a road shoulder and a blind road or a parking mark line;
step 2, when the user locks the vehicle, the intelligent lock controls and starts a radar on the shared electric vehicle, controls the radar to irradiate the frame identification code or the number plate of the shared electric vehicle, the road shoulder, the parking marking and the blind road to emit electromagnetic waves, and receives an echo;

step 4, the recognition result is transmitted to a service desk system through a communication equipment network, and the service desk remotely knows the state of the vehicle parked by the user; or transmitting the information to a user side system, prompting or displaying the information to a user, stopping the use process reasonably, informing the user of stopping the position again if the position is unreasonable, and identifying the stop use process reasonably stopped again;
and 5, receiving the recognition result by the service desk system, determining that the vehicle is parked in the angle and distance range of the road shoulder, the blind road or the parking mark line, and determining that the shared electric vehicle is parked reasonably by the user.
