The preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based rubber treating agent comprises the following steps:
1) weighing the raw materials according to the proportion;
2) mixing an acid agent and nano silicon dioxide, keeping the temperature at 220 ℃, stirring for 40min, cooling to normal temperature, adding into deionized water, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 20min to obtain a nano dispersion liquid;
3) starting the stirrer, and adding the dispersing agent, ethyl acetate, polyethyleneimine, trichloroisocyanuric acid and ammonium persulfate into the nano dispersion liquid to be uniformly stirred when the rotating speed of the stirrer is 600 r/min;
4) heating to 60 ℃, stirring at 700r/min, adding the initiator, the grafting monomer and the rubber matrix in batches, and quickly stirring for 3 hours until the initiator, the grafting monomer and the rubber matrix are completely dissolved to obtain a rubber dispersion liquid;
5) sequentially adding the interface treating agent, the leveling agent and the terminating agent into the rubber dispersion liquid, uniformly stirring, then adding the modified ethylene oxide-acrylic acid copolymer and the polyether modified dimethyl siloxane copolymer, and finally adding the pH regulator to finally obtain the required environment-friendly water-based rubber treating agent.
The processing agent improves the traditional organic solvent processing mode, and is safe, environment-friendly and good in effect; by using the trichloroisocyanuric acid with high activity, the surface of the treated rubber material can be efficiently halogenated at normal temperature, the adhesion between the rubber and other materials is promoted, the adhesion strength is improved, and meanwhile, the residual oil stains in the production process of the rubber material can be eliminated.

Claims (10)
1. The environment-friendly water-based rubber treating agent is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-8 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 80-140 parts of a grafting monomer, 1-3 parts of an initiator, 4-10 parts of an interface treating agent, 40-60 parts of ethyl acetate, 3-7 parts of polyethyleneimine, 2-6 parts of a terminator, 4-8 parts of an acid agent, 20-30 parts of a rubber matrix, 15-21 parts of trichloroisocyanuric acid, 20-30 parts of a modified ethylene oxide-acrylic acid copolymer, 20-50 parts of a polyether modified dimethyl siloxane copolymer, 2-4 parts of ammonium persulfate, 0.5-1.5 parts of a dispersing agent, 2-6 parts of a flatting agent, 10-16 parts of deionized water and 0.5-1.5 parts of a pH regulator.

The environment-friendly water-based rubber treatment agent as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-7 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 90-130 parts of a grafting monomer, 1.5-2.5 parts of an initiator, 6-8 parts of an interface treating agent, 45-55 parts of ethyl acetate, 4-6 parts of polyethyleneimine, 3-5 parts of a terminator, 5-7 parts of an acid agent, 22-28 parts of a rubber matrix, 17-19 parts of trichloroisocyanuric acid, 23-27 parts of a modified ethylene oxide-acrylic acid copolymer, 25-45 parts of a polyether modified dimethyl siloxane copolymer, 2.5-3.5 parts of ammonium persulfate, 0.7-1.3 parts of a dispersing agent, 3-5 parts of a flatting agent, 12-14 parts of deionized water and 0.8-1.2 parts of a pH regulator.

The environment-friendly water-based rubber treatment agent as claimed in claim 2, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 110 parts of grafting monomer, 2 parts of initiator, 7 parts of interface treating agent, 50 parts of ethyl acetate, 5 parts of polyethyleneimine, 4 parts of terminator, 6 parts of acid agent, 25 parts of rubber matrix, 18 parts of trichloroisocyanuric acid, 25 parts of modified ethylene oxide-acrylic acid copolymer, 35 parts of polyether modified dimethyl siloxane copolymer, 3 parts of ammonium persulfate, 1 part of dispersing agent, 4 parts of flatting agent, 13 parts of deionized water and 1 part of pH regulator.
4. The environment-friendly aqueous rubber treatment agent according to claim 1, wherein the graft monomer is one or a mixture of methyl methacrylate and acrylic acid.
5. The environment-friendly aqueous rubber treatment agent according to claim 1, wherein the initiator is benzoyl peroxide.

The environment-friendly aqueous rubber treatment agent as defined in claim 1, wherein the surfactant is selected from any one of sodium fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, ammonium fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, lauroyl glutamic acid, and lignosulfonate.
7. The environment-friendly aqueous rubber treatment agent according to claim 1, wherein the terminating agent is one or a mixture of hydroquinone and 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol.
8. The environment-friendly aqueous rubber treatment agent according to claim 1, wherein the acid agent is any one of phosphoric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, benzoic acid, salicylic acid, oxalic acid and malic acid.
9. The environment-friendly aqueous rubber treatment agent according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant is one of a polyglycerin fatty acid ester and sorbitan monooleate.
10. The method for preparing the environment-friendly aqueous rubber treating agent according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the steps of:
1) weighing the raw materials according to the proportion;
2) mixing an acid agent and nano-silica, stirring at 200-220 ℃ for 30-40min, cooling to normal temperature, adding into deionized water, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 10-20min to obtain a nano dispersion liquid;
3) starting the stirrer, and adding the dispersing agent, ethyl acetate, polyethyleneimine, trichloroisocyanuric acid and ammonium persulfate into the nano dispersion liquid to be uniformly stirred when the rotating speed of the stirrer is 400-600 r/min;
4) heating to 55-60 ℃, stirring at the speed of 600-700r/min, adding the initiator, the grafting monomer and the rubber matrix in batches, and quickly stirring for 2.5-3h until the materials are completely dissolved to obtain a rubber dispersion liquid;
5) sequentially adding the interface treating agent, the leveling agent and the terminating agent into the rubber dispersion liquid, uniformly stirring, then adding the modified ethylene oxide-acrylic acid copolymer and the polyether modified dimethyl siloxane copolymer, and finally adding the pH regulator to finally obtain the required environment-friendly water-based rubber treating agent.
