The special mortar has good water retention property and high tensile bonding strength, the 14d tensile bonding strength is up to 1.7MPa, and the bonding requirement of the aerated concrete heat-insulating plate can be met.

A Chinese patent with the application number of CN201410470044.0 discloses a bonding mortar powder for STP heat insulation boards, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of low-alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement, 50-60 parts of quartz sand, 10 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 0.15 part of methyl cellulose ether, 3-3.5 parts of redispersible latex powder, 0.1-0.2 part of naphthalene water reducing agent and 0.1-0.2 part of retarder. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the technical scheme of the invention adopts the low-alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement, the hydration liquid of the cement has lower alkalinity, the corrosion to the heat-insulating plate can be effectively reduced, and the heat-insulating performance is ensured. The two kinds of quartz sand with different meshes are mixed for use, thereby improving the gradation of the quartz sand and reducing the thickness and the porosity of the bonding mortar. The bonding mortar powder for external wall external insulation is bonding mortar for external wall external insulation, wherein rubber particles are added on the basis of the bonding mortar powder for external wall external insulation, and the bonding mortar slurry for external wall external insulation is obtained by adding 20-45 parts of water on the basis of the bonding mortar powder for external wall external insulation.
