The roller drawing device and the method can conveniently finish the dismantling of the roller systems of the upper working roller, the upper supporting roller, the lower working roller and the lower supporting roller, and have wider application range. Background
The straightening machine is equipment for straightening metal sections, bars, pipes, wires and the like. the roller-drawing trolley runs along the detachable subsection track and transports the working roller to be replaced out.

Therefore, the roller drawing device provided by the embodiment of the invention can conveniently finish the dismantling of the roller systems of the upper working roller, the upper supporting roller, the lower working roller and the lower supporting roller, and has a wider application range. And the operation steps are simple, time and labor are saved, and the labor intensity is reduced.
The detachable subsection track is formed by splicing a plurality of track sections, so that on one hand, the transportation and the storage of equipment are facilitated, the subsection installation and the detachment are facilitated, on the other hand, the track sections are locally detached when the lower supporting rollers are detached, and the lower supporting rollers are taken out and then installed on the supporting mechanism again.
The jacking mechanism can be a hydraulic oil cylinder or a jack and the like, and only the jacking force can be lifted to lift the lower working roll and the upper working roll upwards.
Bolt holes can be reserved on bearing seats of the upper working roll and the lower working roll, and two ends of the connecting shaft clamping mechanism are respectively connected with the bearing seats of the upper working roll and the bearing seats of the lower working roll through bolts to connect the lower working roll and the upper working roll together.
In the embodiment of the invention, as for how the drawing roller trolley moves, the following example is given:
the roller drawing device also comprises fixed pulleys arranged on two sides of the straightening machine, one end of the steel wire rope is connected with the roller drawing trolley, and the other end of the steel wire rope is connected with the crown block by bypassing the fixed pulleys. When the lower supporting roller is dismantled, one roller drawing trolley is selected.

And drawing out the working roll to be replaced along the axial direction of the working roll, and placing the working roll on a drawing roll trolley.
The roller-drawing trolley runs along the detachable subsection track and transports the working roller to be replaced out.
The working roll to be replaced is a combination body formed by fixing the lower working roll and the upper working roll.
The roller drawing method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for drawing the working roller and the upper support out conveniently, has simple steps and strong operability, saves time and labor and reduces the labor consumption.
Further, the roller drawing method provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises the following steps of dismantling the lower support roller:
the roller-drawing trolley runs along the detachable subsection track, after the working roller to be replaced is transported out,
disassembling the track section above the lower support roller to be replaced;
after the lower supporting roller to be replaced is lifted, filling the supporting mechanism in a blank area of the lower supporting roller, and laying a disassembled track section;
the lower support roller to be replaced is placed on the detachable sectional track,
the roller-drawing trolley runs along the detachable subsection track, and the lower supporting roller to be replaced is transported out.
It will be appreciated that when the lower support roll needs to be removed, the lower work roll located above the lower support roll needs to be removed first, and therefore, the removal of the lower support roll is performed after the lower work roll is removed using the steps described above.
When the lower supporting roller is lifted, the movable beam can be used for lifting the lower supporting roller to be replaced.

the detachable subsection track is laid on the lower supporting roller and is used as a moving channel of the roller drawing trolley;
the roller drawing trolley is used for running on the detachable subsection track to convey out a working roller or a supporting roller;
and the supporting mechanism is used for filling a blank area after the lower supporting roller is drawn out when the lower supporting roller is replaced.
2. The roller device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising fixed pulleys provided on both sides of the leveler, wherein one end of the wire rope is connected to the roller-pulling trolley, and the other end of the wire rope is connected to the crown block by passing around the fixed pulleys.

laying a detachable sectional track on the lower supporting roller;
placing the roller drawing trolley on a detachable subsection track;
drawing out the working roll to be replaced along the axial direction of the working roll and placing the working roll on a roll drawing trolley;
the roller-drawing trolley runs along the detachable subsection track and transports the working roller to be replaced out.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the work rolls to be replaced are a combination of a lower work roll and an upper work roll which are fixed.
7. The method of claim 5, further comprising: the roller-drawing trolley runs along the detachable subsection track, after the working roller to be replaced is transported out,
disassembling the track section above the lower support roller to be replaced;
after the lower supporting roller to be replaced is lifted, filling the supporting mechanism in a blank area of the lower supporting roller, and laying a disassembled track section;
the lower support roller to be replaced is placed on the detachable sectional track,
the roller-drawing trolley runs along the detachable subsection track, and the lower supporting roller to be replaced is transported out.
8. A method according to claim 7, characterized in that the lower support roll to be replaced is lifted by means of a travelling beam.
