The metal ring piece 72 is substantially circular and surrounds the axis L and rotates with the wind wheel 63, and preferably, a projection of the metal ring piece 72 on the axis L is located outside the rail disc 71. More preferably, the metal ring piece 72 is coaxial with the guide rail plate 71 and the air volume adjusting plate 64, the metal ring piece 72 is located between the fixing piece 631 and the guide rail plate 71, and in other variations, the metal ring piece 72 can be disposed eccentrically or located between the air volume adjusting plate 64 and the guide rail plate 71.
Referring further to fig. 3 to 5, the magnetic bases 73 are magnetic and are used to generate magnetic resistance with the metal ring plate 72, and the embodiment has two magnetic bases 73, but in other variations, the number of the magnetic bases 73 can be one or more than three, and the number of the magnetic bases 73 can be changed according to the magnetic force requirement. The magnetic bases 73 are arranged symmetrically about the axis L and are pivotally disposed on the track plate 71. The position of the magnetic seats 73 on the axis L is between the rail disc 71 and the metal ring plate 72. Each magnetic base 73 has a base 731 pivotally connected to the guiding plate 71, and two magnetic members 732 disposed on the base 731, the base 731 has a pivot point 733 pivotally connected to the guiding plate 71, and a magnetic base rail 734, the magnetic base rail 734 is a slot and has a first end 735 adjacent to the pivot point 733, a second end 736 opposite to the first end 735, and a turning portion 737 between the first end 735 and the second end 736. The magnetic members 732 are far from the pivot point 733 and form a magnetic region 730 for generating magnetic resistance with the metal ring 72, and the seat rail 734 extends from the pivot point 733 toward the magnetic region 730, and the seat rail 734 is bent near the magnetic region 730. In the present embodiment, each of the magnetic members 732 is a circular magnet and is disposed on a side of the base 731 adjacent to the bottom cover 611, and in other variations, the magnetic members 732 can also be a block magnet and are assembled with the base 731 to form the magnetic region 730.
The guide posts 74 are matched with the disk guide rails 711 and the magnetic bases 73 in number, one end of each guide post 74 is connected to the airflow adjusting disk 64, and the other end of each guide post 74 passes through the respective disk guide rail 711 and extends into the corresponding magnetic base rail 734, so that each guide post 74 can move in the respective magnetic base rail 734 and the corresponding disk guide rail 711 simultaneously along with the rotation of the airflow adjusting disk 64, thereby driving the respective magnetic base 73 to pivot relative to the disk guide 71 around the pivot point 733, so that the projection of the respective magnetic base 73 is gradually overlapped with the metal ring plate 72, and since the metal ring plate 72 moves relative to the magnetic bases 73 along with the continuous rotation of the wind wheel 63, the magnetic flux changes on the surface of the metal ring plate 72 to generate eddy current and magnetic resistance force.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, when the indicator 65 is located at the position with the lowest number of resistance sections, the flow rate of the flow channel I (see fig. 3) is the smallest, the wind wheel 63 drives the metal ring sheet 72 to rotate relative to the housing 61, the air volume adjusting disk 64, the guide rail disk 71 and the magnetic bases 73, and the generated wind resistance is the smallest, and when the guide posts 74 are located at the second end 736 of the magnetic base rails 734, the projection of the magnetic pieces 732 does not fall within the range of the metal ring sheet 72, and at this time, the magnetic resistance unit 7 does not generate the magnetic resistance.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, when the airflow adjusting disk 64 (see fig. 2) is rotated, the indicator 65 moves and points at a position centered in the number of resistance sections, at this time, the flow rate of the flow channel I increases, the wind resistance increases, meanwhile, the guide posts 74 are driven to pass through the bends 737 from the second ends 736, the magnetic bases 73 are pushed to overlap with the metal ring 72 by the projection of the magnetic members 732, and the magnetic resistance unit 7 starts to generate magnetic resistance along with the rotation of the metal ring 72.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, when the airflow adjusting disk 64 is continuously rotated to the position where the indicator 65 is at the highest number of resistance sections, the flow rate of the flow channel I is the largest, the wind resistance is the largest, and the guide posts 74 are driven to move from the turning portions 737 to the first ends 735, the magnetic bases 73 are pushed to the position where the projections of the magnetic members 732 completely overlap the metal ring piece 72, so that the magnetic resistance of the magnetic resistance unit 7 reaches the maximum value.
