技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣凝珠领域,具体涉及一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣凝珠是一种新型的织物洗涤产品,其内容物的活性物和传统的洗衣液类似,主要为表面活性剂,通过表面活性剂的表面活性清除污垢。洗衣凝珠和洗衣液的主要不同之处在于:(1)活性物含量一般在45%以上,比普通洗衣液高得多,属于超浓缩产品;(2)其内容物包裹封闭在呈一定几何形状水溶性薄膜里,方便计量和洗涤操作,同时也呈现出新颖的外观;(3)为适应外包水溶膜,洗衣凝珠内容物的配方必须是有机溶剂体系,不能采用传统洗衣液的水溶剂体系配方。
目前,洗衣凝珠使用的溶剂主要为丙二醇、甘油及山梨醇等,这些溶剂对于清洁去污来说是惰性的,对提高洗衣凝珠的去污力基本没有什么作用。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题为提高洗衣凝珠的去污能力,提供一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠,包括内容物和水溶膜,所述内容物包覆在水溶膜内,所述内容物包括溶剂3~80%,表面活性剂3~90%;所述溶剂中包含醇醚类溶剂,所述醇醚溶剂:其他溶剂=1:0~15。
使用具有清洁效果的醇醚溶剂,可以有效地提高清洁效果。
可以显著地提高洗衣凝珠的去污力。
优选地,所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂的其中一种或两种。
优选地,包括溶剂15~60%,阴离子表面活性剂5~30%,非离子表面活性剂10~50%;所述溶剂中包含醇醚类溶剂,所述醇醚类溶剂的添加量为3~35%,其他溶剂5~30%。

S11.将需要进行中和反应的阴离子表面活性剂加入部分溶剂中,在搅拌下进行中和反应,温度控制在65℃以下;
S12.中和反应结束后,降温至45℃以下后,依次加入其它表面活性剂,搅拌至完全溶解;
S13.依次加入剩余的其他组分,搅拌均匀,最后加入色素,搅拌均匀;
S14.过滤、消泡后包水溶膜,得到洗衣凝珠。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果为:可以显著地提高洗衣凝珠的去污能力;本申请的洗衣凝珠对油脂的清洗效果较为明显,可以有效的去除油脂污渍,另外洗衣凝珠的一些性能、例如外观透明度、耐黄变性、保形性、冻点等,也能获得不同程度的改善。

以下实施列是对本发明的进一步说明,不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠,包括内容物和水溶膜,所述内容物包括溶剂34.2%,阴离子表面活性剂30%,非离子表面活性剂27.5%;还包括中和剂、螯合剂、抗再沉积剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、香精、色素。所述溶剂中包含醇醚类溶剂,所述醇醚类溶剂的含量为15%,其他溶剂19.2%,醇醚溶剂:其他溶剂=1:1.28。所述其他溶剂包括丙二醇15%、水4.2%。所述醇醚类溶剂为二丙二醇丁醚15%。所述阴离子表面活性剂包括磺酸(96%含量)18%、AES(70%含量)12%;非离子表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚20%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(3)醚7.5%。所述中和剂为单乙醇胺5.5%,所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠0.1%,所述抗再沉积剂为丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物1.5%,所述防腐剂为卡松0.1%,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸0.1%,所述香精1%,所述色素适量。
实施例2
一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠,包括内容物和水溶膜,所述内容物包括溶剂34.2%,阴离子表面活性剂30%,非离子表面活性剂27.5%;还包括中和剂、螯合剂、抗再沉积剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、香精、色素。所述溶剂中包含醇醚类溶剂,所述醇醚类溶剂的含量为20%,其他溶剂14.2%,醇醚溶剂:其他溶剂=1:0.71。所述其他溶剂包括丙二醇10%、水4.2%。所述醇醚类溶剂为二丙二醇丁醚20%。所述阴离子表面活性剂包括磺酸(96%含量)18%、AES(70%含量)12%;非离子表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚20%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(3)醚7.5%。所述中和剂为单乙醇胺5.5%,所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠0.1%,所述抗再沉积剂为丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物1.5%,所述防腐剂为卡松0.1%,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸0.1%,所述香精1%,所述色素适量。

