The invention discloses a real-time automatic reminding system and method for queuing and calling, wherein the system comprises: the system comprises a mobile terminal and a background server; the method comprises the steps that login is completed through the mobile terminal, the background server processes data to complete number division of a user, and the mobile terminal pushes queuing information.
