Abstract

一种槽壳中空分离的平直梁结构车桥,其特征在于:所述车桥支撑横梁呈现中空分离式,即车桥中部横梁向两侧张开,车桥中部留有一定的空间布置电机、变速机构、减速机构、和差速机构;车桥中部横梁采用U型槽壳结构,与两端碗口一体化的平直梁,槽壳断面高度相同,车桥中部横梁采用直梁。本发明的优点是:将集成在电驱动桥上的电机、减速器和差速器集成固定到簧上,降低了簧下质量。电机高度升高,减轻其恶劣的工作环境,电机也不易退磁。若采用变速器结构,簧上换挡也比簧下换挡平顺。

槽壳中空分离的平直梁结构车桥
技术领域
本发明涉及电动车技术领域一种电动车桥,特别是涉及适用于电动汽车驱动系统、传动系统、后桥系统。
背景技术
目前纯电动汽车的驱动后桥大多数将传统后桥稍作改动的方式。部分整车厂采用电机与传统驱动桥集成的电驱动桥方案,取消传动轴,把电机和固定速比的减速机构和差速机构集成为一个整体,通过两根半轴连接驱动车轮,这种方案基本上还是属于传统动力传动结构,导致簧下质量增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现在的电驱动桥结构中,电机、减速器、差速器都集成到驱动桥上,导致簧下质量过大,电机工作环境恶劣,若采用换挡机构,簧下剧烈的震动也可能造成换挡失败,因而提出的一种新型车桥结构。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种槽壳中空分离的平直梁结构车桥方案,其特征在于:所述车桥呈中空分离状,中部所留空间布置固定于底盘纵梁的电机、减速器、差速器集成体。所述车桥桥壳采用U型槽壳,所述车桥中部梁采用平直梁,桥壳两端上端面固定板簧,支撑簧上质量。
本发明的优点是:
本发明将车桥中部做成中空分离式结构,电机、减速器、差速器集成固定在底盘纵梁上。克服了目前电驱动桥簧下质量过大的缺点,若采用变速机构,则相比于变速器集成到簧下驱动桥,换挡更加平顺。空间布置紧凑合理。提高空间利用率。

图1是槽壳中空分离平直结构桥方案示意图,从图中可以看出:车桥桥壳2中部采用U型槽钢,车桥中部呈现中空分离式结构,留出一部分空间用于布置电机7、减速器8和差速器19。车桥的槽壳采用断面高度一致的平梁,在车桥中部梁采用直梁形式,到两端槽钢闭合,收缩至碗口状。碗口内部通过带有万向节的等速驱动半轴10,图7即为等速驱动半轴结构方案示意图。碗口上下端面可以开口或者做凸起,防止车桥上下跳动时,等速驱动半轴上下摆动时发生碰撞干涉。弧形钢板21通过焊接或螺接等紧固方式,固定在桥壳上下面两侧开口处。桥壳4的碗口部分两侧可以加焊加强肋以增加强度。
图3为半轴套管17,图4为半轴套管截面图,轴管与法兰盘做成一体,并设有台阶适应与制动器底板装配空间要求,台阶高度厚度根据制动器底板情况设定。半轴套管内装有轴承20,与等速驱动半轴10配合装配。
图5是槽壳中空分离的平直梁结构车桥总成装配图,图6是槽壳中空分离的平直梁结构车桥总成仰视图,从图4和图5中可以看出:电机7、减速器8和差速器19集成固定在底盘纵梁上,差速器19两端伸出的等速驱动半轴10,穿过桥壳4和半轴套管17,与轮毂2相连。桥壳4两侧上端面通过板簧1,支撑簧上质量。板簧1通过U型螺栓,板簧座5与桥壳4固连。

Claims (10)

1.槽壳中空分离的平直梁结构车桥,包括桥壳、弧形钢板、半轴套管等,其特征在于:所述车桥中部中空,所留空间用于布置固定于底盘纵梁的电机,减速器,差速器等机构,电机动力传递到差速器,通过两侧半轴将动力传递给车轮,驱动车辆前进。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桥壳,其特征在于:桥壳采用U型槽壳,桥壳中部中空分离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的桥壳,其特征在于:桥壳中部梁采用平直梁,桥壳各断面高度相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的桥壳,其特征在于:桥壳两端收缩,U型槽壳收缩成封闭方形碗口状,方形碗口上端面用于固定板簧,桥壳内侧通过带有万向节的等速驱动半轴。
5.根据权利要求1所述的弧形钢板:其特征在于:弧形钢板通过焊接或螺接等紧固方式,固定在桥壳两侧开口处。
6.根据权利要求1所述的半轴套管,其特征在于:所述半轴套管与中部桥壳焊接在一起,所述半轴套管内置轴承孔,用于放置通过半轴的轴承。
7.根据权利要求1所述的桥壳,其特征在于:桥壳两端碗口部分,上下平面可根据半轴上下跳动是否干涉以及干涉量,开口或者冲压凸起。
8.根据权利要求1所示的半轴套管,其特征在于:所述半轴套管端部法兰做出台阶,适应制动器底板空间布置要求。
9.根据权利要求1所述的半轴套管,其特征在于:所述半轴套管可做长,桥壳部分相对减短,从而将外侧万向节部分伸至半轴套管内侧。
10.根据权利要求1所述的桥壳,其特征在于,所述桥壳两端碗口两侧面可分别焊接加强肋。