一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠,包括内容物和水溶膜,所述内容物包括溶剂39.3%,阴离子表面活性剂12.5%,非离子表面活性剂46%。还包括螯合剂、防腐剂、抗再沉积剂、香精、色素。所述溶剂中包含醇醚类溶剂,所述醇醚类溶剂的含量为32%,其他溶剂7.3%,醇醚溶剂:其他溶剂=1:0.23。所述其他溶剂包括甘油5%、水2.3%。所述醇醚类溶剂为乙二醇单丁醚32%。所述阴离子表面活性剂包括二甲苯磺酸钠(40%含量)2.5%、AES(70%含量) 10%;非离子表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚32%、APG(50%含量) 5%、XP90 9%。所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠0.1%。所述防腐剂为卡松0.1%,所述抗再沉积剂为丙烯酸/苯乙烯共聚物1.5%。所述香精0.5%,所述色素适量。
实施例5
一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠,包括内容物和水溶膜,所述内容物包括溶剂44.5%,阴离子表面活性剂7.5%,非离子表面活性剂45%;还包括螯合剂、防腐剂、酶制剂、抗再沉积剂、香精、色素。所述溶剂中包含醇醚类溶剂,所述醇醚类溶剂的含量为13%,其他溶剂31.5%,醇醚溶剂:其他溶剂=1:2.42。所述其他溶剂包括山梨醇5%、丙二醇15%、PEG200 7%、水4.5%。所述醇醚类溶剂包括二乙二醇二甲醚8%、二乙二醇丁醚5%。所述阴离子表面活性剂为SAS-60(60%含量) 7.5%;非离子表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚25%、椰油胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚15%、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(含量70%)5%。所述螯合剂为谷氨酸乙二酸四钠0.3%,所述防腐剂为卡松0.1%,所述酶制剂(蛋白酶)0.3%,所述抗再沉积剂为阳离子聚乙烯亚胺1.5%,所述香精0.8%,所述色素适量。
实施例6
一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠,包括内容物和水溶膜,所述内容物包括溶剂49.5%,阴离子表面活性剂13.5%,非离子表面活性剂32%,还包括中和剂、螯合剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、抗再沉积剂、香精、色素。所述溶剂中包含醇醚类溶剂,所述醇醚类溶剂的含量为4.5%,其他溶剂45%,醇醚溶剂:其他溶剂=1:10。所述其他溶剂为丙二醇28%、二丙二醇8.5%、异丙醇5.5%、水3%。所述醇醚类溶剂为二乙二醇二己醚4.5%。所述阴离子表面活性剂包括椰油脂肪酸5%、AES(含量70%)8.5%。所述非离子表面活性剂包括羰基醇聚氧乙烯(8)醚22%、XP90 10%。所述中和剂为三乙醇胺2%,所述螯合剂为谷氨酸乙二酸四钠0.3%,所述防腐剂为卡松0.1%,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸0.1%。所述抗再沉积剂为丙烯酸/苯乙烯共聚物1.5%。所述香精1%,所述色素适量。
实施例7
一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠,包括内容物和水溶膜,所述内容物包括溶剂40%,阴离子表面活性剂23%,非离子表面活性剂32%;还包括中和剂、螯合剂、防腐剂、抗再沉积剂、pH调节剂、酶制剂、香精、色素。所述溶剂中包含醇醚类溶剂,所述醇醚类溶剂的含量为6.5%,其他溶剂33.5%,醇醚溶剂:其他溶剂=1:5.15。所述其他溶剂包括丙二醇25%、乙醇(95%)5.5%、水3%。所述醇醚类溶剂为二丙二醇丁醚醋酸酯6.5%。所述阴离子表面活性剂包括椰油脂肪酸 5%、MES(60%含量) 18%。所述非离子表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚18%、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺(30%含量) 4%、XL70 10%。所述中和剂为三乙醇胺2%,所述螯合剂为谷氨酸乙二酸四钠0.3%,所述防腐剂为卡松0.1%,所述抗再沉积剂为阳离子聚乙烯亚胺1.5%,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸0.1%,所述酶制剂(蛋白酶)0.3%,所述香精0.7%,所述色素适量。
实施例8
一种含有醇醚类溶剂洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包括:
S11.将需要进行中和反应的阴离子表面活性剂加入部分溶剂中,在搅拌下进行中和反应,温度控制在65℃以下;
S12.中和反应结束后,降温至45℃以下后,依次加入其它表面活性剂,搅拌至完全溶解;
S13.依次加入剩余的其他组分,搅拌均匀后,最后加入色素,搅拌均匀;
S14.过滤、消泡后包水溶膜,得到洗衣凝珠。
对比例1
一种不含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠,包括内容物和水溶膜,所述内容物包括溶剂34.2%,阴离子表面活性剂30%,非离子表面活性剂27.5%;还包括中和剂、螯合剂、抗再沉积剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、香精、色素。所述溶剂包括丙二醇20%、PEG200 10%、水4.2%。所述阴离子表面活性剂包括磺酸(96%含量)18%、AES(70%含量) 12%;非离子表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚20%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(3)醚7.5%。所述中和剂为单乙醇胺5.5%,所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠0.1%,所述抗再沉积剂为丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物1.5%,所述防腐剂为卡松0.1%,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸0.1%,所述香精1%,所述色素适量。
对比例2
一种不含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠,包括内容物和水溶膜,所述内容物包括溶剂34.2%,阴离子表面活性剂30%,非离子表面活性剂27.5%;还包括中和剂、螯合剂、抗再沉积剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、酶制剂、香精、色素。所述溶剂包括丙二醇20%、PEG200 10%、水4.2%。所述阴离子表面活性剂包括磺酸(96%含量)18%、AES(70%含量) 12%;非离子表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚20%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(3)醚7.5%。所述中和剂为单乙醇胺5.5%,所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠0.1%,所述抗再沉积剂为丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物1.5%,所述防腐剂为卡松0.1%,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸0.1%,所述酶制剂(脂肪酶)0.2%,所述香精0.8%,所述色素适量。
实验例
参照GB/T13174-2008规定测定;将实验所需的各种污布裁成6cm×6cm的大小的试片,四片为一组。试验时用250mg/kg硬水,试样实验浓度为0.1%(标准洗衣液实验浓度为0.2%),以恒温30℃且固定转速120r/min持续20min后停止,漂洗二次后晾干,测定洗涤前后的白度值,计算出各个样品的去污力进行比较。

