The support plate 31 protrudes downwards into the opening 21 so that the coil 32 is at least partially located outside the heat-retaining cover 2.
In this embodiment, the coil 32 is wound and fixed on the lower surface 312 of the support plate 31. The lower surface 312 of the support plate 31 may be provided with structures for fixing the coil 32, such as wire grooves, to prevent the coil 32 from loosening. Referring to fig. 7, the present application further provides another magnetic conductive seat 33 ', wherein the upper surface of the magnetic conductive seat 33' is provided with a plurality of wire slots, and the coil 32 is fixed on the upper surface of the magnetic conductive seat 33 'and then assembled to the bottom wall of the thermal insulation cover 2 along with the magnetic conductive seat 33'.
Because the coil 32 is located on the lower side of the supporting surface 22 of the heat preservation cover 2, the blocking of the heat preservation cover 2 to the air flow is avoided, so that the coil panel component 3 is more easily contacted with the cooling air flow blown by the fan in the cooking appliance, the temperature rise of the coil panel component 3 is effectively reduced, meanwhile, the heat radiation of the coil panel component 3 to the heat preservation cover 2 can be correspondingly reduced, and the effect of improving the heat dissipation performance of the coil panel component 3 and the heat preservation cover 2 is achieved.
The supporting plate 31 is designed to correspond to the spherical bottom of the inner pot 1, and the upper surface 311 and the lower surface 312 are both spherical surfaces. By adopting the design, the coil disc assembly 3 can uniformly heat the inner pot 1.
Preferably, the lower surface 312 protrudes into the opening 21, and the coil 32 at least partially protrudes from the opening 21 out of the heat-retaining cover 2. In the present embodiment, most of the coil 32 is exposed out of the heat-insulating cover 2, and the lower surface 312 is also partially exposed through the opening 21, so that the coil panel assembly 3 can more easily dissipate heat to the outside, the temperature rise is reduced, and the heat radiation of the coil panel assembly 3 to the heat-insulating cover 2 is reduced. Alternatively, the coil 32 may be entirely projected from the opening 21 and entirely located outside the heat retaining cover 2. Compared with the prior art, the coil panel component is generally arranged between the bottom of the inner pot and the bottom of the heat-preservation cover, and the coil panel component 3 of the cooking utensil is similar to a sinking type. The periphery of the supporting disc 31 of the coil disc assembly 3 is supported on the bottom wall 20 of the heat-insulating cover 2, and the middle part of the supporting disc protrudes downwards into the opening 21 of the heat-insulating cover 2, even partially penetrates through the opening 21, so that the supporting disc 31 and/or the coil 32 are exposed out of the heat-insulating cover 2, and heat dissipation can be better performed.
However, the temperature of the bottom of the inner pot 1 is high during cooking, so as to avoid the influence on a plastic base (not shown) located below the heat-preserving cover 2. The bottom surface of the inner pot 1 can be placed on the supporting surface 22 of the heat-insulating cover 2, so as to prevent the bottom of the inner pot 1 from passing through the opening 21 and being too close to the base (not shown).
Referring to fig. 4, and referring to fig. 5 and 6, the specific cooperation between the supporting plate 31 and the heat-insulating cover 2 will be described. Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the heat retaining cover 2, and fig. 6 is a perspective view of the support plate 31.
Preferably, the heat-insulating cover 2 and the supporting plate 31 are both fixed by screws. The periphery of the supporting plate 31 is provided with a plurality of supporting parts 313 which are pressed on the supporting surface 22 of the heat preservation cover 2. The middle of the partial support part 313 is provided with a fixing hole 314, the bottom wall 20 of the heat-insulating cover 2 is provided with a through hole 23, and a screw is fixed to the fixing hole 314 through the through hole 23 so as to reliably fix the support plate 31 to the upper side of the bottom wall 20 of the heat-insulating cover 2.
Preferably, the magnetic conductive seat 33 is fixed on the bottom wall 20 of the heat-insulating cover 2, is located at the lower side of the bottom wall 20, and covers the coil 32 from the lower side. A part of the supporting portion 313 is provided with a positioning post 315, and the bottom wall 20 of the heat-insulating cover 2 is provided with a positioning hole 24. The positioning column 315 passes through the positioning hole 24 of the heat-insulating cover 2 and is fixed with the magnetic conductive seat 33 located at the bottom side of the heat-insulating cover 2 by screws. The magnetic conductive base 33 includes a mounting portion 331 located at the center, an outer ring 332 located at the outer side, and a plurality of connecting arms 333 radially connecting the mounting portion 331 and the outer ring 332. The outer ring 332 is fixed to the support plate 31 and the heat-insulating cover 2 by screws, and a magnetic conductive strip (not shown) is fixed to the connecting arm 333, so that magnetic leakage of the coil panel assembly 3 is avoided, and heating efficiency is improved. A heat dissipation channel is formed between adjacent connecting arms 333 for allowing a cold airflow from a fan (not shown) to pass through and contact the coil 32.
Preferably, the supporting plate 31 is further provided with a pressing portion 316, and the pressing portion 316 protrudes downward from the lower surface 312 and surrounds the coil 32 in an annular shape. The pressing part 316 extends into the opening 21 of the heat-insulating cover 2, is arranged closely to the inner wall of the opening 21, and is supported on the outer ring 332 of the magnetic conducting seat 33 positioned at the lower side of the heat-insulating cover 2.
Preferably, the heat-insulating cover 2 is provided with a circle of ribs 25 protruding upwards from the edge of the opening 21, and the inner side surface of the ribs 25 is closely attached to the outer side surface of the pressing part 316 of the supporting disk 31. The ribs 25 can improve the strength of the heat-insulating cover 2.
A plurality of reinforcing ribs 26 protruding inwards are stamped on the side wall of the heat-preservation cover 2 and at the joint of the bottom wall 20 and the side wall, so as to improve the strength of the heat-preservation cover 2.
