Abstract
The invention relates to a pair of shoes, in particular to a pair of seam shoes and a manufacturing method thereof. The shoe comprises a sole, an upper and a heart-shaped surface, and is characterized in that a sewing connecting sheet with a certain height higher than the upper edge is arranged on the upper edge of the sole, an annular bonding plane is arranged on the upper edge of the sole, the outer surface of the upper vamp and the outer surface of the sewing connecting sheet are oppositely overlapped and sewn by threads, and the sewing connecting sheet and the upper vamp are folded inwards by 90 degrees after being sewn and are adhered to the annular bonding plane by an adhesive. The purpose is to design the sewn shoes which are easy to realize mass production, high in production efficiency and low in requirements on production equipment and sewing technology and the manufacturing method thereof. Compared with the prior art, the shoe has the advantages of strong connection firmness between the upper and the sole, concealed suture lines, good attractiveness of the shoe, low production cost, low capital investment of production equipment and the like.

Background
The national intellectual property net discloses a patent application number 201410249633.6 on 10.1.2014, entitled "manufacturing method of upper-sole sewing and sole-turning shoes". The method adopts the technical scheme that a sewing ring edge is arranged at the bottom edge of a large edge, and a wiring groove is arranged inside the sewing ring edge; and then the shaped vamp and the outsole are integrally sewn by using a special sewing machine. Although the method improves the production efficiency of the seam shoes and reduces the production cost, the method still has a plurality of defects:

3. The vamp is directly sewed on the outsole, the sewing thread is exposed on the outsole bottom and is easy to be worn off, and the thread hole is easy to leak water and has poor waterproofness.
4. Because the sewing is directly carried out on the outsole, the outsole is thicker, the sewing machine walks slowly, and the working efficiency of the machine is greatly influenced.

In order to improve the production efficiency and enhance the firmness of the connection between the sewing connecting sheet and the sole, the technical scheme is further provided with: the sewing connecting sheet is connected with the sole through integral injection molding.
In order to achieve the second object, the invention adopts the following technical solutions: a method for manufacturing a seam shoe is characterized in that:
(1) manufacturing a sole integrated with the sewing connecting sheet, wherein the sole and the sewing connecting sheet are integrally injection-molded, the height of the sewing connecting sheet is 6 mm, the thickness of the sewing connecting sheet is 1.2 mm, and the width of the annular bonding plane is 6 mm;
(2) arranging a sewing positioning device, arranging an upper positioning block and a seam position central positioning block on a general sewing machine, wherein the upper positioning block is arranged on a machine table of the general sewing machine, the upper foot of the upper is abutted against the upper positioning block during sewing, the seam position central positioning block is arranged on a machine frame of the general sewing machine, the seam position central positioning block is pressed on the sewing connecting sheet and the upper foot of the upper during sewing, the annular bonding plane is abutted against the side edge of the seam position central positioning block, and meanwhile, the distance between the center of a needle of the general sewing machine and the outer side of the seam position central positioning block is equal to about half of the height of the sewing connecting sheet;
(3) sewing the upper and the sole by a machine, turning the upper inside and outside, superposing the outer surface of the upper and the outer surface of the sewing connecting sheet relatively, positioning the sewing connecting sheet and the central positions of the left, right, upper, lower and machine needles by adopting the upper positioning block and the sewing position central positioning block, and sewing the upper and the sole by the general sewing machine;

