It should be noted that the terms "comprises" and "comprising," and any variations thereof, of embodiments of the present invention are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a starting method of a point reading mode and electronic equipment, which can improve the subject identification accuracy of a subject image and improve the use experience of a user. The following detailed description is made in conjunction with the accompanying drawings from the perspective of an electronic device.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method for starting a touch-and-read mode according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method for starting the click-to-read mode described in fig. 1 is suitable for electronic devices such as a family education machine, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a personal computer and the like. The embodiment of the present invention describes a method for starting a point-to-read mode by taking an electronic device as an example, and should not be construed as a limitation to the method. As shown in fig. 1, the method for starting the point reading mode may include the following steps.
101. And determining the average starting time of the click-to-read mode started by the user according to the historical starting record of the click-to-read mode started by the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, the time for the user to use the electronic equipment to read has regularity, for example, a certain user is used to learn about 8 am, so that the reading mode of the electronic equipment is started.
As an optional implementation manner, recording a time when a user starts a click-to-read mode as a manual starting time; recording the starting time of the electronic equipment starting from the manual starting time to the completion of the starting of the reading mode; and setting the average starting time according to the manual starting time and the equipment starting time. Specifically, after the click-to-read function of the electronic device is started, the electronic device further needs to start a front camera module for shooting a click-to-read image and uploading the click-to-read image to retrieve click-to-read contents on the click-to-read image, if the hardware configuration of the electronic device is low or the connected network environment is poor, the click-to-read function is started and then the click-to-read operation can be performed for a long time.
As another optional implementation, considering that the user may start the touch and talk mode for multiple times in different time periods on the same day, the average start time should be divided into time intervals, for example, a first interval is between 6 and 10 o ' clock, a second interval is between 10 and 14 o ' clock, and a third interval is between 14 and 20 o ' clock, and the average start time of the user in each interval is calculated respectively; it can be understood that the interval can be set by the user according to the work and rest habits of the user, so that the record of the average starting time is more suitable for the use habits of the user.
As another optional implementation, assuming that the click-to-read mode is applied to a teaching environment such as a classroom, the user may set a start schedule for the click-to-read mode, and when the class time in the start schedule is reached, the electronic device automatically starts the user click-to-read mode, so that the use is more convenient.
102. Judging whether the time length difference between the current time and the average starting time is smaller than a preset time length difference or not; if yes, go to step 103; if not, the step is continuously executed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preset time length difference is set for the electronic equipment, and the click-to-read mode is prepared to be started when the distance from the average starting time to the preset time length difference is reached, so that the click-to-read mode is prepared when a user needs to perform click-to-read.
103. Detecting whether a user inputs any operation instruction within a preset time length taking the current time as the starting time; if not, go to step 104; and if the user inputs any operation instruction, responding to the operation instruction input by the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the electronic equipment is occupied or not is detected when the average starting time is reached.
As an optional implementation manner, detecting whether a user inputs any operation instruction within a preset time length taking the current time as the starting time may be implemented by the following manner: detecting an operation instruction input by a user, such as an operation instruction for opening a function other than a point-reading mode or an operation instruction for closing the electronic device, by taking the current time as a starting time, and if the user does not input any operation instruction within a preset time period from the starting time, determining that the user does not need to use the electronic device to perform other operations currently, thereby executing step 104; if any operation instruction input by the user is detected, the current operation instruction input by the user is taken as the standard and the operation instruction is responded, so that the control right of the electronic equipment is always mastered by the user, and the conflict of daily use of the electronic equipment by the user is avoided.
104. And starting a touch and read mode of the electronic equipment.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the time length difference between the current time and the average starting time is determined to be smaller than the preset time length difference and the user does not need to use the electronic equipment, the click-to-read mode of the electronic equipment is started, so that when the user reaches the daily learning time, the electronic equipment finishes starting the hardware equipment and the application program required by the click-to-read mode.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the average starting time of the click-to-read mode started by the user is determined according to the historical starting record of the click-to-read mode started by the user; judging whether the time length difference between the current time and the average starting time is smaller than a preset time length difference or not; if yes, detecting whether a user inputs any operation instruction within a preset time length taking the current time as the starting time; if not, starting a point reading mode of the electronic equipment. The method and the device have the advantages that when the average starting time of the point reading scene started by the user is reached, the electronic equipment is automatically and conveniently started to enter the point reading mode without being operated by the user under the condition that the electronic equipment is determined to be idle, and the intelligent degree of the electronic equipment is improved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for starting a touch-reading mode according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method for starting the point reading mode may include the following steps.
