本发明涉及一种实现头发(hair)拉直的新型组合物以及使用所述组合物拉直头发的方法,所述组合物包含氨基酸、蛋白质、醇和植物油。
在头发领域,头发拉直是一种暂时或在较长的时间段内实现头发拉直的头发造型技术。
希望拉直他们的头发的消费者不仅寻求获得具有良好保持力的拉直头发,而且寻求获得随着时间持续的结果,特别是通过经受随后的洗发剂。
为了以持久的方式改变头发的形状,通常使用热处理。这些处理使得发型的外观能够在弯曲或卷曲(curl or frizz)方面和在头发的总体积方面进行视觉改变。这样的处理导致更顺滑的视觉外观、光泽的显著增加、耐湿热性以保持发型一整天。
这些热处理通常由用特定组合物对头发进行“化学”处理来补充(或在“化学”处理之后进行)。
第一种补充处理涉及使用基于硫醇还原剂的组合物。这些技术需要严格遵照供应商推荐的应用条件,特别是在量和停留时间方面。此外,它们可能在过度敏化的头发上是禁忌的,并且与其它处理如着色或脱色在同一天的应用不相容。此外,它们是有臭味的。
第二种补充处理涉及使用基于福尔马林(或甲醛)及其衍生物的组合物。这些处理具有的特性是稳固、与在此之前或之后进行的所有其它常规头发处理(如上述硫醇拉直、碱拉直、所有类型的着色或脱色)完美地相容。它们赋予头发优异的保持力、非常强的光泽和易于日常护理。然而,这些产品需要在180-230℃的温度下使用直发器,这在短期或中期内非常强烈地损伤头发。而且,这些拉直方法应用起来也非常长,因为需要逐股地进行操作,并且拉直“加勒比海黑人”型的头发所需的平均总时间为4至9小时。最后,由于毒物学原因,这些化合物中的一些的使用现在被禁止和/或管制。
因此,已经开发了新的补充处理以促进拉直过程并且避免使用这些对使用者的健康有毒且有害的物质。
因此,国际专利申请WO 2011/104282描述了基于酸的组合物的使用,特别是乙醛酸。本申请特别是描述了一种半永久拉直头发的方法,其包括将α-酮酸溶液涂敷于头发15至120分钟,然后干燥,最后在约200℃的温度下用直发器拉直头发。所用的α-酮酸优选为乙醛酸。
接着,法国专利申请FR 3030241描述了一种通过涂敷包含氨基酸和多元醇的组合物然后在至少100℃的温度下通过直发器进行拉直步骤来拉直头发的方法。
尽管如此,已经发现乙醛酸可能不能被良好地耐受,特别是当头皮敏感和/或受刺激时。被直发器的使用热量放大的其挥发性也是有问题的。
而且,所有新开发的补充处理最终是无效的,或者至少具有有限的有效性,并且全部需要在高温下使用直发器,这使头发劣化,特别是引起头发断裂。
因此,在本发明之日,仍然需要开发一种组合物,其能够在容易施用的条件下以可持续且有效的方式拉直头发而不劣化头发的质量。
然而,现在已经发现了一种组合物,其能够根据易于实施同时保持头发质量的应用方法进行有效且持久的头发拉直。
因此本发明的目的是一种用于拉直头发的组合物,其包含:
-氨基酸;
-蛋白质;
-醇;和
-植物油。
根据本发明的组合物能够根据更容易的涂敷方法并保持头发的质量,特别是通过不使用直发器实现有效且持久的头发拉直。
在本发明的上下文中:
-术语“拉直”是指实现头发展平或拉直以赋予其拉直的视在表面的任何处理;
-术语“氨基酸”是指本领域技术人员已知的任何氨基酸,特别是以下通式(I)或(II)的氨基酸

-所述植物油含有至少1%的硫或含硫氨基酸。更优选地,所述植物油选自甜杏仁油、橄榄油、阿甘油、杜松油(Haarlem油)、巴巴苏油、西兰花籽油、鳄梨油、亚麻籽油、杏仁油、黄瓜油、黑草种子油、巴西坚果油、葡萄籽油、乳木果油、芝麻油和番茄油。最优选地,所述植物油选为西兰花籽油或Haarlem油;

根据本发明的组合物可以是单一组合物的形式或包含两种、三种或四种单独组合物的套装的形式,所述单独组合物各自含有一种或多种根据本发明的组合物的成分。优选地,本发明还涉及一种用于拉直头发的套装,其包含:
-一方面,含有如前定义的氨基酸和如前定义的蛋白质的组合物;和
-另一方面,含有如前定义的醇和如前定义的植物油的组合物。
优选地,本发明涉及一种如前所述的套装,其具有单独或组合考虑的以下特征:
-所述套装含有50%至70%的含氨基酸和蛋白质的组合物和30%至50%的含醇和植物油的组合物;

