The push type mechanical lock of the embodiment further comprises a key 4 matched with the first cross bar 91 and the third cross bar 101 in the external unlocking guide block 3, wherein the key 4 comprises a body 45, a first protrusion 44, a second protrusion 43, a second spring 42 and a sliding block 41; the first protrusion 43 and the second protrusion 44 are provided at one side of the body 45; the first protrusion 44 is correspondingly matched with the first cross bar 91; the second protrusion 43 is correspondingly matched with the third cross rod 101; the bottom end of the sliding block 41 is provided with a second spring 42; the sliding block 41 and the second spring 42 are matched to slide relative to the body 45; the second spring side of the slider 41 is provided with a cylinder 46, and the cylinder 46 is in sliding engagement with the second projection 43 for sliding into the cylinder 46 when the third crossbar 101 is aligned with the cylinder 46.
The key 4 is provided with a sleeve mechanism 47, the sleeve mechanism 47 being engaged with the lock lever mechanism 7.
Unlocking process: the locking state of the press type mechanical lock is shown in fig. 1, when the lock needs to be unlocked, a key 4 is inserted into the external unlocking guide block 3, the first protrusion 43 and the second protrusion 44 simultaneously drive the first connecting rod 9 and the second connecting rod 10 to move towards the door, the second cross rod 93 slides and is separated from the first fixing piece 13 and the groove wall of the locking tongue groove 15, the fourth cross rod 103 slides and is inserted into the groove wall of the locking tongue groove 6 and the second fixing piece 14, as shown in fig. 2, the lock cannot be unlocked at the moment, the sliding block 41 on the key 4 needs to be pressed, the sliding block 41 compresses the second spring 42 to drive the cylinder 46 and the second protrusion 43 to slide in a slope matching manner, when the cylinder 46 just aligns at the third cross rod 101, due to the action of the first spring 11, the third cross rod 101 rebounds to the key direction to the initial state as shown in fig. 3, and the lock can.