The magnetic bases 73 are pivoted by the guide posts 74, so that the magnetic resistance of the magnetic resistance unit 7 can be gradually increased from the second ends 736 to the first ends 735, and the wind resistance and the magnetic resistance can be adjusted at the same time. Not only is the resistance adjustment convenient, but also the adjustment range of the resistance is enlarged.
Thus, when the trainer selects the lowest number of resistance stages, the guide posts 74 are located at the second ends 736, and the resistance device 500 generates only minimal wind resistance and no magnetic resistance. As the number of resistance sections is increased, the guide posts 74 respectively slide from the second ends 736 and pass through the turns 737, so that the wind resistance is increased and the resistance device 500 simultaneously generates a magnetic resistance. When the guide posts 74 move to the first ends 735, the wind resistance and the magnetic resistance are maximized at the same time, the number of resistance sections is the highest, and the strength of motion is the greatest. Therefore, the trainer can synchronously adjust the wind resistance and the magnetic resistance by rotating the wind volume adjusting disk 64, does not need to adjust twice, can increase the movement resistance, improves the training effect, is more convenient to use, and can really achieve the purpose of the invention.
It can be understood that the guide posts 74 referred to in the first embodiment are located at the second ends 736 of the magnet holder rails 734, and in practical terms, should be understood to be adjacent to or near the second ends 736, and it is not limited to two guide posts 74 falling at the second ends 736 at the same time and completely. In another modification, the number of resistance stages at which the magnetic resistance starts to be generated can be changed by slightly changing the shape, size, or orientation of the magnet holder rail 734, and the magnetic resistance starts to be generated from the middle resistance stage without being limited.
Referring to fig. 10, the first embodiment of the exercise machine 1 of the present invention is a flywheel exercise bicycle, and the exercise machine 1 includes a frame unit 10, a force application set 20, a handrail 30, a saddle 40, and a resistance device 500.
The rack unit 10 extends in the front-rear direction X. The force application set 20 is two pedals and is operatively disposed at the rear end of the frame unit 10, and is respectively used for being pedaled by two feet of the trainer. The armrest 30 is disposed at the front end of the frame unit 10 and is used for holding by both hands of the trainer. The saddle 40 is provided to the frame unit 10 and is used for a trainee to ride.
The resistance device 500 is installed at the front end of the frame unit 10 and connected to the force application set 20 through a chain-sprocket set (not shown), and the resistance device 500 is used for generating resistance to the force application set 20.
Referring to fig. 11, the second embodiment of the present invention is similar to the first embodiment, with the difference that:
the exercise machine 1' is a rowing machine, and includes a frame unit 10', a force application unit 20' provided to the frame unit 10', a saddle 40' for seating, and the resistance device 500. The trainer sits on the saddle 40 'and applies force to the force application group 20' by using both hands, and can simulate various rowing situations through the resistance device 500, and not only can train the abdomen, but also can drive the core muscle group by the lower body and link the upper body muscle group, thereby improving the exercise effect.
Referring to fig. 12, a third embodiment of the present invention is similar to the first embodiment with the difference that:
the exercise machine 1 "is a ski machine, and includes a frame unit 10", a force application set 20 "disposed on the frame unit 10", and the resistance device 500. During the training process, the lower limb needs to stand stably, and the two hands are used for applying force to the force application group 20 ", so that various skiing slopes can be simulated through the resistance device 500, and the training of the upper limb including triceps, back and core can be enhanced.
Thus, the resistance device 500 of the present invention can be applied to a flywheel exercise bike, a rowing machine, a skiing machine, a straight exercise bike, a recumbent exercise bike, a walker, an elliptical machine, or other types of resistance exercise equipment, but not limited thereto.
While the invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