201. And determining the average starting time of the click-to-read mode started by the user according to the historical starting record of the click-to-read mode started by the user.
202. Judging whether the time length difference between the current time and the average starting time is smaller than a preset time length difference or not; if so, go to step 203; if not, the step is continuously executed.
203. Detecting whether a user inputs any operation instruction within a preset time length taking the current time as the starting time; if not, go to step 204; and if the user inputs any operation instruction, responding to the operation instruction input by the user.
204. And starting a touch and read mode of the electronic equipment.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the electronic equipment is determined to be idle, whether the user uses the electronic equipment conditionally needs to be detected in order to avoid long-time standby of the electronic equipment in a point reading mode due to the late arrival of the user.
As an optional implementation manner, after detecting that a user does not input any operation instruction within a preset time period taking the current time as the starting time and before starting a point reading mode of the electronic device, starting a camera module to shoot pictures around the electronic device, and detecting whether the user is around the electronic device; if yes, executing a step of starting a point reading mode of the electronic equipment; if not, acquiring the geographical position information of the wearable equipment worn by the user, and judging whether the wearable equipment is in a preset range; and if so, sending a learning prompt to the wearable device. Specifically, after the electronic equipment is determined to be idle, the electronic equipment shoots surrounding pictures by starting a camera module, recognizes face images in the pictures, determines that a user is beside the electronic equipment if the face images of the user exist in the face images, and starts a point reading mode; if the face image of the user is not detected in the picture, acquiring the geographic position information of the wearable device worn by the user, and comparing the current geographic position information of the electronic device with the geographic position information of the wearable device, so as to judge whether the user is in a shooting dead angle of a camera module near the electronic device; if the user is determined to be in the preset range, a learning prompt is sent to wearable equipment worn by the user, the wearable equipment reminds the user of starting learning through ringing or vibration and the like, and a point reading mode is started; and if the user is detected to be far away and the condition of point reading by using the electronic equipment is not met, the point reading mode is not started. Therefore, by detecting the position of the user, the power consumption waste caused by standby of the electronic equipment in the point reading mode can be avoided.
205. And recording the gesture action of the user in a click-to-read mode so as to set a quick page turning action.
In the embodiment of the invention, the camera module is used for shooting the point reading image and also shooting the hand form of the user during the point reading, so that the gesture action of the user can be acquired according to the point reading images of continuous multiple frames.
As an optional implementation manner, after the click-to-read mode of the electronic device is started, the gesture actions of the user before page turning are monitored and recorded; setting any gesture action reaching the preset times as a quick page turning action; and when the rapid page turning action is detected, acquiring the point reading content of the next page of the current page, and responding to the point reading operation of the user on the next page. Specifically, the electronic equipment records gesture actions of a user through the camera module, and determines that the gesture actions of the user before page turning are used for page turning when the fact that the user turns pages is detected; if the occurrence frequency of a certain gesture action for turning pages reaches the preset frequency, the gesture action can be set to be the quick page turning action corresponding to the user, so that when the quick page turning action is detected in the page turning mode, the electronic equipment can acquire the click-to-read content of the next page of the current page in advance when the user does not finish turning the pages, the user can perform click-to-read operation after turning the pages, the electronic equipment does not need to wait for the click-to-read image of the next page uploaded by the electronic equipment to acquire the click-to-read content, fluency in the click-to-read process is improved, and user experience is optimized.
As another optional implementation, the gesture action of the user may also correspond to any click-to-read operation in the click-to-read mode, such as gesture actions of outlining a click-to-read region, reselecting click-to-read contents, and re-broadcasting the click-to-read contents, and the electronic device may set a plurality of shortcut gesture actions under the condition of ensuring that the gesture actions corresponding to any two click-to-read operations do not conflict, so as to improve the response speed of the user on each operation in the click-to-read scene.