(5) arranging a middle sole, wherein the middle sole is arranged in the sole;
(6) sewing the chicken heart surface and the upper, and sewing the chicken heart surface on the upper by adopting a sewing machine to complete the integral manufacture of the vamp;
(7) and (5) shaping the shoe body.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the shoe comprises a sole 1, an upper 4 and a heart-shaped surface 5, wherein a stitching connecting piece 2 which is higher than the upper edge by a certain height is arranged on the upper edge of the sole 1, an annular bonding plane 8 is arranged on the upper edge of the sole 1, the stitching connecting piece 2 is connected with the sole 1 through integral injection molding, the stitching connecting piece 2 is higher than the upper edge of the sole by 6-10 mm, the thickness of the stitching connecting piece 2 is 1-1.5 mm, and the width of the annular bonding plane 8 is equal to the height of the stitching connecting piece 2.
The outer surface of the upper foot 6 of the upper 4 is oppositely overlapped with the outer surface of the sewing connecting sheet 2 and is sewn by a thread 7, and the sewn sewing connecting sheet 2 and the upper foot 6 are folded inwards by 90 degrees and are adhered to the annular adhesion plane 8 by an adhesive.
The method for manufacturing the seam shoes comprises the following steps:
(1) manufacturing a sole integrated with the sewing connecting sheet, wherein the sole 1 and the sewing connecting sheet 2 are integrally injection-molded, so that the production efficiency can be improved on one hand, and the firmness of the connection between the sewing connecting sheet and the sole can be enhanced on the other hand; the height of the sewing connecting piece 2 is 6 mm, the thickness is 1.2 mm, the width of the annular bonding plane 8 is 6 mm, the sewing connecting piece 2 can improve the sewing speed of the sewing machine by selecting proper thickness, and materials can be saved by selecting proper height.
(2) The sewing positioning device is arranged for sewing processing in a general sewing machine, so as to reduce the requirement on production equipment and reduce the capital investment of the production equipment. As shown in fig. 3, an upper positioning block 11 and a seam position center positioning block 10 are provided on a general sewing machine, the upper positioning block 11 is provided on a machine table of the general sewing machine, when sewing, the upper leg 6 of the upper 4 abuts against the upper positioning block 11, the seam position center positioning block 10 is provided on a frame 13 of the general sewing machine, when sewing, the seam position center positioning block 10 presses the sewing connecting piece 2 and the upper leg 6 of the upper, the annular bonding plane 2 abuts against the side edge of the seam position center positioning block 10, and simultaneously, the distance between the needle center 9 of the general sewing machine and the outer side of the seam position center positioning block 10 is equal to about half of the height of the sewing connecting piece 2.
(3) Sewing the upper and the sole by a machine, turning the upper 4 inside and outside as shown in fig. 3, superposing the outer surface of the upper 4 and the outer surface of the sewing connecting sheet 2 relatively, positioning the sewing connecting sheet 2 and the upper and the lower and the center of a sewing needle by using the upper positioning block 11 and the sewing position center positioning block 10, sewing the upper and the sole by a general sewing machine by using a thread 7, and sewing a semi-finished product as shown in fig. 2. Because the shoe feet 6 and the sewing connecting sheet 2 are positioned in multiple directions in the machine sewing process, on one hand, the technical requirements on sewing technicians are greatly reduced, and on the other hand, the production efficiency is improved, and the sewing quality and the neatness and attractiveness are improved.
(4) And (3) bonding the shoe foot and the sole, brushing an adhesive on the annular bonding plane 8, simultaneously turning the inside and the outside of the upper 4 back, and then folding the sewn connecting piece 2 and the shoe upper foot 6 inwards by 90 degrees and adhering the sewn connecting piece and the shoe upper foot on the annular bonding plane 8. On the basis of sewing connection, the adhesive is used for supplementing and bonding, which not only enhances the connection firmness of the upper 4, the sewing connecting sheet 2 and the sole 1, but also conceals the sewing line and improves the aesthetic degree of the shoe.
(5) A middle sole is arranged, and a middle sole 3 is arranged in the sole 1.
(6) Sewing the chicken heart surface and the upper, and sewing the chicken heart surface 5 on the upper 4 by a sewing machine to complete the integral manufacture of the vamp; the vamp of the embodiment is composed of the chicken heart surface and the upper, the sewing step of the chicken heart surface and the upper is arranged at the end of the manufacturing process, so that when the upper is sewn on the general sewing machine, the sewing position is not covered, the sewing view is wide, the operation of a sewing technician is facilitated on one hand, and the inward and outward turning restoration of the upper after the upper is sewn is facilitated on the other hand.