从表1可知,实施例1~5对三种污布的去污效果均≥1,符合行标QB/T1224《衣料用液体洗涤剂》对洗衣液的去污力要求;这表明添加醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠是完全符合洗衣液的去污力标准的,可以满足用户对衣物清洁去污的需要。
实施例1、实施例2和实施例3,它们配方大体相同,不同之处在于:(1)实施例1和实施例2使用相同的醇醚溶剂,但添加量有差别;(2)实施例1和实施例3的醇醚溶剂添加量一样,但使用不同的醇醚溶剂品种。从表1可知,添加醇醚溶剂比较多的实施例2的去污力要优于添加醇醚溶剂较少的实施例1,添加丙二醇丁醚的实施例3,去污力不如添加二丙二醇丁醚的实施例1。以上说明,优化醇醚溶剂的添加量及品种,可以使含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠获得更佳的去污效果。
将对比例1和实施例1进行比较,两者配方基本相同,区别在于实施例1添加醇醚溶剂,对比例1不使用醇醚类溶剂;从表1可知,实施1的去污力明显高于对比例1,特别是对皮脂污布(JB-03),实施例1的去污力显著优于对比例1,这说明添加醇醚溶剂后,可以明显增强洗衣凝珠的去污能力。
对比例2也不添加醇醚溶剂,它是在对比例1的基础上,添加了脂肪酶。从表1可知,实施例1对皮脂污布的去污力比对比例2稍低一点,可认为两者对皮脂污布的去污力是基本相当的。众所周知,酶可以大幅度提高清洁剂的去污力,实施例1在不添加酶的情况向,其去污力基本达到了加酶(对比例2)的效果。酶的价格很高且配伍性不好、易失活,而醇醚溶剂价格相对低廉,基本不存在配伍性和失活的问题,因此添加醇醚溶剂的凝珠具有更好的性价比和配方稳定性。

Claims (10)

1.一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,包括内容物和水溶膜,所述内容物包覆在水溶膜内,所述内容物包括溶剂3~80%,表面活性剂3~90%;所述溶剂中包含醇醚类溶剂,所述醇醚溶剂:其他溶剂=1:0~15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂的其中一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,包括溶剂8~65%,阴离子表面活性剂5~30%,非离子表面活性剂10~50%;所述溶剂中包含醇醚类溶剂,所述醇醚类溶剂为3~35%,其他溶剂5~30%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠,所述醇醚溶剂的分子结构式为:

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述其他溶剂为乙醇、乙二醇、聚乙二醇、丙二醇、异丙醇、甘油、山梨醇、二乙二醇、二丙二醇、水的其中一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为磺酸、LAS、AES、AESA、SAS、AOS、K12、K12A、异丙苯磺酸钠、二甲苯磺酸钠、对甲苯磺酸钠、辛基磺酸钠、2-乙基己基硫酸钠、皂、MES的一种或几种;所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、羰基醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚(以上的平均EO数为2-15)、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、APG、氧化胺、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的其中一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,还包括中和剂、增稠剂、螯合剂、抗再沉积剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、酶制剂、抑菌剂、香精、色素的其中一种或几种,所述色素包括遮光剂或珠光剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述醇醚溶剂:其他溶剂=1:0.6~6。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述水溶膜的材质为聚乙烯醇PVA、改性聚乙烯醇或改性淀粉。
10.一种含醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
S11.将需要进行中和反应的阴离子表面活性剂加入部分溶剂中,在搅拌下进行中和反应,温度控制在65℃以下;
S12.中和反应结束后,降温至45℃以下后,依次加入其它表面活性剂,搅拌至完全溶解;
S13.依次加入剩余的其他组分,搅拌均匀,最后加入色素,搅拌均匀;
S14.过滤、消泡后包水溶膜,得到洗衣凝珠。
