Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the display 20 includes a support 21 and a screen 22. The screen 22 is disposed on the support 21. The support 21 includes a support body 211 and a gland 213. The pressing cover 213 is disposed on the support body 211. The screen 22 is disposed on one side of the cover 213 facing the support main 211. The cover 213 opens a through hole 2131 to expose the display portion of the screen 22. In one embodiment, the gland 213 is configured as a split upper gland 2132, two side glands 2133 and a lower gland 2134 to facilitate alignment against the side walls of the outer shield 222. It is understood that in other embodiments, the gland 213 may be designed as a one-piece structure.
Referring to fig. 3, the screen 22 includes a circuit board 221, and an outer protective shield 222, an EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) protective film 223, a display screen 224, and an inner protective shield 225, which are sequentially arranged. The circuit board 221 is disposed on the cover 213 and is located at one side of the display screen 224. The circuit board 221 is electrically connected to the display screen 224.
In one embodiment, the display screen 224 is a liquid crystal display, but is not limited thereto. It is understood that in other implementations, the display screen 224 may be a plasma display screen.
In one embodiment, the screen 22 further comprises a touch screen (not shown) sandwiched between the EMC protective film 223 and the display screen 224. It is understood that other embodiments are possible. The touch screen may also be omitted.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the support member 21 further includes a plurality of fasteners 215. The fastener 215 is connected with the cover 213 through the inner protective panel 225 to sandwich the EMC protective film, the display panel 224, and the outer protective panel 222. Specifically, the gland 213 is provided with a connecting portion 2136. The connecting portion 2136 is provided with a threaded hole 2137. The screw holes 2137 are used for connecting fasteners 215 to hold the inner protective panel 225 against the EMC protective film, the display panel 224, and the outer protective panel 222 on the connecting portions 2136. The connecting portion 2136 extends toward the outer shield 222 to form a stopper 2138. The stop 2138 can abut against the sidewall of the outer protective screen 222 to position the screen 22.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the pressing cover 213 further includes a protection portion 2139. The guard portion 2139 is connected to the stopper portion 2138. The shielding portion 2139 is used for covering the circuit board 221. It is understood that in other embodiments, the limiting portion 2138 can be omitted, and the protecting portion 2139 is directly connected to the connecting portion 2136.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the display 20 further includes a light bar 23. A light bar 23 is disposed around the screen 22. The light bar 23 can be electrically connected with the control system of the integrated computer 100. The control system controls the display state, brightness, color, and frequency of the light bar 23 to match the images displayed on the display screen 224 to supplement the lighting effect. It is understood that in other embodiments, light bar 23 may be omitted.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the connecting mechanism 30 includes a plurality of first connecting members 31, a plurality of second connecting members 33, a plurality of rotating shafts 32, and a plurality of hooks 34. In an embodiment, the number of the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 33 is two, but not limited thereto. The first connector 31 is disposed on the housing 10 and located at one side of the opening 11. Each rotating shaft 32 is inserted through the corresponding first connecting member 31. Each of the second connectors 33 is disposed at a side of the support body 211 facing the first connector 31. One end of the second link 33 is rotatably connected to the rotation shaft 32 to rotate the support body 211 with respect to the cabinet 10. The second link 33 is slidable in the axial direction of the rotary shaft 32.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, each of the hooks 34 is disposed on the supporting body 211, and is located at two opposite sides of the supporting body 211 relative to the second connecting member 33. A plurality of card slots 13 are provided on the wall of the case 10. Each card slot 13 allows one card hook 34 to pass through. The hook 34 extends to one side to form a protrusion 341. The hook 34 passes through the slot 13 and slides along the slot 13 to enable the protrusion 341 to abut against the wall of the case 10.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the connecting mechanism 30 further includes at least one guide post 35 and at least one spring 36. In this embodiment, the number of the guide posts 35 and the number of the springs 36 are two, but not limited thereto. The guide post 35 is disposed on a side of the supporting body 211 facing the casing 10, and is located on the same side of the supporting body 211 as the hook 34. In one embodiment, the two guide posts 35 and the plurality of hooks 34 are linearly arranged on the supporting body 211 at intervals, but not limited thereto. Each spring 36 is sleeved on the corresponding guide post 35, and one end of the spring is connected with the support main body 211, and the other end is a free end. The spring 36 can be abutted against the side of the wall of the case 10 facing the support 21 to move the support body 211 away from the hook 34, so that the display 20 is secured on the case 10 when the display 20 and the case 10 are closed.
The guide post 35 provides a guide for the spring 36 to compress or extend, and in other embodiments, the guide post 35 may be omitted. The number of guide posts 35 and springs 36 may also be one or other.
Referring to fig. 4, the first connecting member 31 is provided with a first blocking surface 311. The second connection member 33 is provided with a second blocking surface 331. In an embodiment, each second connection member 33 is located between two first connection members 31, but is not limited thereto. Each first blocking surface 311 is disposed opposite to the corresponding second blocking surface 331 so that the first blocking surface 311 can abut against the second blocking surface 331 to limit the distance that the second connecting member 33 slides along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 32.
It is understood that in other embodiments, each first connecting member 31 may be located between two second connecting members 33, as long as the first blocking surface 311 can abut against the second blocking surface 331 to limit the sliding distance of the first connecting member 31 along the rotating shaft 32.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the openings 11 may be disposed on different sides of the cabinet 10 to mount the display 20 matching the size of the cabinet wall to display the image.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the housing 10 may be provided with a plurality of openings 11 for installing a plurality of displays 20 to display different or the same pictures.
When the display 20 is closed, the second connector 33 and the supporting body 211 are first rotated about the rotating shaft 32 toward the casing 10 to make the hook 34 enter the slot 13, and the display 20 is closed with the casing 10. Then, the second connector 33 and the supporting body 211 slide along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 32 to drive the hook 34 to slide relative to the slot 13 until the protrusion 341 abuts against the wall of the chassis 10, and the display 20 is fixed on the chassis 10.
When the display 20 is turned on, the second connecting member 33 and the supporting body 211 slide along the rotating shaft 32 and drive the hook 34 to move along the slot 13, so that the hook 34 can pass through the slot 13. Then, the second connector 33 and the support body 211 are rotated along the rotation shaft 32 in a direction away from the housing 10 to open the display 20 and the housing 10.
The all-in-one computer 100 utilizes the connecting mechanism 30 to open or close the display 20 relative to the case 10, thereby facilitating the maintenance and replacement of the components in the case 10. The display 20 may be added with a touch screen, and elements such as a mouse and a keyboard may be omitted, thereby further improving the integration characteristics of the all-in-one computer 100.