-所述含有氨基酸和蛋白质的组合物为膏、凝胶、水包油或油包水乳液、头发洗剂或洗发剂的形式。更优选地,所述含有氨基酸和蛋白质的组合物为膏的形式。
-所述含有醇和植物油的组合物为膏、凝胶、水包油或油包水乳液、双相洗剂或洗发剂的形式。更优选地,所述含有醇和植物油的组合物为双相洗剂的形式。
-所述含有醇和植物油的组合物含有1%至50%的如上定义的醇,更优选10%至50%的如上定义的醇,最优选10%至30%的如上定义的醇;
-所述含有醇和植物油的组合物含有50%至95%的如上定义的植物油,更优选50%至80%的如上定义的植物油,最优选70%至80%的如上定义的植物油;
-所述含有醇和植物油的组合物进一步含有多元醇;和/或
-所述用于染发的颜料或染料被掺入到含有氨基酸和蛋白质的制剂中或互补制剂中。
根据本发明的组合物,无论是否为套装的形式,可以根据本领域技术人员已知的任何方法应用。优选地,按照包含以下步骤的方法应用根据本发明的组合物:
-当所述组合物为如前所述的套装的形式时,将如前定义的包含氨基酸和蛋白质的组合物与如前定义的包含醇和植物油的组合物混合,以获得根据本发明的组合物;
-从根部到末端逐股涂敷所得产品(也就是说根据本发明的组合物);
-使产品作用一段时间,所述一段时间可以从15分钟到45分钟变化;
-干燥头发,优选地用热空气例如使用吹风机干燥;
-用水漂洗头发;和
-用吹风机进行造型。
根据本发明的方法可以容易地实施,并且实现了在不使用直发器的情况下有效且持久的拉直头发,从而保持头发的质量。
根据本发明的方法可以进一步通过以下来完成:
-在涂敷根据本发明的组合物之前涂敷洗发剂;
-在涂敷根据本发明的组合物之前部分预干燥头发;和/或
-在用水漂洗之后且对头发造型之前,涂覆一种疏水或不疏水的头发“面膜”类型的组合物。
通过以下实施例以非限制性方式说明本发明。
实施例1-根据本发明的套装
制备一种套装,所述套装含有:
-膏形式的包含氨基酸和蛋白质的拉直组合物;
-和双相洗剂形式的包含醇和植物油的双相活化剂;
所述套装的组成分别报告在下表1和2中。

实施例2-拉直测试
2.1–拉直方法
使用前述实施例1中描述的套装拉直非洲爆炸头型的头发,该头发通过过时的用硫代酸的拉直方法处理直到顶盘的整个部分显著断裂而变得非常脆弱从而妨碍了基于强还原剂的产品的任何使用(图1)。处理前头发的显微镜分析揭示内部结构的明显腐蚀(图2)。
根据本发明的组合物的应用根据以下方案进行。
步骤1:头发准备
使用预洗发剂进行二次洗发。
步骤2:根据本发明的组合物的制备
将实施例1的拉直组合物和双相活化剂以拉直组合物/双相活化剂的稀释比为60/40混合。
步骤3:根据本发明的组合物的涂敷
将头发理顺并使用吹风机预干燥70%。
从根部到末端逐股涂敷根据本发明的组合物。每股都进行揉捏并梳理以适当地分布产品。
之后,用玻璃纸覆盖头发并使组合物作用30分钟。
步骤4:干燥
之后,用吹风机通过将气流从根部引导到末端以降低角质层来在热空气中干燥头发。选择3厘米宽的股并保持垂直于头皮,以100%干燥。
步骤5:漂洗
之后,使头发冷却并用水漂洗头发。然后,涂敷常规的“面膜”组合物并使其作用5分钟,然后再次用水漂洗头发。
步骤6:拉直
之后,用吹风机将头发手工造型。
2.2-所得结果
可以观察到,在拉直过程中,头发被直接拉直并放置在适当位置,而不需要使用直发器。
因此,简单地与吹风机的热量接触而不借助于直发器的拉力或强热的作用就可以获得拉直的头发。控制了体积,并且具有先前敏化的该纤维的显著重构效果(图3)。与处理前的头发相比,处理后的头发的显微分析还显示出在纤维的整个表面上都存在拉直并且内部结构得到了改善(图4)。
观察到强烈的光泽并且头发恢复了可观的流动性和亮度。
而且,所观察到的效果是持久的(约三个月)。
实施例3-根据本发明的套装
制备一种套装,所述套装含有:
-拉直膏形式的包含氨基酸、蛋白质、醇和植物油的拉直组合物;
-和包含蛋白质和疏水性树脂的“表面涂层”面膜。
所述套装的组成分别报告在下表3和4中。

