Adding the raw materials of the epoxy resin composition into a high-speed mixer, stirring and mixing for 1-10 min, then feeding the raw materials into an extruder, carrying out melt extrusion at the temperature of 60-110 ℃, cooling and coarsely crushing the raw materials by a tablet machine, feeding the raw materials into an ACM (Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) mill, finely crushing the raw materials, and screening the raw materials by a cyclone separator to obtain the powdery epoxy resin composition.
Step two: and (3) preparing a prepreg.
The reinforcing material is chopped strand mat with gram weight of 225 g/m2. The content of the powdery epoxy resin composition in the prepreg is 30-80 wt% based on 100 parts by weight.
Uniformly scattering the powdery epoxy resin composition onto the reinforcing material through a powder scattering device, heating and melting at 60-130 ℃, impregnating the reinforcing material under the rolling action, and cooling and rolling through a cooling section to obtain the prepreg roll.
Step three: and (4) compression molding.
The non-woven fabric covered by the PP honeycomb core material is 100 g/m2The thickness is 3 mm and the aperture is 6 mm.
And (2) overlapping the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer of the prepreg and the inner layer of the PP honeycomb core material, laying the laminated sheets in a mold, and preparing the PP honeycomb plate-3 for the circulating packaging box by adopting a compression molding method, wherein in the compression molding method, the molding temperature is 100-160 ℃, the molding time is 2-15 min, and the molding pressure is 0.1-10 MPa.
By combining the embodiment, the PP honeycomb plate for the circulating packaging box has high strength, better protection performance on contents, convenience in circulating use, long service life and good social and economic benefits.

1. A PP honeycomb plate for a circulating packing box and a preparation method thereof, which is characterized in that,
the PP honeycomb plate for the circulating packing box comprises an upper prepreg layer, a lower prepreg layer and a PP honeycomb core material lining layer.
2. The PP cellular board for the circulating packing box comprises the following preparation steps:
step one, preparing a powdery epoxy resin composition: adding the raw materials into a high-speed mixer, stirring and mixing for 1-10 min, then feeding the raw materials into an extruder, carrying out melt extrusion at the temperature of 60-110 ℃, cooling and coarsely crushing the raw materials by a tablet machine, feeding the raw materials into an ACM (Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) mill, finely crushing the raw materials, and screening the raw materials by a cyclone separator to obtain a powdery epoxy resin composition;
step two, prepreg preparation: uniformly scattering the powdery epoxy resin composition onto a reinforcing material through a powder scattering device, heating and melting at 60-130 ℃, impregnating the reinforcing material under the rolling action, and cooling and rolling through a cooling section to obtain a prepreg roll;
step three, compression molding: and (2) overlapping the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer of the prepreg and the inner layer of the PP honeycomb core material, laying the laminated sheets in a mold, and preparing the PP honeycomb plate for the circulating packaging box by adopting a compression molding method, wherein in the compression molding method, the molding temperature is 100-160 ℃, the molding time is 2-15 min, and the molding pressure is 0.1-10 MPa.
3. The PP honeycomb panel for the circulating packing box and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the powdered epoxy resin composition is composed of epoxy resin, a curing agent, a toughening agent and an auxiliary agent.
4. The PP honeycomb panel for the recycle package box according to claim 1 and the preparation method thereof, wherein the prepreg is composed of a reinforcing material and the powdered epoxy resin composition according to claim 2.
5. The PP honeycomb panel for the recycle package box according to claim 3, wherein the content of the powdery epoxy resin composition is 30-80 wt% based on 100 parts by weight of the prepreg.
6. The PP honeycomb panel for the circulating packaging box and the preparation method thereof according to claim 3, wherein the reinforcing material is one or more of glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber, basalt fiber, bamboo fiber or hemp fiber.
7. The PP honeycomb plate for the circulating packing box and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the PP honeycomb core material is a PP honeycomb core covered with non-woven fabrics on two sides, and the gram weight of the non-woven fabrics is 10-100 g/m2。
8. The PP honeycomb plate for the circulating packing box and the preparation method of the PP honeycomb plate are characterized in that the thickness of the PP honeycomb core is 2-20 mm, and the pore diameter is 2-12 mm.

The PP honeycomb plate for the circulating packing box and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the PP honeycomb plate is prepared from the upper and lower prepreg layers according to any one of claims 3 to 5 and the PP honeycomb core material according to any one of claims 6 to 7 through a compression molding process.
