Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to flue gas purification, in particular to an asphalt smoke purification treatment method.
Background
Asphalt fumes, a pollutant that can be harmful to the environment and human body, are generated during heating and compounding of asphalt.
At present, the domestic asphalt smoke treatment methods mainly comprise an incineration method, a cooling method, an oil adsorption method, a water spraying and washing method and an activated carbon method. In actual use, water spraying washing is generally adopted, and a post-stage treatment device is added, so that the asphalt smoke treatment effect is not ideal due to the following reasons:
1. the incineration method mainly introduces the asphalt smoke into a high-temperature incinerator for incineration, and has the main problems that: A. a large amount of energy is consumed; B. a large amount of nitrogen oxides (NOx) are generated, and the denitration difficulty is high; C. the utilization of high-temperature flue gas.
2. The cooling method is to cool the asphalt smoke firstly, the organic matters with high boiling point in the asphalt smoke are cooled into oily liquid, then gas-liquid separation is carried out, the separated gas is further processed, and the main problems of the cooling method are that: A. the cooling efficiency is low; B. the asphalt smoke contains a large amount of particles, and the cooled oil and the particles are condensed together, so that pipelines in the cooling device are often blocked, and the pipelines are long and difficult to clean.
3. The main reasons for the unsatisfactory effects of the water spray washing and activated carbon method can be summarized as the following points: A. in order to efficiently remove tar and tar gas in asphalt flue gas, the requirement on a wet scrubber is high, and the gas-liquid two-phase has the largest contact chance, namely the larger the contact area of the gas-liquid two-phase is, the better the contact time is, the longer the contact time is, the better the contact chance is; B. the particle size of the sprayed liquid drops (most of the liquid drops are more than 1000 mu m) is far larger than that of tar fog particles (0.1-10 mu m) by using a nozzle adopted by the existing spray washing tower, so that the contact chance is reduced, and even a dead zone that a gas-liquid two phase cannot be contacted exists; C. because water is recycled, the concentration of pollutants (particularly granular pollutants) in water is higher and higher, and the caliber of nozzles of the existing spray washing tower, spray washing tower and the like is smaller (in order to ensure a certain atomization effect), so that the nozzles are easy to block, and the washing effect is poorer and poorer; D. lack of efficient gas, liquid, solid separation devices; E. there is no effective water treatment equipment, because the washing water is recycled, the concentration of the oil mist and the particulate matters washed in the circulating water tank is larger and larger, and if the washing water cannot be cleaned in time, the following consequences can be caused: 1) the concentration of pollutants in the circulating water is increased, so that the washing effect is reduced, and particularly, when oil stains in the water are contacted with high-temperature flue gas, the organic matters which are cooled down originally are volatilized again to form a vicious circle, so that the concentration of the organic pollutants in the gas is increased, and the pressure of the post-treatment is increased; 2) the increase of the concentration of the particulate matter in the circulating water can cause the blockage of the spray head and the pipeline; 3) the sewage pool gives out a gusty of foul smell, which pollutes the environment; the above problems are important reasons for the poor treatment effect of the currently used water washing method. The problem of activated carbon adsorption, activated carbon has strong adsorption capacity to organic pollutants, but has some fatal weaknesses: a) the activated carbon has no capacity of decomposing oily organic matters, and can lose activity quickly once the surface is polluted by oily pollutants. The main smoke is oily pollutant which is very easy to adhere to the surface of the activated carbon, and the service life of the activated carbon is shorter especially under the condition that the pre-stage water washing effect is poor; b) the resistance of the equipment is reduced by using an activated carbon adsorption method; c) the difficulty of treating the activated carbon polluted by the organic matters in the asphalt smoke is increased.

The water mist spray tower treatment is to guide the asphalt flue gas discharged from the outlet at the top of the asphalt pool into the bottom of the water mist spray tower, and then spray the water mist into the ascending asphalt flue gas by using an atomizer, so that the gas and the liquid are fully contacted, and the water-soluble or large-particle components in the asphalt flue gas are settled.
The plasma oil smoke separation treatment comprises three links of pre-filtration, ionization filtration and oil drop collection, wherein the pre-filtration is firstly carried out on the asphalt smoke treated by the water mist spray tower to isolate large-particle oil stains; then carrying out ionization filtration, namely ionizing and atomizing the remaining submicron fine particles at the front section under the action of a plasma electrostatic field to charge the particles; then collecting oil drops, wherein fine charged oil stain particles are adsorbed by an electrode plate in the link to form the oil drops, and the oil drops naturally flow into a lower oil groove; the residual asphalt smoke gas continuously flows to a subsequent treatment link under the action of a draught fan.
The principle of UV photooxidation deodorization treatment is that under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, cavities generated on the surface of a photocatalyst and hydroxyl radicals generated by further reaction of the cavities and water molecules on the surface of the photocatalyst have extremely high oxidation potential, and under the strong oxidation effect of the cavities and the hydroxyl radicals, organic matters are oxidized and finally completely oxidized into CO2 and H2O; in the treatment of the link, the asphalt smoke after plasma oil smoke separation treatment is completely oxidized into CO2 and H2O under the strong oxidation action of cavities and hydroxyl radicals, and the asphalt smoke is completely purified.
The UV light oxygen deodorization treatment does not need to pretreat the asphalt smoke, such as heating, humidification and the like, can efficiently remove main pollutants such as Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), inorganic substances, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia gas, thiols and the like and various malodorous gases, and has the purification and deodorization efficiency of more than 99 percent at most.

Compared with other existing processing modes, the method has the technical characteristics that: the disinfectant is nontoxic, harmless and free of any side effect, and can continuously sterilize in the environment where people exist; the light ozone and strong ultraviolet ray generated during cracking can spectrally kill various bacteria in the air, the killing rate of legionella, staphylococcus aureus, bacillus subtilis, spores and natural bacteria reaches more than 90 percent, and the absorbable particles are effectively removed.
The C-band ultraviolet ray can be mainly used for removing gases such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, benzene, toluene, xylene, formaldehyde, methanol, acetone, urethane, methyl sulfide, carbon disulfide, trimethylamine, dimethyl ether, resin and the like, and sterilizing.
