the existing surgical instrument placing frame is generally divided into a plurality of placing tables, surgical instruments are placed above the placing tables, or the surgical instruments are placed in a placing box, because hospital bacteria are various, the surgical instruments are easily infected with bacteria, a worker cannot rapidly pull the placing box when the worker is in an emergency, time delay is caused, the working efficiency of medical personnel is reduced, the surgical instruments are placed on the placing frame for a long time, the surgical instruments are easily infected with the bacteria, and patients are easily infected after the surgical instruments are used;
in summary, in order to place the surgical instruments safely and sterilize the surgical instruments, a new scheme needs to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the technical scheme that the existing surgical instrument placing frame cannot safely place surgical instruments and is easy to be infected with germs, the invention provides an instrument placing frame of a surgical instrument table, and aims to solve the problems in the prior art.
The invention provides an instrument placing frame for a surgical instrument table, which comprises a supporting leg, wherein the upper surface of the supporting leg is fixedly connected with an installation block, the upper surface of the installation block is provided with a first installation opening, the inner wall of the first installation opening is fixedly connected with a first connecting block, the surface of one side of the first connecting block is provided with a first limiting opening, the inner wall of the first installation opening is movably inserted with a connecting seat, and the outer surface of the connecting seat is provided with a second installation opening;
the upper surface of the connecting seat is fixedly connected with a placing block, the outer surface of the placing block is fixedly connected with a prompting block, the outer surface of the placing block is cylindrical, and the outer surface of the placing block is provided with a slot;
the upper surface of the placing block is provided with a sterilization cavity, the inner wall of the sterilization cavity is communicated with the inner wall of the slot, and the inner wall of the sterilization cavity is provided with a sterilization device.

In a further embodiment, the method of use is:
firstly, a worker energizes a lead to energize an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp tube, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp tube sterilizes the sterilizing cavity, and then the surgical instruments in the placing box are sterilized through a communicating port;

step three, when a certain surgical instrument needs to be searched, the placing block can be shifted, the rolling balls in the first limiting port and the second limiting port drive the swinging block to rotate, and the staff can search through the class name pasted on the surface of the prompting block.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the fourth installing port is formed in the inner walls of the two sides of the first connecting port, the inner wall of the fourth installing port is fixedly connected with a first rotating shaft through a rolling bearing, a transmission gear and a first bevel gear are fixedly connected to the outer surface of the first rotating shaft respectively, the tooth surface of the transmission gear is meshed with the tooth surface of the rack, the effect that the box is automatically moved out when the worker wants to pull out the box is achieved, and therefore the problem that the time is wasted due to the fact that the worker cannot pull open the box rapidly when hurried is solved.
2. The ultraviolet sterilizing lamp tube is sleeved on the lower surface of the first mounting disc in a fixed mode, the second mounting disc is sleeved on the outer surface of the other end of the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp tube in a fixed mode, the lower surface of the second mounting disc is in contact with the inner bottom wall of the sterilizing cavity, the effect of sterilizing and disinfecting surgical instruments in the placing box through the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp tube is achieved, and therefore the problem that the surgical instruments are placed for a long time, bacteria are easily infected, and infection of patients is caused after the surgical instruments are used is solved.

when the placing box 14 needs to be pulled out, a worker rotates the screwing disc 25 to drive the second rotating shaft to rotate, so that the second bevel gear 24 rotates, the second bevel gear 24 is in meshing transmission with the first bevel gear 21 to drive the first rotating shaft to rotate, the placing box 14 is driven to move out through the meshing between the transmission gear 20 and the rack 17, and the surgical instrument in the placing box 14 can be taken out or put in;
when a certain surgical instrument needs to be searched, the placing block 8 can be shifted, the swinging block is driven to rotate by the rolling balls 13 in the first limiting port 5 and the second limiting port 12, and a worker can search through the class name pasted on the surface of the prompting block 9.