As another optional implementation manner, if it is detected that the user selects the reading content at the starting position of the next page, outputting query information to query the user whether to combine the reading contents at the starting position; when a combination instruction input by a user is detected, combining the click-to-read content of the initial position with the previous click-to-read content selected by the user to obtain combined click-to-read content; and broadcasting the combined click-to-read content. Specifically, due to the reason of book typesetting, there may be a case where contents of the same sentence or the same paragraph are printed separately on adjacent pages, and therefore, if it is detected that the user selects the point-read content at the starting position of the next page, it is considered that the content that the user needs to select may be separated in two pages, and the point-read content at the currently selected starting position may be associated with the last selected content of the previous page; at the moment, the electronic equipment pops up an inquiry frame to inquire whether the user needs to combine the click-to-read content at the initial position with the previous click-to-read content, and when a combination instruction that the user confirms to combine is received, the click-to-read content at the initial position and the previous click-to-read content selected by the user are combined to obtain combined click-to-read content, and the combined click-to-read content is broadcasted. Therefore, the operation details of the user are detected, so that the use requirement of the user can be acquired, and the function required by the user can be realized.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the gesture actions of the user are monitored and recorded, the quick page turning actions can be set for the user, and the use experience of the user is optimized; in addition, the combined requirements of the user on the point reading contents of different pages can be acquired by detecting the contents selected by the user, and the electronic equipment is more humanized in use.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the electronic device may include:
a time determining unit 301, configured to determine an average starting time at which a user starts a click-to-read mode according to a history starting record of the click-to-read mode in which the user starts the electronic device;
a difference determining unit 302, configured to determine whether a duration difference between the current time and the average starting time is smaller than a preset duration difference;
the instruction detection unit 303 is configured to detect whether any operation instruction is input by a user within a preset time period using the current time as a starting time when a time period difference between the current time and the average starting time is smaller than a preset time period difference;
a touch and read starting unit 304, configured to start a touch and read mode of the electronic device when detecting that the current time is a preset duration of the starting time and no operation instruction is input by the user;
wherein the time determination unit 301 includes:
a first recording subunit 3011, configured to record, as a manual start time, a time at which the user starts the point-to-read mode;
the second recording subunit 3012 is configured to record a device start time from the manual start time to a time when the read-on mode of the electronic device is started;
the time determination subunit 3013 is configured to set the average starting time according to the manual starting time and the device starting duration.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the time determining unit 301 is configured to determine an average starting time, the difference determining unit 302 is configured to determine whether a time difference between the current time and the average starting time is smaller than a preset time difference, if so, the instruction detecting unit 303 detects whether any operation instruction is input by the user, and if not, the click-to-read starting unit 304 starts a click-to-read mode of the electronic device.
As an alternative embodiment, the first recording subunit 3011 records the time when the user starts the point-and-read mode as a manual start time; the second recording subunit 3012 records a device start time length from the manual start time to the completion of the start of the read-on mode of the electronic device; the time determination subunit 3013 sets an average start time based on the manual start time and the device start time period. Specifically, after the point-reading function of the electronic device is turned on, the electronic device further needs to turn on a front camera module for shooting a point-reading image and uploading the point-reading image to retrieve the point-reading content thereon, and if the hardware configuration of the electronic device is low or the connected network environment is poor, the point-reading function is still turned on for a long time to perform point-reading, so that the first recording subunit 3011 further records the manual start time of the point-reading mode started by the user and records the start time of the device in which the point-reading mode is completed by the electronic device through the second recording subunit 3012, so that the time determining subunit 3013 advances the manual start time according to the start time of the device to obtain the initial start time, and obtains an average value of a plurality of initial start times as the average start time of the point-reading mode started by the user, thereby ensuring that when the manual start time is reached, the click-to-read mode is normally usable.
As another optional implementation, assuming that the click-to-read mode is applied to a teaching environment such as a classroom, a user may set a start schedule for the click-to-read mode, and when the class time in the start schedule is reached, the click-to-read starting unit 304 automatically starts the user click-to-read mode, so that the use is more convenient.
As an optional implementation manner, the instruction detecting unit 303 detects whether any operation instruction is input by the user within a preset time length taking the current time as the starting time, and may be implemented by: with the current time as a start time, the instruction detecting unit 303 detects an operation instruction input by a user, such as an operation instruction for turning on a function other than the click-to-read mode, or an operation instruction for turning off the electronic device, and determines that the user does not need to use the electronic device to perform other operations currently if the user does not input any operation instruction within a preset time period from the start time, thereby triggering the click-to-read turning-on unit 304; if any operation instruction input by the user is detected, the current operation instruction input by the user is taken as the standard and the operation instruction is responded, so that the control right of the electronic equipment is always mastered by the user, and the conflict of daily use of the electronic equipment by the user is avoided.
As can be seen, in the embodiment of the present invention, the time determining unit 301 determines, according to the historical start record of the click-to-read mode of the electronic device started by the user, an average start time of the click-to-read mode started by the user; the difference value determining unit 302 determines whether a time length difference value between the current time and the average starting time is smaller than a preset time length difference value; if yes, the instruction detection unit 303 detects whether the user inputs any operation instruction within a preset duration taking the current time as the starting time; if not, the touch and talk starting unit 304 starts the touch and talk mode of the electronic device.
