and a second conveyor 4, located before the end where the first product conveying line 1 and the second product conveying line 2 are conveyed, for conveying the products on the first product conveying line 1 to the second product conveying line 2, or conveying the products on the second product conveying line 2 to the first product conveying line 1.
The product diversion transmission line of this embodiment realizes the reposition of redundant personnel of product through first conveyer 3, realizes the redetermination of product quality and shifts to other transfer lines through second conveyer 4.
Preferably, in the product diversion conveying line of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the first product conveying line 1 and the second product conveying line 2 are arranged in parallel in the horizontal direction. When the first product conveying line 1 and the second product conveying line 2 are arranged in parallel, the first conveyor 3 and the second conveyor 4 can move horizontally to selectively convey products to the first product conveying line 1 or the second product conveying line 2. The conveying platform of the first conveyor 3 and the second conveyor 4 is convenient to lift and move back and forth between the first conveyor and the second conveyor, the distance of the conveying platform needing to move is reduced, and the convenience of conveying platform transfer is improved.
Preferably, in the product diversion conveying line of the present embodiment, the first product conveying line 1 and the second product conveying line 2 are arranged in parallel, or arranged high and low in the height direction. In a specific embodiment, the first product line 1 and the second product line 2 are divided into a front conveying portion located at the front end of the second conveyor 4 and a rear conveying portion located at the rear end of the second conveyor 4, and the second conveyor 4 has a conveying belt thereon to connect the front conveying portion and the rear conveying portion of the second conveyor 4.
In a specific embodiment, the first conveyor belt 41 and the second conveyor belt 42 are both disposed on an elevating mechanism 43, and the first conveyor belt 41 and the second conveyor belt 42 are switched to be in a butt joint state with the first product conveying line 1 and the second product conveying line 2 by the movement of the elevating mechanism 43. the conveying device comprises a rack, a first conveying belt 41 and a second conveying belt 42, wherein the first conveying belt 41 and the second conveying belt 42 can be butted with a front conveying part and a rear conveying part of the first product conveying line 1 and the second product conveying line 2 to form a conveying plane; the first and second conveying belts 41 and 42 may be belt, roller, or drum, and may be selectively arranged according to specific products.
And the switching driving mechanism can drive the first conveying belt 41 and the second conveying belt 42 to move together, so that the first conveying belt 41 is switched from a state of being butted with the first product conveying line 1 to a state of being butted with the second product conveying line 2, or the second conveying belt 42 is switched from a state of being butted with the second product conveying line 2 to a state of being butted with the first product conveying line 1.
Preferably, in the product diversion conveying line of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the first product conveying line 1, the second product conveying line 2, and the second conveyor 4 are all disposed in an outer cover 5, and the outer cover 5 is provided with an air purifying device 51. The outer cover 5 provides a clean working environment for the conveying line, and the product quality is protected.
Preferably, in the product diversion conveying line of the embodiment, the first product conveying line 1 and the second product conveying line 2 can start conveying or suspend conveying. 1. A product diversion line, comprising:
a first product conveyor line (1) for conveying a first grade of product;
a second product conveyor line (2) for conveying a second grade of product;
a first conveyor (3) located at a conveyance start end of the first product conveyance line (1) and the second product conveyance line (2) for selectively conveying a product onto the first product conveyance line (1) or the second product conveyance line (2);
a second conveyor (4) located before the end of the first product conveyor line (1) and the second product conveyor line (2) for conveying products from the first product conveyor line (1) to the second product conveyor line (2) and products from the second product conveyor line (2) to the first product conveyor line (1);
the first product conveying line (1) and the second product conveying line (2) are divided into a front conveying part located at the front end of the second conveyor (4) and a rear conveying part located at the rear end of the second conveyor (4), and a conveying belt is arranged on the second conveyor (4) to connect the front conveying part with the rear conveying part;
the product diversion transmission line also carries out re-judgment on the products on the first product transmission line, and the products are determined by manual or code scanning again and used for transferring the products which are re-judged to be the second grade from the transmission line of the first grade to the transmission line of the second grade;

when the first product conveying line (1) and the second product conveying line (2) are arranged in parallel, the first conveyor (3) and the second conveyor (4) can move horizontally to selectively convey products to the first product conveying line (1) or the second product conveying line (2);
when the first product conveying line (1) and the second product conveying line (2) are arranged in a high-low mode, the first conveyor (3) and the second conveyor (4) can move in the lifting direction to selectively convey products to the first product conveying line (1) or the second product conveying line (2).

The product diversion conveying line according to claim 1, wherein the first conveying belt (41) and the second conveying belt (42) are both disposed on an elevating mechanism (43), and the first conveying belt (41) and the second conveying belt (42) are switched to be in butt joint with the first product conveying line (1) and the second product conveying line (2) by movement of the elevating mechanism.

s2: and products judged as the first grade on the first product conveying line (1) are re-judged, after the products are judged as the second grade, when the products are conveyed to the second conveyor (4), the second conveyor (4) acts to transfer the products judged as the second grade to the second product conveying line (2), and then the second conveyor (4) resets.

The product diversion conveying method according to claim 4, wherein in step S2, when the second conveyor (4) is operated, the front conveying part of the first product conveying line (1) is suspended for conveying, and the rear conveying part of the first product conveying line (1) is kept for conveying; and after the second conveyor (4) is reset, the front conveying part of the first product conveying line (1) restarts to convey the products.
