The wireless scanning gun is used by the police on duty to scan and identify the bar codes of the receiving and sending tools, and the receiving and sending time, the responsibility police and the related conditions are automatically recorded into the management system and stored. The prison leader and related departments can supervise the management condition of the labor tools through the management system.
The digital broadcasting unit is used for broadcasting daily business or emergency evacuation.
In the embodiment of the invention, the digital broadcasting unit can realize background music, service broadcasting and emergency broadcasting; the emergency call microphone is arranged in the control center, and emergency evacuation broadcasting can be carried out on the designated area through the emergency call microphone in case of an emergency accident; the service paging microphone is arranged in the broadcasting center, and can be used for daily service broadcasting and emergency evacuation broadcasting.
Furthermore, the digital broadcasting unit can realize visual monitoring, talkback and broadcasting between the sub-control center and a prisoner in the area to which the sub-control center belongs; also can realize total accuse center and branch accuse center, the real-time visual monitoring of prison house, talkback and broadcast with monitored control system linkage, promptly: the sub-control duty room and the prison can realize audio/video synchronization, and a sound channel of a certain prison can be opened through key operation, and a video image of the prison is popped up; the sub-control center and the prisoner prison can realize audio/video synchronization, a sound channel of a certain prison can be opened through key operation, and a video image of the prison is popped up; the system can improve the working efficiency of processing the emergency. In the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent prison system combines the technical criteria of prison management service fusion, data aggregation and intelligent means on the basis of the infrastructure and the informatization construction of prisons, so that the whole prison system has the advantages of comprehensive cooperation of services, resource fusion and sharing, and deep analysis of data by using new technical and new means such as big data, Internet of things and artificial intelligence in a distributed mode. Big data and cloud computing are used as carriers, the prison safety situation is analyzed and researched, information resources such as the activity direction, police force distribution, material resources, technical defense resources, warning security and the like of prison criminals are displayed in real time, a three-dimensional command scheduling system with resource integration, event handling flattening, operation intellectualization and decision intellectualization is formed according to different application scene requirements, and the three-dimensional command scheduling system is enabled for commanding decision makers and policemen to ensure that general risks can be prompted in the shortest time, dynamically tracks and researches the development and change of various safety hidden dangers, timely checks omission and mending and eliminates hidden dangers; when major risks exist, all resources capable of being mobilized are clear at a glance and are dispatched in a one-key mode, the resources which are most mobilized, most effective and most convenient can be dispatched in the shortest time to be treated, the treating efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the utilization efficiency of the prison resources is improved, three-dimensional management of commanding and dispatching is achieved, and the intelligent level of prison work is improved.

the intelligent security module is used for calling and managing each unit, integrating each unit and butting with the comprehensive business module to realize real-time monitoring on the prisoners;
the comprehensive business module is used for managing execution of criminal penalty in prisons, prison administrative management, prison investigation, education transformation, labor transformation and life sanitation;
the prison publishing module is used for publishing the criminal penalty execution and the relevant system and execution result of prison administration within the allowable publishing range;
and the command decision module is used for carrying out command scheduling on the corresponding conditions in the prison according to the processing results of the intelligent security module, the comprehensive business module and the prison disclosing module.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the smart security module comprises: a video monitoring unit, an entrance guard unit, a meeting management unit, an electronic patrol unit, an emergency alarm unit, a policeman talking unit, a digital interrogation unit and an audio-visual education unit, wherein,
the video monitoring unit is used for monitoring and analyzing the positions corresponding to the persons in the prison by adopting a camera and a sound pick-up;
the access control unit is used for monitoring the personnel entering and exiting the entrance in the prison, the entering and exiting time and the state of the entrance;
the meeting management unit is used for carrying out video monitoring and command monitoring on personnel entering the meeting room and registering the waiting room;
the electronic patrol unit is used for monitoring patrol routes of patrol personnel;
the emergency alarm unit is used for giving an alarm when an emergency happens inside the prison;
the police talking unit is used for carrying out educational transformation on prisoners in prisons through talking;
the digital interrogation unit is used for interrogating prisoners in prisons;
and the electrification education unit is used for playing the specified content for the corresponding terminal adopted in the prison.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the video surveillance unit comprises: an analysis subunit and a face recognition subunit, wherein,
