Abstract

Referring to fig. 1 to 10, an embodiment of the invention provides a regional cleaning mechanism, which includes a cleaning chamber 1, an upper shelf 2 and a lower shelf 3 arranged in the cleaning chamber 1, and a partition plate 4, wherein the upper shelf 2 and the partition plate 4 are selectively connected with the cleaning chamber 1, a lower spraying water path 5, a middle spraying water path 6 and an upper spraying water path 7 which are communicated from bottom to top are arranged in the cleaning chamber 1, and the partition plate 4 can close the upper spraying water path 7 and change the spraying direction of the middle spraying water path 6 to spray downwards.
The upper shelf 2 and the partition plate 4 are selectively connected with the cleaning chamber 1, namely when the upper shelf 2 is connected with the cleaning chamber 1, the partition plate 4 needs to be detached; when the partition 4 is coupled to the washing chamber 1, the upper rack 2 needs to be detached.
When a large number of appliances need to be cleaned, the appliances are placed on the upper shelf 2 and the lower shelf 3, and the lower spraying water path 5, the middle spraying water path 6 and the upper spraying water path 7 are all opened, so that the appliances are fully cleaned; when fewer appliances need to be cleaned, the appliances are only placed on the lower shelf 3, the upper shelf 2 is disassembled, the partition plate 4 is connected with the cleaning chamber 1, the upper spraying water channel 7 is closed through the partition plate 4, the spraying direction of the middle spraying water channel 6 is changed to be downwards sprayed, the middle spraying water channel 6 and the lower spraying water channel 5 are both sprayed to the lower shelf 3, and the fewer appliances are fully cleaned; the closing of the upper spraying water channel 7 saves water consumption, increases the water pressure of the middle spraying water channel 6 and the lower spraying water channel 5, increases the water flow intensity, improves the cleaning efficiency and saves the power consumption.
The partition plate 4 includes a support portion 41, a stopper pipe 42 and a guide pipe 43, the stopper pipe 42 is disposed on the support portion 41, the support portion 41 is slidably connected to the cleaning chamber 1, and the stopper pipe 42 can close the upper shower water path 7 and communicate the middle shower water path 6 with the guide pipe 43. When the partition plate 4 slides in, the stop pipe 42 closes the upper spraying water passage 7 and communicates the middle spraying water passage 6 with the guide pipe 43, and when the partition plate 4 slides out, the stop pipe 42 is separated from the middle spraying water passage 6, and the upper spraying water passage 7 is communicated with the middle spraying water passage 6.
A water outlet 61 is arranged on the side wall of the middle spraying water channel 6, the stop pipe 42 can be inserted into the water outlet 61 and limits the communication between the upper spraying water channel 7 and the middle spraying water channel 6, a communication hole 421 is arranged on the side wall of the stop pipe 42, and the communication hole 421 communicates the middle spraying water channel 6 and the guide pipe 43. When the partition plate 4 slides in, the stop pipe 42 is inserted into the water outlet 61, the upper spraying water channel 7 is not communicated with the middle spraying water channel 6 due to the blocking of the stop pipe 42, and water flow cannot enter the upper spraying water channel 7 from the middle spraying water channel 6; due to the arrangement of the communication hole 421, water flow enters the guide pipe 43 from the middle spraying water channel 6, when the partition plate 4 slides out, the stop pipe 42 is separated from the middle spraying water channel 6, and the upper spraying water channel 7 is communicated with the middle spraying water channel 6. When partition 4 is connected to washing chamber 1, the flow direction of the water flow is as indicated by the arrows in fig. 3.
A shower with a downward nozzle is connected to the guide pipe 43. When water flow enters the guide pipe 43 from the middle spraying water channel 6, the water flow is sprayed out through the sprayer, and the nozzle direction of the sprayer is downward, so that the cleaning of the appliances on the lower shelf 3 is facilitated.
In this embodiment, a slide 11 is provided in the cleaning chamber 1, and a roller 44 capable of engaging with the slide 11 is provided on the support portion 41. The supporting portion 41 includes two supporting plates arranged in parallel at an interval and a connecting plate connecting the two supporting plates, the rollers 44 are arranged on two sides of the supporting plates, the stopping tube 42 is located on the rear side of the supporting portion 41, and the supporting portion 41 slides from front to rear so that the stopping tube 42 is inserted into the water outlet 61. The support portion 41 has a hollow structure, and reduces the weight of the partition plate 4.
The shape of the stopper tube 42 and the shape of the middle shower water path 6 are not limited herein, and the inner cross section of the middle shower water path 6 may be rectangular, and the outer cross section of the stopper tube 42 may be rectangular or circular, as long as it is ensured that the stopper tube 42 prevents the water flow from flowing upward when inserted into the water outlet 61.

In this embodiment, the spraying branch 21 is L-shaped, the spraying branch 21 has two water spraying ports, one end of the connecting pipe is connected to one side of the spraying branch 21, and the other end of the connecting pipe is inserted into the water outlet 61. The spraying branch 21 can be connected with a sprayer, and the direction of the spraying opening of the sprayer can be set according to the requirement. When the upper shelf 2 is used, the partition plate 4 is detached without blocking the shower branch 21.
The side wall of the middle spraying waterway 6 is provided with only one or a plurality of water outlets 61. If only one water outlet 61 is provided, when the upper shelf 2 is connected with the cleaning chamber 1, the partition plate 4 is detached, and the spraying branch 21 is connected with the water outlet 61; when the partition plate 4 is connected to the washing chamber 1, the upper rack 2 is detached, and the stopper tube 42 is connected to the water outlet 61. If a plurality of water outlets 61 are arranged, when the upper shelf 2 is connected with the cleaning chamber 1, the partition plate 4 is detached, and the spraying branch 21 is connected with all the water outlets 61; when the partition plate 4 is coupled to the washing chamber 1, the upper rack 2 is detached and the stopper tube 42 is coupled to the water outlet 61 at the lowermost end. In this embodiment, the middle spraying waterway 6 is provided with two water outlets 61.
In this embodiment, the power of the sprayer connected with the guide pipe 43 can be set to be smaller than that of the sprayer connected with the spraying branch 21, so that after the shelf 2 is replaced by the partition plate 4, the power of the sprayer is reduced, the water pressure is further increased, the cleaning effect is improved, and the concentrated quick cleaning of a small number of appliances is realized.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a dishwasher, which comprises the partitioned cleaning mechanism. Therefore, the dishwasher has two cleaning modes according to the quantity of the tableware, thereby saving water and electricity.

Claims (10)

the cleaning chamber (1) is internally provided with a lower spraying water channel (5), a middle spraying water channel (6) and an upper spraying water channel (7) which are communicated from bottom to top, and the partition plate (4) can close the upper spraying water channel (7) and change the spraying direction of the middle spraying water channel (6) to spray downwards.

The mechanism of claim 1, wherein the partition (4) comprises a support portion (41), a stop pipe (42) and a guide pipe (43) arranged on the support portion (41), the support portion (41) is connected with the cleaning chamber (1) in a sliding manner, and the stop pipe (42) can close the upper spray water path (7) and communicate the middle spray water path (6) and the guide pipe (43).
