Description

Chinese herbal medicine feed additive for broiler chickens, and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a Chinese herbal medicine feed additive for broiler chickens, a preparation method and an application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of feed additives.
Background
With the development of the chicken industry, chicken farms are larger and more, and the chances of various infectious diseases of chickens are increased. Many broiler breeding plants are driven by economic benefits to abuse antibiotics and hormones, but the resistance and killing capacity of the antibiotics to pathogenic bacteria are not as fast as the resistance of the pathogenic bacteria, the effect is worse and worse, and therefore the dosage of the antibiotics and the hormones is also larger and larger. The malignant circulation causes more and more antibiotics and hormones contained in chicken and eggs to be harmful to human bodies.
The feed additive plays an indispensable role in improving the immunity of animals, accelerating the growth, improving the feed conversion rate, reducing the feeding cost and the like in the process of breeding the livestock and poultry. The green feed additive is a natural additive which has no pollution, no residue, disease resistance and growth promotion in a broad sense. At present, there are green feed additives such as Chinese herbal medicine preparations, enzyme preparations, microbial preparations, acidifiers, mildewcides, prebiotics or chemical prebiotics and the like. However, these additives have one or more of the following disadvantages, such as poor thermal stability, easy inactivation, large addition ratio, high cost, limited resources, etc.
The Chinese herbal medicine feed additive is one of feed additive types, and compared with antibiotic additives, hormone additives and the like, the Chinese herbal medicine feed additive has the advantages of wide functional effect, bidirectional adjustment, less side effect, low residue, difficulty in generating drug resistance, wide resources, low cost, lasting effect and the like. In the prior art, attention is paid to growth promotion and disease prevention of broiler chicken weight gain, and changes of chicken quality are ignored. The existing broiler chicken products have certain effects on weight increment and growth promotion, but have the defects of poor meat quality and poor taste of chicken according to the feedback of consumers.
In view of the above, there is a need to develop a new Chinese herbal medicine feed additive for broiler chickens, and a preparation method and an application thereof, so as to solve the defects of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a Chinese herbal medicine feed additive for broiler chickens. The Chinese herbal medicine feed additive for the broiler chickens, disclosed by the invention, has the functions of promoting digestion, promoting growth, resisting bacteria, viruses, oxidation, preventing diseases and the like, and has no residue, no toxic or side effect and difficulty in generating drug resistance on the broiler chickens and products thereof after being used.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows: a Chinese herbal medicine feed additive for broiler chickens is composed of the following raw materials by weight: 180-220 g of lucid ganoderma, 45-55 g of dried orange peel, 45-55 g of glossy privet fruit, 180-220 g of red date, 45-55 g of acanthopanax, 95-105 g of sweet tea, 45-55 g of rhizoma atractylodis, 95-105 g of vine tea, 95-105 g of wolfberry fruit, 25-35 g of gypsum, 95-105 g of epimedium herb, 35-45 g of medical stone, 45-55 g of polygonum multiflorum, 25-35 g of mirabilite, 95-105 g of codonopsis pilosula, 55-65 g of liquorice, 45-55 g of astragalus, 35-45 g of hawthorn, 45-55 g of dendrobium officinale, 25-35 g of hispida glans, 18-22 g of milk root, 18-22 g of Chinese feverfew root and 95-105 g of wormwood.
The raw materials of the invention are introduced:
ganoderma belongs to the sub-phyla of Basidiomycotina, order Polyporales, family Ganoderma, genus Ganoderma. The glossy ganoderma recorded in Shennong Ben Cao Jing and Ben Cao gang mu is a good tonic product with the functions of improving eyesight, tonifying liver-qi, tranquilizing, benefiting essence, benefiting heart-qi, benefiting spleen-qi, benefiting lung-qi, benefiting kidney-qi, dredging nine orifices, improving hearing and hearing, improving eyesight, benefiting joints, promoting urination, and beautifying. The main active ingredients of Ganoderma include ganoderan and ganoderic acid. The ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide can promote the synthesis of protein and nucleic acid, has the effect of promoting the renewal and synthesis of serum, liver and bone marrow cell protein or nucleic acid, and is one of the main effective components of ganoderma lucidum for strengthening body resistance and consolidating constitution. The ganoderan is mainly present in fruiting body, sclerotium, mycelium or fermentation broth of Ganoderma. Ganoderic acid is a triterpenoid, and can inhibit growth of 7 pathogenic bacteria (such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Shigella dysenteriae, Shigella sonnei, and Salmonella typhi) and maintain intestinal health of animals. Because the active substances contained in the ganoderma lucidum have the characteristics of high efficiency, no toxicity, immunity improvement, antibiosis, antivirus, no residue and the like, the ganoderma lucidum feed additive meets the requirements of green feed and green culture and is a brand-new natural green feed additive. The feed additive of the invention contains rich ganoderan and ganoderic acid, has wide physiological activities of immune system regulation, antibiosis, antivirus, antiparasitic, antitumor, radiation resistance and the like, can greatly improve the immunity and disease resistance, maintain the health of animal intestinal tracts and improve the production performance of animals.
The chicken meat has high protein content, multiple varieties, high digestibility, easy absorption by human body, and effects of enhancing physical strength and strengthening body. In addition, the chicken contains phospholipids which have important effects on the growth and development of human bodies, and is one of important sources of fat and phospholipids in the dietary structure of Chinese people. However, chicken is warm in nature, excessive eating of the chicken easily causes excessive internal heat, and the cholesterol content in the chicken is high. The high cholesterol can greatly increase the induction probability of a series of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as heart disease, cerebral thrombosis and the like. The invention utilizes the effects of nourishing and strengthening body, strengthening brain and soothing nerves, benefiting vital essence and qi, strengthening muscles and bones and reducing cholesterol of the lucid ganoderma, not only can improve the problem of excessive internal heat caused by the warm nature of chicken, but also can reduce cholesterol in the chicken. The cultured Ganoderma chicken has good taste and low cholesterol, and has effects of nourishing, strengthening body constitution, nourishing brain, tranquilizing mind, invigorating vital essence and qi, strengthening tendons and bones, and preventing heart and blood diseases.
Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, which is dried mature pericarp of Rutaceae plant fructus Citri Tangerinae and its cultivar. The dried orange peel mainly contains volatile oil, flavonoids, dietary fibers and trace elements, wherein the volatile oil has mild stimulation effect on gastrointestinal tracts, can promote secretion of digestive juice, eliminates pneumatosis in intestinal tracts, and shows the effects of strengthening stomach, dispelling wind and descending qi; the flavonoids can inhibit growth and reproduction of bacteria, fungi and viruses, and has immunoregulatory effect.