实施例4-拉直测试
4.1–拉直过程
使用前述实施例3中所述的套装来拉直非洲爆炸头型的卷曲头发,所述头发当与水分接触时顽拗且硬。
处理前拍摄的照片显示头发处于其自然状态(图5)。
根据本发明的组合物的应用根据以下方案进行。
步骤1:将拉直膏直接涂敷在干发上
从根部到末端逐股涂敷根据本发明的组合物。每股都进行揉捏并梳理以适当地分布产品。
之后,用玻璃纸覆盖头发并使组合物作用30分钟。
步骤2:干燥
之后,用吹风机通过将气流从根部引导到末端以降低角质层来在热空气中加热头发。选择3厘米宽的股并保持垂直于头皮,以在其整个长度上进行加热。
步骤3:漂洗
漂洗整个头发,并涂敷不含月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠(SLS)的经典洗发剂。
漂洗掉洗发剂并涂敷“表面涂层”面膜组合物,然后静置5分钟并漂洗。
步骤4:拉直
之后,用吹风机将头发手工造型。
4.2-所得结果
可以观察到,在拉直过程中,头发被拉直并放置在适当位置,而不需要使用直发器。
因此,简单地与吹风机的热量接触而不必借助于直发器的拉力或强热的作用就可以获得拉直的头发(图6)。
控制了纤维,包括在已经进行了15分钟时间段的具有91%的水分含量的蒸汽处理之后(图7)。
而且,所观察到的效果是持久的(约三个月)。
实施例5-对比测试
制备一种套装,所述套装含有:
-拉直膏形式的仅包含氨基酸和醇(也就是说不含蛋白质且不含植物油)的拉直组合物;
-和包含蛋白质的“表面涂层”面膜;
所述套装的组成分别报告在下表5和6中。

随后根据与实施例4中所述的方案相同的方案对该组合物进行拉直测试。
处理前拍摄的照片显示头发处于其自然状态(图8)。
处理后,观察到暗沉且缺水的头发。而且,在接触吹风机的热量时,头发没有变直而是膨胀并呈现出非常泡沫状的外观。尽管尝试通过梳理进行恢复,但结果是非常不理想的(图9)。
Claims (14)
1.一种用于拉直头发的组合物,其包含:
-氨基酸;
-蛋白质;
-醇;和
-植物油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于所述氨基酸为蛋白氨基酸或其酸性或碱性有机或无机盐中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于所述氨基酸选自天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、天门冬酰胺、肉毒碱、半胱氨酸、谷氨酰胺、组氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、甲硫氨酸、N-苯丙氨酸、脯氨酸、羟基脯氨酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸、酪氨酸、缬氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、丝氨酸、β-丙氨酸、牛磺酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸或其酸性或碱性有机或无机盐中的一种。
4.根据前述权利要求1至3中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于所述蛋白质选自任选地水解的肌酸、任选地水解的角蛋白、任选地水解的小麦蛋白、任选地水解的丝蛋白、任选地水解的大豆蛋白、任选地水解的胶原蛋白、任选地水解的弹性蛋白、任选地水解的豌豆蛋白、任选地水解的大米蛋白、任选地水解的贝壳硬蛋白和任选地水解的乳清蛋白。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其特征在于所述蛋白质选自肌酸、角蛋白、任选地水解的小麦蛋白、任选地水解的丝蛋白和任选地水解的大豆蛋白。
6.根据前述权利要求1至5中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于所述醇选自丁醇、异丙醇和乙醇。
7.根据权利要求6所述的组合物,其特征在于所述醇为乙醇。
8.根据前述权利要求1至7中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于所述植物油选自甜杏仁油、橄榄油、阿甘油、杜松油、巴巴苏油、西兰花籽油、鳄梨油、亚麻籽油、杏仁油、黄瓜油、黑草种子油、巴西坚果油、葡萄籽油、乳木果油、芝麻油和番茄油。
9.根据权利要求8所述的组合物,其特征在于所述植物油为西兰花籽油。
10.一种用于拉直头发的套装,其包含:
-一方面,含有根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的氨基酸和根据权利要求1、4或5中任一项所述的蛋白质的组合物;和
-另一方面,含有根据权利要求1、6或7中任一项所述的醇和根据权利要求1、8或9中任一项所述的植物油的组合物。
11.根据权利要求10所述的套装,其特征在于其含有50%至70%的含有氨基酸和蛋白质的组合物和30%至50%的含有醇和植物油的组合物。
12.根据权利要求10或11所述的套装,其特征在于所述含有氨基酸和蛋白质的组合物为膏、凝胶、水包油或油包水乳液、头发洗剂或洗发剂的形式。
13.根据权利要求10至12中的任一项所述的套装,其特征在于所述含有醇和植物油的组合物为膏、凝胶、水包油或油包水乳液、双相洗剂或洗发剂的形式。
14.一种用于拉直头发的方法,其包含以下步骤:
-当组合物为根据权利要求10至13中任一项所述的套装的形式时,将含有氨基酸和蛋白质的组合物与含有醇和植物油的组合物混合;
-从根部到末梢逐股涂敷所得产品;
-使产品作用一段时间,所述一段时间能够从15分钟到45分钟变化;
-干燥头发;
-用水漂洗头发;和
-用吹风机进行造型。
