The decentralized city management system according to claim 1, wherein the task package exhibition site is divided into provincial, urban and district/county level museums according to administrative district, wherein the urban level museums contain all information in the district/county level museums, and the provincial museums contain all information in the urban level museums; and the task packages under each museum are displayed on each coordinate point of the map.

The decentralized city management system according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent task processing module constructs a plurality of recognition models by AI video recognition technology, realizes real-time data analysis of the picture or video content acquired by the picture/video shooting module, finds a problem clue, drives the task model according to the problem risk, and automatically drives to form a related task package; the identification model comprises a production safety monitoring model, an environmental pollution detection model, an urban management model and a fire protection identification model.
7. The decentralized city management system according to claim 1, wherein the task package further selects a flow mode according to a processing mode comparison table pre-stored in the risk driven task model, and the types and flow modes of the task package are:
the red task package is directly processed by a government department only having related authority and is delivered to the government department having related authority by the intelligent task processing module;
the orange task package is a task package which can be processed by a government department with related authority, is delivered to the government department with related authority by the intelligent task processing module, and is processed by the government department with related authority or the type of the task package is modified and returned to the intelligent task processing module for delivery again;
and the green task package is a task package which can be processed by the regional admittance personnel and is delivered to the responsible persons of the relevant regions by the intelligent task processing module.
8. The decentralized city management system according to claim 1, further comprising a supervision self-inspection module, which is used to implement supervision of task completion conditions of regional admittance personnel by relevant departments and regional responsibility persons, and implement self-inspection function of relevant responsibility units involved in the task package.
