Referring to fig. 7 to 8, in some embodiments of the present invention, two elastic clips 225 are disposed at an end of the mounting arm 220 away from the elastic stopper mechanism 300, a gap between the two elastic clips 225 forms a bayonet 224, and the elastic clips 225 elastically clamp the spacer body 210; at least one of the resilient clips 225 is provided with a snap tab 226.
Referring to fig. 7-8, in some embodiments of the invention, an end of the snap-fit protrusion 226 remote from the resilient stop mechanism 300 is provided with a lead-in ramp. The bayonet 224 is simple and easy to use and is not overly laborious and difficult to apply to the spacer body 210.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a reinforcement member for connecting at least two of the spacers 200 is further included, and the spacers 200 are provided with a fitting recess 212, and the reinforcement member is placed into the fitting recess 212 and connected to the fitting recess 212. The spacers 200 are connected by the reinforcement members so that the spacers 200 are connected into a solid whole, which is then firmly connected to the slide mechanism 100; the manner in which the assembly notch 212 is provided facilitates placement and secure mounting of the stiffener to the structure.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the fitting notch 212 is generally provided at a rear or upper end, preferably a rear end, of the partition 200. In some embodiments of the present invention, the spacer 200 includes a spacer body 210 and a mounting arm 220, with the mounting notch 212 disposed on the spacer body 210.
The stiffener may be a rod that snaps into the assembly notch 212. The reinforcement member may also be a plate member provided with a protruding strip capable of being snapped into the assembly notch 212. The rod piece or the raised strip is sleeved with a sleeve, flanges surrounding the assembly notch 212 are arranged on two sides of the partition piece 200, one end, close to the partition piece 200, of the sleeve is sleeved with a corresponding flange, and a set screw is further connected between the sleeve and the rod piece or the raised strip. Flanges on both sides of the partition 200 are sleeved by sleeves, and the sleeves are fixedly installed with the rod or the raised strips through set screws, so that the partition 200 is sleeved on the rod and clamped and fixed by sleeve clamps on both sides.
A goods shelf, which comprises a rack and a goods storage unit; the rack is vertically arranged, the rack is even simplified into a vertically arranged plate, one or more storage units are arranged on the rack, the front ends of the storage units are far away from the rack, the rear ends of the storage units are abutted against the rack, and goods stored on the storage units are blocked by the rack and cannot be separated from the rear ends of the storage platforms 111. Some shelf arrangements also include deck panels on which the storage units are mounted.
In some arrangements, the storage units are attached to the wall. The goods stored on the storage unit are blocked by the wall body and cannot be separated from the rear end of the storage platform 111.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of one of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. A storage unit with an elastic stop, characterized by comprising the following steps:
A slideway mechanism;
The separation pieces are connected to the slideway mechanism, and a goods storage platform is formed between two adjacent separation pieces;
The elastic stop mechanism comprises an elastic drawing piece, baffle plates arranged on the left side and the right side of the baffle piece and end heads arranged on the left side and the right side of the baffle piece, the baffle plates and the end heads on one side of the baffle piece are sequentially arranged along the direction away from the baffle piece, the elastic drawing piece penetrates through the baffle piece and the two baffle plates, the end parts of the elastic drawing piece draw out the corresponding end heads, so that the end heads are abutted against the baffle plates, the baffle plates are abutted against the baffle piece, the baffle plates can elastically swing back and forth relative to the baffle pieces, the baffle plates are higher than the storage platform, and a goods taking station is arranged below the baffle plates;
The separation piece is provided with a limiting mechanism which is used for limiting the baffle to swing back and forth within a preset angle;
The separation piece is provided with a plug hole, the separation piece is also provided with a dismounting notch communicated with the plug hole, the baffle piece is provided with a first plug part for plugging the plug hole, and the dismounting notch is smaller than the shaft diameter of the first plug part and larger than the shaft diameter of the elastic drawing piece; the baffle is provided with a through hole for installing the elastic drawing piece, the end head can be partially inserted into the through hole, so that the elastic drawing piece is kept in an elastic extension state, and the first inserting part is kept inserted into the inserting hole; the end of the baffle plate, which is close to the end head, is provided with a recession notch communicated with the through hole, the end head can draw the elastic drawing piece, so that the end part of the elastic drawing piece is transferred into the recession notch, and the first plug-in part can be separated from the plug-in hole.
2. The elastomeric stop cargo unit of claim 1, wherein said stop mechanism includes two stop bosses defining a clearance gap therebetween, said flap portion being inserted into said clearance gap.
3. The elastic stop storage unit of claim 1 or 2, wherein the elastic drawer is a tension spring.
4. The elastic stopper storage unit according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the partition comprises a partition body and a mounting arm connected to the front end of the partition body, the elastic stopper mechanism is connected to the mounting arm, at least two mounting holes are provided in the partition body in the up-down direction, and the mounting arm is connected to the corresponding mounting hole, so that the elastic stopper mechanism is assembled at a predetermined height.
5. The elastic stop cargo storage unit according to claim 4, wherein a bayonet for connecting the spacer body is arranged at one end of the mounting arm away from the elastic stop mechanism, and a fastening protrusion for fastening the mounting hole is arranged on the inner wall of the bayonet.
6. The spring-stop cargo unit of claim 5, wherein an end of the snap-fit projection remote from the spring-stop mechanism is provided with a lead-in ramp.
7. The elastic stop cargo storage unit according to claim 1 or 2, wherein at least three insertion holes are formed in the slide mechanism in the left-right direction, and the partition is inserted into the insertion holes.
8. The elastic stop storage unit according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a reinforcement for connecting at least two of said spacers, said spacers being provided with an assembly notch, said reinforcement being insertable into and connectable to said assembly notch.
