Background
The leveler is used for improving the surface quality of the annealed strip steel, leveling the strip steel plate shape, eliminating the edge wave and the middle wave of the strip steel, improving the surface smoothness of the strip steel and improving the quality of the strip steel. The wet leveling is leveling operation by adopting a lubricant, so that the surface quality of the strip steel can be improved, and the operating efficiency of the working roll can be improved.
The leveling liquid is an important component of the leveling machine, at present, the leveling liquid is disposable, namely fresh leveling liquid is directly discharged from a pit after being used and is not recycled, and finally, the waste leveling liquid is conveyed to a waste water treatment station for treatment.
