Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of road functional pavement, in particular to a sunken permeable noctilucent marking structure and a noctilucent pavement structure.
Background
Asphalt pavement construction has a history of hundreds of years, and in China, asphalt pavements are firstly applied in the sea from the last twentieth century and have a construction history of nearly one hundred years to date. At present, the research on black asphalt pavements is mature and complete, and the black asphalt pavements are deeply researched in the aspects of asphalt pavement construction, evaluation, maintenance, regeneration and the like, and the black asphalt pavements also become the main form of road pavements in China.
In recent years, along with the development of economic construction in China, a great amount of functional pavement construction appears, the noctilucent pavement is rapidly researched and developed as one of important technologies, and the research and practice shows that the noctilucent pavement has less application in a large area, is more suitable for landscape pavement, decoration, decoration and the like, has wide application prospect in noctilucent marked lines, and has remarkable advantages in traffic indication, pedestrian flow guidance and attractiveness.
However, the existing luminous marking mainly adopts a scheme of coating the luminous marking on the original pavement, and firstly, the scheme can influence the structure of the original pavement, such as the water permeability of the pavement; secondly, the noctilucent marking line of the scheme can crack and other damages under the long-term environmental action; thirdly, the applicability of the scheme in cement pavements, bricks, kerbs and the like is not enough, and fourthly, the existing noctilucent marking has poor effect.
Therefore, the research on the luminous marking structure with wide applicability, high weather resistance and high luminous performance without influencing the original road surface water-permeable structure is a problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem of the existing luminous marking, the invention provides a sunken permeable luminous marking structure and a luminous pavement structure, so that excellent water permeability of the luminous marking is realized; the deformation capability is strong, the cracking is not easy to occur, the weather resistance is good, and the service life is long; the method is suitable for any road surface condition and has wide application range; the luminous effect is long-term effective.
The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
a formula of sinking night light marking structure that permeates water includes: a noctilucent surface layer, an adhesive layer and a permeable reflective bottom layer which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom; the luminous surface layer comprises light-transmitting powder, a luminous material and a binder, the light-transmitting powder, the luminous material and the binder are mixed to form a first mixture, and the first mixture is spread to form the luminous surface layer with the porosity of 6-18%; the permeable reflective bottom layer comprises granular solids and a binding material, the granular solids and the binding material are mixed to form a mixture II, and the mixture II is paved to form the permeable reflective bottom layer with the porosity of 20-40%.
In the technical scheme, the novel road surface water-permeable road marking is different from the prior art of painting the luminous marking, the luminous marking structure is integrated and integrated, and sinks below the road surface to form a whole with the road surface without influencing the water-permeable structure of the original road surface; the noctilucent surface layer and the permeable reflective bottom layer are both porous layers, so that the high water permeability of the whole noctilucent marking line structure is realized; the first mixture has good noctilucence effect, light transmittance and skid resistance, the gaps of the noctilucent surface layer are small, the gaps of the permeable reflective bottom layer are large, pollutants with large particle sizes cannot pass through the gaps of the permeable reflective bottom layer and can be removed under conventional maintenance work, and part of pollutants with small particle sizes can flow to the gaps of the permeable reflective bottom layer through the gaps of the noctilucent surface layer, so that the anti-scattering capability of the noctilucent marking structure is good; preferably, under the action of rainwater, pollutants remained in the gaps of the permeable and reflective bottom layer can smoothly flow out along with rainwater; due to the difference of the gaps between the noctilucent surface layer and the permeable reflective bottom layer, under the action of rainwater flow, the gaps of the permeable reflective bottom layer form negative pressure, and can clean pollutants attached to the noctilucent surface layer, so that the noctilucent marking structure can keep high water permeability for a long time; better, the state of the clean road surface ensures that the luminous effect of the luminous marking structure of the invention is long and durable; the permeable reflective bottom layer is of an oversized gap structure, so that the permeable reflective bottom layer is high in deformation capacity and can bear large stress deformation, and meanwhile, the noctilucent surface layer is of a permeable structure and also has certain deformation capacity, so that the noctilucent marking structure is free from cracking and is good in weather resistance, comfort and flatness; only the noctilucent surface layer of the noctilucent marking structure contains noctilucent materials, and the permeable reflective bottom layer does not contain noctilucent materials, so that the cost of the invention is low. The high porosity of the permeable reflective bottom layer ensures that the noctilucent marking structure is suitable for large-pore pavement base layers and small-pore pavement base layers, and has wide application range; the setting of adhesive layer has improved the firm in connection nature of night light top layer and the reflection of light bottom of permeating water to the integration of this night light marking structure is laid. In conclusion, the noctilucent marking line structure provided by the invention can avoid the phenomena that the existing road surface is poor in water permeability, cracks and other damages caused by coating the noctilucent marking line on the original road surface, is not suitable for a plurality of conditions (such as being not suitable for cement road surfaces, hard road surfaces such as bricks and kerbs) and is poor in noctilucent marking line effect.
Furthermore, an adhesive layer is stacked below the permeable reflective bottom layer.
